I don’t know if you already did it honestly but can you do a fluffy story about BTS watching Yoonmi’s old photos/videos while she was hanging out or sleeping and after coming to dorm all BTS hug their maknae tight 🥺🥺🥺

oooooh i gotchu hun 🥰 this is set earlier this year because, well, 2020 is the year yoonmi becomes an adult in korea sooooo yeah hope you enjoy!

This was not how the seven bangtan boys planned their Saturday night would go. One second, Jungkook and Yoongi were telling everyone about the videos they had stored in their hard drives. The next, the seven boys were watching in a fit of nostalgia as their younger selves practiced, messed around, and bonded on screen in front of them.

“I can’t believe you were such a baby back then, Jungkookie,” Yoongi told the younger.

“Me?” Jungkook scoffed. “Mimi really went from a tiny baby doll to a barbie doll. Wait, that was a weird comparison.”

“No, it’s actually pretty accurate,” Namjoon hummed. “She still looks like a doll, just with slightly more mature features.”

“Oh my god, her voice,” Taehyung’s mouth dropped as the eleven-year-old Yoonmi on their screen started telling the camera about her day in school. “I thought her voice now was high, but it was so much higher back then!”

“Seokjin hyung’s speechless,” Hoseok laughed as he saw the eldest member’s face. “Looks like he’s about to have a crisis.”

“Completely understandable,” Jimin shrugged. “We’ve been around Yoonmi so much that we didn’t really notice her growing up. She’s 20 this year. When we met her, she wasn’t even a teen.”

Just then, the front door opened. Yoonmi stepped in, hanging her helmet on the little hook they installed just for it and taking off her shoes.

“I’m home,” she called. “Yoonsung oppa told me to tell you guys he’s visiting soon to check up on us.”

She paused a little and looked confusedly at the seven boys who were staring at her. They looked a little emotional, and she immediately got worried.

“Did something bad happen?”

Right then and there, Seokjin stood up and walked over to her. He brought her into his arms and rested his chin on her head, eyes closed.

“You grew up so well, Princess,” he muttered. “I’m sorry I couldn’t do better.”

“What are you talking about?” she asked while wrapping her arms around his waist. “You helped me so much growing up! All of you did!”

She was genuinely so confused especially when the six other boys came and surrounded her, putting her in the middle of a big hug. She turned her head to look at what they were watching before she came. She saw the familiar baby faces of her and Jungkook running around the War of Hormone set. Realizing that they were watching old home videos, she giggled a little.

“You guys are way too emotional over this.”

“No we’re not,” Jimin playfully ruffled her hair as everyone let go of the hug. “Look at you! You’re a strong young woman who is confident and hard working.”

“You also have a boyfriend,” Taehyung pretended to wipe a tear from his eyes.

“Yes, but not relevant,” she laughed. “It’s been two years since he became my boyfriend. Also, I’m the same as I was?”

“You are,” Jungkook confirmed. “Like me. We’re the same, but we also changed a lot.”

“He’s right,” Hoseok added. “Your vibe is different, and you really are just more confident.”

She laughed at them then moved over to the couch. Jungkook immediately claimed the spot next to her before pulling her to sit on his lap instead. The 95 liners made their way to sit on either side of the two.

“Jin hyung was telling the truth,” Namjoon smiled at her. “You grew up well, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have played a part in that.”

“I’m proud of you, Princess,” Yoongi kissed her forehead before heading to the kitchen. “Let’s go through all these videos for the rest of the afternoon. I’ll grab some snacks for now and order something for dinner.”

Seokjin went to go help Yoongi out. Yoonmi looked at her boys and smiled. She was glad she had them growing up. She didn’t have the best experience with her biological family, but she knew she found a true family with these seven boys.

Jimin was worried when Yoonmi stayed in her room for two days without coming out. Sure, she did mostly stay in her room working on both music and schoolwork during quarantine, but she wasn’t even coming out for meals. He noticed Jungkook, Yoongi, and Seokjin had been taking turns just bringing food in for her.

“Yoonmi-ah,” Jimin knocked on her bedroom door. He didn’t hear anything from the other side. “Aegi, I’m coming in.”

He opened the door to find her asleep in her bed, curled up in a ball under her blanket. He frowned while sitting on the edge of her bed. It was two in the afternoon. She would usually be writing at this time. He placed a hand on her forehead, but she wasn’t too hot. He looked around the room and saw a familiar packaging on her desk. That’s when he realized.

“You’re on your period,” he whispered in realization.

She had a habit of keeping it from them when she went on her period, so Jimin wasn’t too surprised. He was guessing not having a schedule meant she wasn’t drinking too many pain killers and keeping her pain under wraps.

“What are you doing in here?”

Jimin looked up to see Hoseok leaning against Yoonmi’s doorframe. He gently brushed a piece of her stray hair behind her ear.

“I was worried,” Jimin told the older. “Luckily she isn’t sick, but she is on her period.”

“I thought she already had it this month,” Hoseok approached the two.

“The open pack of pads on her desk says no,” Jimin pointed out then checked under her covers. “She also has the tiger.”

Hoseok tilted his head. The tiger was a gift from Taehyung. It was a hot compress but in the form of a plushie. Yoonmi used it whenever she had cramps. Hoseok reached to feel it. The heat was gone. He gently pried it from her grasp.

“I’ll go fill this with hot water again,” Hoseok told Jimin. “Make sure she’s comfortable, yeah? I’ll send Taehyung in with this in a bit.”

“Where are you going, hyung?”

“The mart,” Hoseok answered simply. “Her pack is almost empty, so I’m gonna go grab her some more.”

Yoonmi woke up just as Hoseok closed the door. She rubbed her eyes, a little confused as to why Jimin was sitting on her bed.

“Oppa?”

Jimin’s head immediately snapped towards the younger girl. He pulled her blanket up to cover her once again.

“Hey, aegi,” he smiled. “You feeling good?”

“Just cramping,” she whispered, adjusting her position so her head was on his lap.

Jimin chuckled a little and started braiding her hair in silence. He knew that she liked silence when she was on her period. That’s mostly the reason why she tends to drift towards Yoongi when the time comes. There was a knock on the door, and Taehyung entered.

“I’ve got the tiger,” he held up the hot compress in victory.

“Thank you,” she called out which made Taehyung clap his hand over his mouth in surprise.

“I thought you were asleep.”

“I’ll be asleep in a few minutes,” she laughed while letting Taehyung put the tiger by her abdomen. “Could you guys wake me up when Yoongi oppa and Seokjinnie oppa arrive? Or when Ggukoo oppa comes back with my laptop? Whichever comes first.”

“No problem, aegi,” Taehyung patted her cheek. “I’ll leave you in Jiminnie’s care. If you need a massage before Jungkook gets back though, I’ll be in the living room.”

Taehyung gave her forehead a quick kiss before leaving.

“I’m surprised you didn’t need to go to the studio this week,” Jimin noted.

“Me, too,” she laughed. “Apparently Namjoon oppa cleared my official schedules for this week last month.”

“What?”

“Yeah,” she laughed. “The only reason Yoongi oppa and Seokjin oppa found out early that I was on my period is because Ggukoo oppa and Namjoonie oppa have a tracker or something.”

“That’s actually really smart,” Jimin pondered while lightly stroking her hair. “I can’t believe I didn’t think of that in the many years I’ve known you. Is there an app for that?”

His question was answered with silence. He looked down to find she had fallen asleep again. He smiled and leaned against her bedframe. The 20-year-old in his lap was always gonna be his baby, and it didn’t look like that was changing anytime soon.

when seokjin said he couldn’t understand but just laugh, she went into a fit of giggles and turned her head around to look at him. they made eye contact, and they both just laughed harder

singing the friends theme song, she didn’t clap along but waited to see if anyone would make a mistake

finesse playing and she nailed cardi b’s part with the boys hyping her up

when asking about nicknames after tae said he was good boy james asked her “how bout our international sweetheart? any more nicknames?”

when they were listening to circles, she was harmonizing with everyone

seokjin asked namjoon to ask what james would do if they were 9 instead of 8 and she laughed at james’s implication of joining the group

they pulled up to a dance studio and she was putting in minimal effort for the dance they suddenly joined

“i don’t like working out” she gasped out while doing the next dance

she was laughing when jimin was teaching the choreo for on “maybe we should have taught gogo instead”

Our schedule always had so much going on, but we were suddenly stuck and not able to share with our fans what we prepared for them. But I found myself spending more time with my friends and family. Our everyday lives changed, but the eight of us somehow established a normal routine, and I’m grateful for that.”
