For miya I would like Jack in the box listing party and Miya giving jungkook a tour of Australia in more depth.
hi bub! this took quite a while, but i'm back to writing again and slowly filling out requests! for now, here's the jitb listening party, but you can look forward to the australia tour with jungkookie soon! hope you enjoy this for now~
dialogue written in italics are spoken in english!
The sounds of the music blasting reached her ears before the elevator doors could even open.
“God,” Yoonmi muttered to herself, “I can’t believe that uni made me late for a work event for the first time ever.”
She carefully smoothed out the front of her leather romper over her black button down, an outfit Jungkook had dramatically insisted on because he helped Hoseok pick the romper out for her, and stepped out of the elevator doors right before they closed once again.
Almost immediately, her eyes spotted her members all gathered together in the photo booth, seemingly scanning the room for her. Right, she had sent them her location so they could see when she arrived.
People laughed at her rushed greetings and made way for her as soon as they could hear the heels of her boots coming in their direction. Everyone knew where she was headed, and no one would be stopping her even if they wanted to.
A set of sunglasses-covered eyes met hers, but even the tinted lenses couldn’t hide the way they lit up.
“Makdungie!” Hoseok yelled out, opening his arms for a hug. “You’re here! How was traffic?”
A laugh slipped through her lips as she walked forward to give Hoseok a hug, trying to pour everything she wanted to say into the tight squeeze. You look nice. I missed you. The listening party is doing great. Sorry I missed the actual listening part of the listening party. You’re working so hard. I’m proud of you. All these thoughts, yet only some words came out. “Sorry, I’m late. Traffic was okay, but my professor held me back.”
He pushed her sunglasses up her head and did the same to his own. “What matters is you’re here. Come on, it’s your turn to take pictures with me.”
Hoseok swung an arm around her shoulders, squishing their cheeks together for their first photo. The audible ranting of Taehyung from the side about Hoseok’s audacity to steal her before she could say hi to any of the other members made the smile on her face grow even wider out of amusement. After a few changes of poses, all of them gathered together into the frame, taking a photo altogether and being sure to send a soft copy to Yoongi immediately.
It was after the photo when the entire situation sunk in. There were so many people in the room with her, and the sheer thought of having to start up conversations began to overwhelm her. It was a long day at university, fixing up certain documents she needed for the following semester.
“Stick with me,” Jungkook handed her a champagne flute and offered his arm for her to take, “and drink this. Something to warm you from the inside might help you loosen up.”
A grateful sigh came out of her, “Thanks. Can we go close to the stage? I think Hobi oppa’s dancer friends are about to pop off.”
“Say no more.”
The two maknaes excitedly walked over to the center, pleased to find dancers taking over the floor. Pretty soon, they found themselves grooving along with their motions, Taehyung and Namjoon even joining them for a bit.
A glass of beer made its way into her hand, followed by a knowing wink from Jimin. She laughed and quickly downed its contents, settling on the floor of the stage, looking directly at Hoseok as he interacted with his guests as well as danced for a while.
She noticed a glow emanating from him. No, it wasn’t a reflection of the spotlight or the other flashing lights surrounding them. Hoseok just seemed to be glowing, whether it be in satisfaction, happiness, growth, or all of the above, she wasn’t sure. It was just a nice glow that she was happy to see given how stressed out he was in the past month specifically.
Her stares didn’t go unnoticed as the object of her thoughts turned towards her, a confused look crossing his face before he smiled and sat next to her.
“Penny for your thoughts?”
“You’re absolutely glowing,” there was no hesitation in her voice, “and it’s an amazing look on you, oppa.”
He bumped her shoulder, “Thanks, Yoonmi. And thanks for coming by even though today drained you.”
“I wouldn’t miss this for the world,” she smiled at him, pleased to see his smile change to the one she only saw him use around family.
Hoseok got up, dusting his hand on his pants and offering her the drink in his hand. “Come on. If you’re up for it, I’m pretty sure Jessi nuna and Eunwoo were looking for you. Jack-Coke, by the way.”
She laughed at his choice of drink matching his album, thankfully taking the drink and placing her free hand on his outstretched one. “I think I’ve got a bit of energy left as long as you guys stay with me.”
“Always.”
She definitely had more energy than she thought. Needless to say multiple videos of her vibing surfaced the internet, being a topic of conversation for a while.

idk if ur requests are open but if they are, could you do a small story about you mentioning yoonmi getting panic attacks on stage and maybe things fans could’ve done aside from the glares. like the lasers and if they ever threw anything or something
thank you in advance if you write it! ☺️☺️💜💜
hi hun! sorry this took so long, i know i said i’d try to post written stuff everyday, buuuut i suddenly was given the opportunity to babysit my baby cousin so i’ve been focusing on him for a bit aksjdhf but i’m working on another request, hannah content, and main timeline stuff rn! anyway, hereyago hun 🥰
WARNING: anxiety attack, mentions of hate, attempted blinding by laser pointer
Yoonmi was used to it.
All of the glares she received, she knew the other members would receive some as well. All of the hate she got, she knew becoming an idol would inevitably lead to that. The bad incidents with fans, well, she was for sure bound to experience a few of those. She got used to it all, especially since the hate on her significantly magnified once they got more recognition.
This didn’t mean she didn’t get hurt by everything, though. Both mentally and physically.
This is why all the glares she received as they performed “Fire” were still very unsettling to her.
Though she kept her confident stage persona since the performance started, she couldn’t help but notice most, if not all, people in the audience either giving her looks or not paying her any attention. The moment this processed in her head, she gave an inward sigh and became extra careful to not glance at her members or accidentally touch them.
‘Alright, Yoonmi,’ she thought to herself, ‘just get through the performance. You can sulk later, just get this performance over with.’
And it was going well until the final dance break happened. As she was squatting down for Taehyung’s solo line, she felt something in her eye. Blinking and squinting rapidly, she quickly realized it wasn’t something physical. She briefly recognized a red dot coming from the audience before her right eye lost vision.
Her breath hitched in her throat as she closed her right eye and looked away while following with the choreography.
It was only a few seconds, but was it possible that it blinded her? What was going to happen if she couldn’t see through her right eye? Would they cut her from the group? Would she have to stop being an idol entirely? Would she have to go to Australia now and live like a normal kid with her new family? Not that the last option was bad, but she really did want to stay and keep being an idol.
Her chest was tightening, heart feeling like something was clenching it. Breathing felt hard especially as they were going through the last bit of choreography. Everything felt too fast yet slowed down at the exact same time, and it was making her head spin. Not once did she open her right eye in fear of not being able to see.
She clenched her fists to stop them from shaking. As she finished up the last few counts and waited for Yoongi to walk backwards, she saw the red dot once again and quickly closed her left eye as well, but it wasn’t fast enough. Her hand went up to rub it a little as she walked to the back of the stage.
The moment she heard the signal through her in-ears that their stage was over for real, she blindly rushed off to the wings to the side where she knew her manager would be. Her breathing was haggard as she fell to her knees.
She could feel herself start to tear up, so she raised her hands to wipe the tears away. Her chest felt too tight to breathe, and her throat hurt. The overwhelming fear of not being able to see anything kept her from opening her eyes.
“Yoonmi?” The voice that called out to her was distant yet familiar. “Hey, kid. Breathe, alright? You’re good, you’re okay. You’re backstage now. Can you open your eyes for me?”
“Sejin oppa...” her voice barely came out as a whimper, “I don’t...”
Her lack of breathing made it hard for her to speak. She heard people coming towards her, and suddenly she felt more suffocated. She didn’t need all if the staff seeing her like this and thinking she was a brat or a crybaby, but she couldn’t stop herself.
All of a sudden, someone hoisted her up into their arms and ran off with her to what she assumed was their waiting room. Her hand was placed onto this person’s chest.
“Hey,” the voice she recognized as Jungkook’s murmured to her, “breathe with me, alright? It’ll be okay. Breathe. I’m right here, so are the hyungs. What’s wrong?”
“Can’t see,” was all she managed to get out, “laser.”
The older maknae cursed under his breath while lightly kicking a door open. It was at times like these when being given their own waiting room seemed a little more like a blessing than normal.
She felt herself being placed onto the couch and Jungkook’s hand pressing over her eyes, making everything darker.
Her chest grew tighter as she realized that Jungkook had carried her that long way. What if the fans saw? She isn’t supposed to be getting too touchy with him or they’d hate her even more!
“Take a deep breath for me, Mimi,” he instructed her as he kept her hand on his chest, her resistance making him worry just a little more. “In, out. Yeah, just like that. Hyung!”
“What’s going on?” That was Namjoon’s voice.
“I think she might be having an anxiety attack, and I think lasers made her vision weird?”
“Well, get your hands off her,” Yoongi’s voice called out. “Someone shut the door and turn the lights off, somebody else call a medic.”
The mixed conversations all sounded faint to her, but she felt Jungkook’s hands lifted away. This simultaneously relieved her yet scared her.
“Yoonmi,” Yoongi’s voice called out to her, “it’s Yoongi oppa. Can we touch you?”
Her chest tightened even more when she heard that. She shook her head and shifted herself so she was sitting with her knees up to her chest and hands in her hair.
“No, okay,” Yoongi reassured her. “That’s okay. Can you do me a favor? Can you remove your hands from your hair and clutch onto this pillow instead?”
She could feel a pillow being placed against her knees. Following Yoongi’s request, she pulled the pillow closer to her.
“Open your eyes for me, princess.”
“Can’t,” her voice was choked. “Don’t want to. Scared.”
“Okay, that’s fine for now,” the elder reassured her. “Let’s talk about something, yeah? How’s the filming for your variety show going? Are your unnies taking care of you?”
The question came out of the blue, confusing her. She felt someone press a tumblr into her hand. It didn’t feel like her usual tumblr. On instinct, she took a sip.
“They’re nice,” she whispered. “They take care of me, and we’re learning a song together. We’re gonna film a music video, too.”
“That’s good, princess,” Yoongi praised her, “I’m sure you’ll do great. How about your solo debut? How’s the album coming?”
“The planning is going fast,” she told him, still a little confused with why the sudden questions. “I have my title songs, I’m just working on my b-sides a little more.”
“Sounds good. Look at you, you’re breathing is back to normal now.”
It was when he said that that she realized she could breathe properly. Her chest was still a little tight, her throat dry as well, but significantly less than a while ago.
“Can I touch you?”
She bit her lip a little, unsure if she should allow. Fans would hate it. Then again, she was backstage, and she really needed some form of comfort then.
Once she nodded, she felt the couch dip next to her and someone, presumably Yoongi, pulling her into his side and wrapping an arm around her. She let out a long sigh before cautiously opening her left eye.
She could see the blurry figures of her members, making her shut her eye back in fear and bury her face into the pillow that she held.
“What’s wrong?” Seokjin’s voice asked worriedly from in front of her.
“Blurry,” her voice was muffled but heard by everyone, “you guys look blurry.”
“Don’t worry too much,” Namjoon’s voice came up. “It was probably a laser pointer, right? As long as it wasn’t directly in your eyes for too long, you’ll be fine. This blurriness is temporary, okay?”
“I hope so,” was the last thing she said before she heard the door open and Jimin’s voice.
“I got the medics!”

Can we get a angsts/fluffy Drabble of yoonmi writing deep dark and emotional lyrics and the boys freaking out/ if she’s okay bc of it?
suresies hun! 🥰 here’s a little look at how the boys tend to react when they think yoonmi is spiraling. the song is to my youth by bol4!
warning: mentions of wanting to disappear
Tumblr media
It wasn’t long since Yoonmi decided she wanted to put songs on the group’s soundcloud. Sure, she could easily release them to the public since she just debuted as a soloist, but she wanted it to be something only ARMYs knew. Even then, though, there were still some ARMYs look down on her as well, so she was pretty sure one of them or more may leak her songs to the public for haters to see. As much as she hoped that wouldn’t happen, she was mentally preparing for it. They all knew it. The seven boys had already agreed to remind ARMYs to keep it to themselves and not put the song on twitter, youtube, or any other social media.
Jimin was curious. She had been working on a few songs for the past few days even while they were on tour, yet she never let anyone hear them. But, he knew not to press.
He was standing outside her hotel room, and he told himself that all he was there for was to make sure she ate the food he dropped off earlier and went to sleep.
No one answered when he knocked on the door. Taking the spare key he borrowed from Namjoon, Jimin made his way into her room only to find her asleep on top of her covers, notebook open and pencil in hand.
A fond smile made its way onto his face while he picked her up and properly tucked her into bed. Out of the corner of his eye, he could see her setup on the table. She must have been working on something. He went to pick up her notebook and pencil to put them away, but the words on the page caught his eye.
At some point in my life, I used to wish that I could disappear from this world
The whole world seemed so dark, I cried every night
Will my mind feel at ease if I just disappeared?
I was so afraid of everyone’s eyes on me
He didn’t mean to see it! Really! But his eyes caught the first line, and Jimin had to make sure he read that correctly.
As he progressed through the lyrics she had written, it felt like a cavity kept growing in his chest. Was this really what went through her mind? He thought they had finally helped her get all those negative feelings out, but did she just keep it to herself?
He frowned. Keeping things to herself to not make the older members worry sounded exactly like something Yoonmi would do. He wouldn’t stand for this, though.
With a troubled heart, he messaged the others.
Tumblr media
Yoonmi woke up only to find herself being squished in between Jungkook and, from the perfume she could smell, Yoongi. She blinked herself awake before sitting up only to find all of the boys in her room.
Her sleepiness was gone in an instant. Did something happen? Was there something wrong? Were they in trouble? Worry filled her up until a hand on her shoulder made her jump. It was Yoongi.
“Oppa,” she whispered to not wake anyone else, “what’s going on?”
“Princess, we need to talk.”
She practically deflated upon hearing those words.
“You’re not in trouble,” Yoongi reassured her, “not at all. We just need to talk about something.”
Yoonmi squinted her eyes at him as Yoongi got up to wake everyone else. Her eyes fixed on the desk where her setup was all cleaned up, but her notebook was open. Oh.
Someone sat on the foot of the bed in front of her. “Hey, makdungie.”
Yoonmi turned towards Namjoon hesitantly. “Hi. Is this about my song?”
“A little, yeah,” he gave her a solemn smile, “but more on why didn’t you say anything to us?”
It was then when she felt someone pull her onto their lap. Jungkook. He rested his chin on top of her head before lightly flicking her knee.
“No disappearing. Not on me.”
She patted his hand. “I’m not planning to. It’s just... It’s a fleeting thought. That’s all.”
“If it’s enough to write a song about, then it’s much more than that,” Taehyung noted, Jimin nodding in agreement beside him.
“Princess, have you been reading through hate again?” Seokjin sat next to Namjoon and lightly cradled her face.
Hoseok gave her a stern look. “You know we made the no social media rule for a reason, right?”
“It’s not that, I swear,” she reassured them. “I was just looking through my old diary, and I saw those. I remembered what I felt, and so I wrote about it.”
There was a silence as the members tried to see if she was lying. Yoongi, who sat next to her once again, tightened his grip on her hand.
“You’re sure it isn’t thoughts right now?” Namjoon’s worry was clear in his voice.
“They come still, but it’s all fleeting. Besides, have you should hear what I have for the full song.”
She tried to move to her desk, but Jungkook’s arms tightened around her waist. Hoseok brought her laptop over.
“I haven’t written it down or recorded it yet,” she began as she looked through her files, “but here’s what the bridge is going to be.”
She took a deep breath and pressed play before singing along to her instrumental.
“But still, maybe I can be a bright light in this world. Maybe after all of that pain I can shortly shine a light. So I couldn’t give up. I couldn’t fall asleep peacefully for a single night because maybe if I keep trying to get up like this, I will find myself.”
She pressed pause again and looked at her members while tugging on the ends of her hair. She stopped chewing at her bottom lip enough to ask them how it was.
Yoongi pressed a kiss to her forehead while Namjoon smiled at her. “I’m proud of you, Princess.”
“You’re already a light to us.”
It was like Seokjin’s words pulled everyone out of their own thoughts. She found herself in the middle of a group hug. She laughed a little.
“I hope you guys didn’t get too worried.”
“Promise me you’ll come to us if these thoughts come to mind again?” Jimin hooked his pinky onto hers.
“I promise.”

WARNING: mentions of passing out, fighting, mentions of self-neglect
Tumblr media
It was day two of their Berlin concert, and Yoonmi was barely hanging in there.
With the constant flying back and forth for the tour and filming her drama, interviews, school work, and just working on what her next releases may be, she was beyond overworked. Surprisingly, she had been able to hide that from the members, but they were all stressed out to the point of serious distraction.
It started when she was performing her solo stage right after Jungkook.
Her head was spinning slightly, and she almost missed her cue to start the first verse. She almost tripped as well if it weren’t for the quick reflexes of one of her dancers.
The spinning got worse, and a headache added on to it as the concert progressed.
After Run, she rushed backstage, glad that she had time to rest before going back on for DNA and the medley.
The moment she got off stage, though, her vision went black.
Hoseok turned around to check on all six of his members to make sure they were all making their way to the dressing room. Namjoon had to rush there first, being the person to perform after Jimin, so he let the leader run past him. His eyes immediately landed on Yoonmi who was breathing heavily, eyes unfocused.
Hoseok made everyone run ahead of him while he went towards her. Right as he was about to ask her if she was okay, she fell right into his arms. Hoseok’s eyes widened when he felt her deadweight on him.
“No, no, no,” he muttered while lolling her head back to check her eyes. She was unconscious. “No, Yoonmi, no!”
He picked her up and ran past the other boys and right for the dressing rooms. He laid her out on the couch and immediately fumbled with her choker to get it off of her. His hands were shaking too much (from exhaustion or worry, he wasn’t sure), so he couldn’t unclasp it. In frustration, he removed her jacket from her body and tried to undo the harnesses around her torso.
“Wake up,” he pleaded while unbuckling the leather straps.
Jungkook arrived first, charging forward to see her unresponsive on the couch. He looked on in worry at first until Taehyung went forward to help Hoseok get rid of her harness. Jungkook’s hands immediately went to her choker to get it off of her neck. He made to pull her shirt off, but he looked around the room, eyes narrowed.
“Male staff, out,” he growled Namjoon exited his changing area.
When no one moved, Jungkook began glaring. Taehyung, Hoseok, and Yoongi moved to form a barrier between most the staff and Yoonmi while Namjoon spoke.
“Out of respect for our member, all male staff will leave this room,” he said in an eerily calm tone that sounded somewhat threatening.
The male staff left, so Seokjin turned around and pulled Yoonmi’s shirt off over her head. He silently thanked god she wore a more covered up bra underneath. Their stylists came in with a pack of ice and a bunch of battery powered fans.
“Put this on the back of her neck,” the one closest to Jungkook said as she handed him the ice pack.
Jungkook did as he was told.
“She’s not going on for DNA or the medley,” Namjoon tomd one of the female stage directors who walked in. She nodded and repeated the statement to her walkie talkie before turning back to the leader.
“You’re needed on standby, RM-ssi.”
Namjoon looked worriedly at Yoonmi before meeting eyes with Yoongi who nodded at him.
“Yoongi hyung is in charge of Yoonmi,” Namjoon told the staff before rushing to his standby position.
“Hyung, she’s not showing any signs of waking up,” Hoseok told Yoongi worriedly. “She’d usually be stirring by now.”
“The longest she’s stayed out is eight minutes.” Yoongi reassured them. “She’ll be up by the time Jimin gets here.”
That’s where Yoongi was wrong. While the boys each took turns changing, Yoonmi still didn’t wake up. By the time Jimin’s stage ended, Jungkook was pacing, and Taehyung was gripping her hand tighter than he should have been. When Jimin rushed in worriedly, Seokjin headed out to call a medic.
“She’s still out,” Jimin rushed forward. “Why is she still out? I heard you guys through my in-ears, and she was out since the VCR. She hasn’t passed out for this long before!”
“Jimin, stop panicking, and get dressed,” Yoongi instructed the younger. “I know you’re worried, but we have a concert to do.”
Jimin was practically forced into his changing area by one of the stylists present in the room.
“What are we supposed to do?” Jungkook asked. “We’re supposed to be on stage in less than three minutes. Why is she still out? I need to see her awake before we go back.”
Hoseok and Yoongi exchanged a look. Did they not notice how stressed she was? When was the last time they saw her sleep? Or eat, for that matter? Yoongi cursed himself under his breath for not noticing any sooner.
“I’ve got her,” Seokjin walked in with a medic in tow. “She’s never been out for this long before. What’s wrong with her?”
The medic rushed forward and placed her fingers on Yoonmi’s pulse. She frowned. She then opened Yoonmi’s eyes to inspect them. “Her heart rate is a lot faster than it should be, but it looks like there isn’t enough blood in her. She has mild iron deficiency, yes?”
Jungkook cursed as he remembered seeing her unopened bottle in her hotel room. “She hasn’t been taking her supplements.”
“That explains it,” the medic brought out her walkie talkie and spoke into it. “I need a blood test here. Bring something sweet in case she wakes up.”
“In case?” Jungkook’s head snapped towards the medic. “In case as in if? Are you saying she could stay passed out for a long time?”
“BTS on standby!”
Hoseok looked towards the staff who called them. They had to be on standby for DNA, but Yoonmi still hasn’t woken up.
“She’ll wake up,” the medic reassured them. “I’ll handle her. You kids go do your concert.”
Just as Jungkook, Jimin, and Taehyung were about to start protesting, Eunhae stepped into the room. She gave them a comforting look.
“I’ll look after her. You guys go, you’ll hear it in your in-ears when she wakes up.”
Yoongi smiled at her, grateful to have someone Yoonmi had known for almost as long as them to watch over her.
“Noona,” Jimin clung to her arm, “please make sure she wakes up.”
“We’ll see what we can do,” she told him before looking at all seven of them. “Now, go! The fans will be way more worried if all of you don’t show up.”
None of the boys wanted to leave at first. Their stylists and Eunhae had to practically push them all out of the waiting room. They let Yoongi stay behind to talk to Eunhae and the medic, though.
“Take care of her, please,” was all he said before kissing Yoonmi’s forehead and following the members.
Hoseok was leading everyone to the stage. “As worried as we all are, try and stay focused. Don’t worry the fans.”
With conflicted feelings, the six boys joined Namjoon on stage.

Helloooooo! Can I request for a yoonmi & jin scenario like a father-daughter dance? Like I know it’s different in Korea but what if yoonmi was watching a lot of movies & like 18th birthday debuts was there & obvs, they were vv busy when she turned 18 (internationally) but somehow the boys set up a surprise party thats cute & intimate and then she requests to slow dance with them and one of the first she’ll want to dance with is jin & her saying since he’s kinda like a father or just like the closest thing to one? Idk kdhgbjska i guess i just want a fluffy jin scenario (or bullet point scenario)
ALSJSHD THE WAY I TURNED THIS INTO A WHOLE BANGTAN X YOONMI I— anyway, enjoy this fluff! this was in osaka during the rehearsals for magic shop in kyocera dome
Tumblr media
Yoonmi was confused.
It started the moment she woke up. For some strange reason, Jimin had laid out a short white dress and some heels for her to wear to their rehearsals. She slipped them on with slight hesitation, layering some thermal stockings and safety shorts under them. As much as she didn’t like wearing dresses, it was tradition for her to wear whatever is given to her when Jimin picks her clothes.
Next, she noticed all the glances. As oblivious as she was at times, Yoonmi could tell when other people paid her more attention than they should. There were sly smiles and excited glances which, when she asked him about it, Namjoon shrugged off as fondness over her wearing a dress to rehearsal despite her preferring shorts or even skirts rather than dresses.
And then rehearsals for Airplane Pt.2 started. Well, barely. Right before it reached her part, the lights all over the dome turned off. She jumped in surprise and nearly fell backwards when a spotlight pointed directly at her. Jungkook quickly caught her.
“Woah, what’s going on?” Her eyes were wide as she looked around for any sign of the other members or even the staff.
“Hey, everything’s okay,” He reassured her as well as he could before pointing off to the wings of the stage. Look over there, birthday girl.”
“Birthday girl? What— Oh. Ooooh!”
Just as she remembered the current date, a familiar song started playing through the speakers, making her laugh. Seven voices started singing her a happy birthday, and a cake was pushed onto stage.
Jungkook pulled her over to the others and smiled before moving to stand behind the cart. She looked at them strangely while pointing at the candles.
“They aren’t lit?”
“We have a little surprise for you, first,” Namjoon smiled at her. “We did a little bit of research, and turning 18 in international age looks pretty big in the Philippines.”
“Well, yeah, girls usually have huge parties where they put on gigantic dresses and...” She trailed off before gasping. “Please don’t tell me you did that? Now’s not the time to take the princess thing seriously.”
Yoongi chuckled. “No, don’t worry. We got a few other traditions instead.”
“So this is why you told me to wear a dress!” She looked at Jimin accusingly. He just shrugged at her and boooed her nose.
“We kinda divided those 18th birthday traditions amongst ourselves, though, so you won’t be getting 18 of everything.” Hoseok’s laugh rang through her ears. That’s when she noticed that he was holding a little star-shaped candle. So were Taehyung and Namjoon. Jungkook and Seokjin were holding roses while Yoongi and Jimin presented her the cake.
“We’re gonna start off with some wishes for you before you blow out the candles.” Jimin walked up to the three holding the small shinmery star candles and lit them up.
“I guess I’m going first,” Namjoon laughed, “because, well, you’ve known me the longest. I just want to say that you’ve grown up really well, and I’m proud because you’re finding yourself. Even if you find it hard, you’re finding yourself in your music, hobbies, friends, family, and just in general. My only wish is that you learn to love yourself more.”
Namjoon bent down to blow the candle with her. Yoonmi proceeded to wrap her arms around his middle. “I’ll try, but no promises.”
“My turn,” Taehyung pulled Yoonmi so her back was to his chest. He nuzzled his cheek to the too if her head which made her laugh. “My aegi, your mind is an interesting thing. You appreciate things differently, and you always find the good in everything and everyone. While I hope you don’t change, I also hope you understand that there are some people or things that can be dangerous. My wish is for you to take care of yourself, okay? Don’t put yourself in harm’s way, whether it be physical, mental, or emotional.”
She nodded and blew the candle. Taehyung pressed a kiss to the too of her head before passing her to Hoseok.
“Hey, Yoon-ah.” Hoseok ruffled her hair with a large grin on his face. “My little prodigy. I met you when you were just until my waist, so to see you like this... Especially after watching you work so hard to better yourself in everything that matters to you. Yoonmi, as much as you say we inspire you, you inspire us to better ourselves, too. You work hard all the time, so I wish you never lose this passion, or, if you do, that you find yourself back as soon as possible.”
“Stop, I might actually cry,” she laughed just before blowing out Hoseok’s candle. When she turned to everyone else, the candles on her cake were lit.
“We’re breaking tradition,” Jimin grinned.
Yoongi lifted a tab from the top of the cake. “You can pull this after blowing the candles out.”
She gave them a skeptical look but blew out the eighteen fifteen other star candles then tugged a little at the tab. It took a little more force to pull it out, but her jaw dropped when she pulled it out.
“You put money in the cake?”
“In our defense, we put it in an envelope and then in a ziplock.” Yoongi handed her a tissue
to wipe the cream of the ziplock. “That’s ₩180,000.”
She grinned at the two elders and gave them cheek kisses in thanks. Then she found herself being pulled away to center stage by Jungkook who handed her a bouquet of nine roses. He held one of her hands in his then placed her free hand on his shoulder and his on her waist. “We should have hired your boyfriend’s group so you could get 18 dances.”
“The older ones are scary.” Her tone was already joking, but she broke out into a laugh when the song started playing. “Of all the songs to dance to, you choose to play the first of mine that they published?”
“Hey, Just One Day is a nice song!” Jungkook lightly thumped her forehead. “Besides, it was Jin hyung’s idea. This whole thing was his idea, actually.”
She smiled at that. Of course he was the one behind this. He was the one who always did little things to learn more about Yoonmi’s heritage. He has all the Korean things down, so he spent time to learn Filipino cooking, traditions, and sayings among other things. She looked towards him with a grateful look before widening her eyes and leaning forward to hide her face in Jungkook’s chest.
“They’re taking videos!”
She could feel his torso shaking with his laughter. “Typical hyungs. Come on, say cheese!”
She shyly waved at the other members who were cooing at the two maknaes and calling their attention as if they were babies. Seokjin walked over and offered her his bouquet holding the nine other roses. With the elegance she was raised to project, she curtsied and took the bouquet, handing both to Jungkook so she could dance with Seokjin with more ease.
She let her eldest member guide her arms to the way they were placed with Jungkook earlier, and began swaying.
“Thank you.”
He tilted his head at her. “For what? We barely even started dancing.”
“For everything,” she began by nodding towards the other members. “Planning this surprise, looking into the side of me that you aren’t familiar with, trying to integrate my other home into ours, everything. Thank you.”
“Yah, it was nothing.” His red ears told a different story from the nonchalant vibe he was trying to put off. She giggled and used the hand on his shoulder to poke his ear.
“You’re flustered, oppa.”
“Well you try standing still and being cool while the cutest dongsaeng you’ve raised for the past eight or nine years says something that heartfelt!”
She laughed at him before just wrapping her arms around his neck. Seokjin just ended up rocking them side to side, lifting her off the ground just a lot little so that he wasn’t slouching.
“I know you’re an adult there and about to be an adult here, but don’t grow up too fast, okay?” His voice was hushed so no one could hear it but her. “Stay this youthful.”
“No guarantees.”
“Right, but you’ll always be our makdungie even when we all grow old.”

What are the most fan favorite moments between Yoonmi and Shinee, that Army's and Shawols still think about?.
Tumblr media
An ArmyWol’s Starter Kit: SHINee’s Hello Baby Season 2 ft. BTS’s Miya
1. Jonghyun’s Instagram
jonghyun loves taking yoonmi out to places and just overall being a doting brother like he is with yeri
he has a bunch of photos of her and the two of them on his ig and they’re just adorable
it’s also proof shots of when jinki takes her out to places too or when he and kibum visit
2. SHINee’s Military Enlistments and Discharges
she was there when jinki, kibum, and minho enlisted, and she’s gonna be there for sure when taemin enlists
she posted pictures each time and gave the boys little presents
not to mention she did visit quite a bit and made sure to make some time for them when they had their leaves
then there’s the iconic video of her hugging jinki when he got discharged
3. The Fuzzy Jacket
the shinee boys’ first gift to her was a fuzzy jacket
yes, she wore it everywhere for at least a year
yes, it’s a little smaller now than it used to be
yes, she still wears it very often
4. Good Evening/Fake Love Era
this era was a win for people who stanned all shinee bts and wanna one tbh
anyway, yoonmi was constantly at shinee’s pre-recordings with her lightstick
and the boys would always take the breaks to talk to her or even bring her up on stage
many many photos were posted
5. M.Y. Everyday || keeping our promises (pt. 1&2)
basically they promised each other they’d go to each other’s concerts
for shinee world V and the wings tour final, she vlogged herself with them
there were a lot of hugs, imitating, and proud smiles

heeey I love your work with all my heart <3, could you write something about yoonmi having a wardrobe malfunction during a performance and bts reacting to it? <33
awww thank you so much hun 🥺🥺🥺 and of course! a professional jungmi ft. protective bangtan coming right up! hope you enjoy 🥰
this takes place in MAMA 2018 Japan
warning/s: slight sexual harrassment
Tumblr media
It happens at least once in every idol’s life, so Yoonmi knew to prepare for it, but she never expected her wardrobe malfunction to happen in the middle of MAMA.
She didn’t know how, but the clear straps holding up the neckline of her top snapped. She frowned. The zipper felt undone as well. She reached a hand behind her back to hold her shirt together while doing her solo part with Jungkook. They made eye contact, and he saw the panic in her eyes.
Jungkook looked at her shirt. He knew the only thing under that was a lace bralette she had for texture in her outfit that, despite other artists having wore more revealing, Jungkook didn’t want Yoonmi to be left to perform in. He knew about all the sexual predators online that made rude comments about the 18-year-old.
As they transitioned to the next part of the song, Jungkook swiftly took his blazer off and passed it to her, leaving him in his silk shirt. She skillfully slipped one sleeve off, slid her arm through one of the blazer’s sleeves, then took off the rest of the broken top and threw it behind them to fully wear the blazer. It didn’t close, but it did help cover her up a lot more. She silently thanked god and her stylists for putting her in a bralette with a thicker band rather than leaving her in a normal bra.
She accidentally made eye contact with Seokjin as she threw her top to the back. He glanced down and saw her in her inner clothes and Jungkook’s blazer. He did a quick ok sign with his hand to ask if she was good, and she nodded and shifted her gaze to Jungkook for a quick second to tell him Jungkook helped her.
The moment the VCR started after Fake Love, Jimin tugged the sides of Jungkook’s blazer together and led her off stage, making sure fancams couldn’t see her. After checking if their mics were off, Namjoon called out to the staff.
“Get Miya a shirt, please,” he shouted.
“She’ll be fine,” one of the MAMA staff called out, “just get her the next jacket.”
“Listen here,” Taehyung practically growled at the staff member. “Performing in low rise jeans and a lace bra is not comfortable for her. The VCR is long enough for Namjoon hyung to do a whole body change, so you will let my little sister put on a shirt.”
“She wore a bra last MAMA,” the man raised an eyebrow his eyes.
“She was comfortable in that because her bottoms were high waisted and it was a sports bra,” Hoseok frowned, “and it actually covered more than half her torso rather than just her breasts.”
“Oppa, stop,” she tried to stop them from getting any more frustrated.
“She’s a female idol,” the staff argued back. “It’s natural to dress like this. The male fans will love it, and your popularity could surge.”
Yoongi came, tightening Jimin’s grip on the front of her blazer.
“She is a minor, and I will not have you dehumanize her to something men can ogle at for pleasure,” Yoongi spoke up. Yoonmi hid her face in Jimin’s chest. She didn’t like hearing this. “We can and will sue you for sexual harassment.”
“Mimi, come here,” she heard Jungkook’s voice. She looked over to find him in his new jacket, a top and her own jacket in his hands. Seokjin stood on his side, ready to hold up his previous jacket to block her while she changed. Jungkook and Seokjin had run to their stylist themselves and got her a shirt.
Jimin brought her over and did the same as Seokjin. She could vaguely hear Namjoon and Yoongi chewing out the rude staff member while Jungkook helped remove the blazer from her and slipped the shirt over her head.
“Hey,” Jimin smiled at her, “It’s fine, okay? It’s not your fault they’re mad.”
“I don’t like seeing them mad,” she mumbled.
“They’re defending you from that pervert.”
“Pervert?” Jungkook’s eyes narrowed. Seokjin’s head whipped around to look at the mentioned staff.
“I think Namjoon and Yoongi are handling him pretty well,” Seokjin noted once he saw the man’s slightly terrified face.
“Don’t be angry,” she went on her toes and kissed Jungkook’s cheek, “thanks for helping me, by the way.”
“Of course,” his eyes softened when he looked at her. “No way am I letting you perform when I know you’re uncomfortable.”
“Ten seconds,” a female staff called out.
They got into position on the stage lifts where she was going to be lifted with Taehyung. He checked her over while she adjusted the silver jacket on top of her shirt.
She gave him a smile. “Thank you.”
Taehyung smiled at her and threw an arm around her. “Anytime, aegi.”
With that, the music started, and they were lifted up on stage.

Could you do a part 2 of yoonmi passing out for 17 minutes?? I’m hooked on the imagine
alakdjf ofc! i spent today alternating between sleeping, class, and writing this 🤧 more yoonmi angst coming your way... here’s the part two of it!
(i forgot to put warnings on the first one, so i’ll edit it in a bit)
WARNING: mentions of passing out, fighting, mentions of self-neglect
Tumblr media
There was a commotion backstage, and someone left the in-ear receptors on for the boys to hear.
There wad an obvious moment in the middle of the Fake Love when the fans all noticed the way the boys seemed to pause in their steps and look at each other despite being in the middle of dancing. Though the fans didn’t know what was going on, the boys could hear everything clearly.
Yoonmi was awake, and she wanted to go on stage.
The moment Fake Love ended, the first person to reach Yoonmi was Jimin. He saw her sitting up on the couch and glaring at the staff who were keeping her there. She was clutching her Dior shirt as if someone would take it away if she loosened her grip.
“Are you okay?” Jimin asked while settling on the couch beside her and gathering her into his arms. “Who am I kidding? Of course you aren’t! You’ve been out for practically 9 songs.”
“I’m fine,” she reassured the boys. “I can go on stage.”
“Go on stage, are you crazy?” Jungkook scoffed. “You missed your supplements, and who knows if you slept last night. You really think we’re going to let you back on stage in this state?”
“Jungkook,” Namjoon said warningly.
“I’m not a porcelain doll!” Yoonmi threw her hands up in frustration and walked into her changing station.
“Yoonmi-ah, your health is a priority,” Jimin called to her through the curtain.
“You aren’t getting dressed for stage,” Jungkook added.
There was a laugh from inside the curtain. “What are you gonna do? Open the curtain and expose me so I don’t change?”
“I kid you not, I will do it.”
It took Taehyung and Hoseok to hold Jungkook back from her curtain while Namjoon moved to stand next to it.
“Hey, princess. You know we’re just worried, right? You haven’t ever fainted for this long, so we just want to make sure you’re well rested and at the top of your game.”
Yoonmi sighed. She knew they were worried, but it wasn’t like this has never happened to her before. She just wanted to get back on stage. She knew ARMYs would be worried for sure, and she knew that she’d be able to go through it all without much of a struggle. She finished fastening the harnesses around her waist and thighs before exiting
“I’ll be fine,” she reassured them. “I’ve had my fill of food, the medic unnie gave me my supplements, and I’m not feeling that nauseous. Just trust me on this, please. I want to perform.”
Namjoon carefully pressed two fingers to her pulse. It was back to normal. She didn’t look pale, either.
“Did you eat anything?”
“Eunhae unnie packed kimbap earlier, luckily.” She approached Hoseok and wrapped her arms around his waist. He had been silent the whole time. “Oppa, I’m sorry for passing out on you.”
Hoseok pulled her close to him. She could feel his relief when her grip wasn’t weak like it was earlier before she fainted. He kissed the top of her head before resting his cheek on her.
“Never do that again, okay?”
She kept silent, unsure if she’d be able to keep that promise if she made it. She glanced up at the other four who were staring at her. Well, two. Namjoon was talking to the medic, and Jungkook was glaring at the ground.
“Boys, you have to get dressed for Truth Untold,” a staff called in. “Once Jin’s done with first chorus, we need you on standby. Suga’s almost done with his stage.”
Taehyung ruffled her hair as he walked past her. He got Hoseok to let go of her so he could help her into her jacket before getting dressed.
Jimin kissed her cheek. “I don’t like seeing you like that.”
“I’m sorry.”
She turned to Jungkook, but he silently moved past her and into his changing station. She frowned and looked at Hoseok who shrugged. Slightly worried, she sunk into Hoseok’s side.
She knew Jungkook was worried. Hell, she spent most of her time with him during their tour, of course he’d be mad at her. He was the one who hovered over her the most for the past few weeks, and she always laughed it off.
When Jungkook got out of the curtains, he didn’t even glance at her. He went straight to fixing his in-ears and mic pack. She felt Hoseok lightly nudge the small of her back. He nodded his head in Jungkook’s direction.
She cautiously approached him and took his in-ears from his hand. She stood behind him and silently slipped it up the back of his shirt before securing the mic pack on his belt. Jungkook didn’t push her away, so that was a good sign.
She moved in front of him to adjust them on his ears before proceeding to fix his shirt. She hugged his torso when she finished, relaxing when Jungkook returned the hug.
“You didn’t listen to me,” he lightly scolded. “This is why I’ve been nagging you the whole tour. You know I don’t nag people.”
“I’m sorry.”
Jungkook’s grip tightened. “I was terrified. You were never out for that long. I don’t want that to happen again.”
“I’ll be fine,” she told him. She tried to lean back a little to look up at him, but Jungkook’s hold was too tight for her to do that. “I’ve got my energy back. You know me, oppa. I’m a fighter.”
“Stubborn’s the word,” Jungkook snorted into her hair. “Are you absolutely sure you can go on stage? 100 percent sure? Tear and Mic Drop are intense.”
“I’m sure,” she nodded.
“She won’t be dancing during Mic Drop,” Namjoon cut into their little moment. He had approached them after speaking to the medic and a few of the stage directors. “Sorry, Yoonmi, but you’re getting a seat for Mic Drop. It’ll be there from Tear just in case you get dizzy, but the medic says you’ll be fine as long as there isn’t too much dancing.”
Yoonmi smiled and looked up at Jungkook. “You hear that? I’m good to go.”
“Vocal line on standby!”
Jimin headed out the door first, making sure to give Yoonmi another cheek kiss.
“Take it easy,” Taehyung warned her as he pinched her cheek on the way out.
Jungkook hesitated to let go of her. She gave him another hug then went to kiss his cheek. She pushed him out the door right after that.
“Go! I’ll be fine!”
She settled herself back into the couch next to Hoseok who had changed into his Dior outfit as well. He was silently feeding her the little chocolates they had in the room with them. As much as she was getting sick of it, she ate them knowing it reassured Hoseok that she had something in her stomach and a good sugar level in her.
“I hope you know the maknae line isn’t letting go of you for encore today.”
“I know. I hope ARMY won’t mind.”

Can i request part 2 for yoonmi's opening gifts during valentines? The boys' reaction would be fun to read 🤔
of course hun! it’s really nothing much, though, just the boys watching her while she goes through the gifts that they didn’t open for her aksjdhf anyway, here you gooooo
italics are english!
Tumblr media
Yoonmi found herself distracted from opening her presents when seven boys immediately turned to her upon hearing the rustling of a paper bag.
“You guys are being weird,” she laughed. “It’s not a first time I got White Day gifts from these friends.”
“But it’s the first time you got this much,” Jungkook gestured to their room behind him which had all the flowers, candies, and chocolates removed from their wrappings. The maknae line and Seokjin really did make sure she didn’t see any of those notes.
“Well, people didn’t really like me in middle school,” she shrugged upon opening the first present, missing the way her members gave her somewhat sorry looks.
She grinned when she pulled out Timtams. It was Chan’s gift, which Yoongi had handed to her along with Yoonsung’s gift in the middle of dinner. Both her older brothers were busy, so they just dropped by and had her members give her their gifts.
“Read the note,” Seokjin urged her gently.
“It says, ‘Hey, Little One. I know you miss home, so here’s a little something from there. From me, dad, and Lucas. There are a few more packs for the hyungs.’ Aw, I haven’t had Timtams since I visited home last September!”
“That was nice of Chan to add some for us,” Yoongi smiled when Yoonmi passed the three extra packs towards them.
She watched Namjoon pull out his phone, probably messaging Chan a thank you. While they were all distracted with opening the Australian chocolates, she opened the present from Yoonsung. Inside held packs of the chocolate buttons that she loved from Marks and Spencers. She hid it behind her, mentally noting to read the note later and hide the box from the others. She’ll share anything, but her chocolate buttons? No way.
“Open another one,” Hoseok suggested as soon as all the boys’ attention was on her.
She laughed and opened the one labeled with a picture of a hamster. It was from Jisung, which had been sent to her through Hannah, Mark, and Haechan. She read the note out loud with a laugh.
“Oh my god, ‘To, Yoonmi. I saw marshmallow lollipops that looked like hamsters. I got one for each of us because the hyungs and Hannah noona always say we look like hamsters. From, Jisung.’” She shook her head while she pulled out the slightly distorted yet cute marshmallow lollipop.
“He’s right,” Taehyung shrugged, “you both do look like hamsters.”
“The poor thing looks distorted,” Jungkook fake cried upon inspection of the treat. She giggled at his overdramatic acting and took another gift.
“Hwi’s has no note,” she stated, “but that’s because he said it would be weird. Oh! Hershey’s kisses!”
“Typical Daehwi,” Hoseok laughed and handed Yoonmi the only box in the pile she was allowed to open.
“This one’s from Haechan oppa,” she noted as she pulled the box open.
“Wow, he went all out,” Namjoon‘s eyes widened upon seeing the contents.
There were chocolate mushrooms, choco home run balls, Pororo cheese crackers, and what looked like carefully wrapped dalgona candy.
“Ah,” she opened a box of chocolate mushrooms for her to eat, “he must have remembered me saying I missed Korean snacks when we were on tour.”
“Haechan gets my vote,” Taehyung called out.
She laughed at him and took the last paper bag. Inside were two boxes and a note. One was a box of chocolate chip cookies, and the other was what looked like it would be homemade chocolate. She opened the second box and saw a wooden rosary bracelet in the center of little pieces of chocolates. She quickly looked at the note.
Hey, Yoonmi. I heard from Hannah that you broke your rosary bracelet on tour, so I got you a new one. I have one, too! This probably isn’t the time to mention this, or it is... Anyway, I know it’s only been two months since we talked about this, but I’m still waiting for you. Whenever you’re ready, alright? Happy White Day. -Mark
She smiled while slipping on the bracelet. “I’ve been meaning to buy a new one.”
“My vote goes to Mark,” Jimin laughed, “but what does the note say?”
“Why is there a point system? Anyway, just to enjoy the cookies and that he heard my rosary bracelet broke,” she shrugged while tucking the note into her sleeve, “nothing much.”
“The point system for who we like,” Jimin winked at her while Taehyung nodded along.
“Yah, what are you two talking about,” Seokjin threw a pillow at the two of them, making everyone else in the room laugh.
“Alright,” Yoongi stood up, “that makes all your presents. How about you go on in your room and look at all the other sweets you got. We’ll handle cleanup.”
With much protest on her side, the boys managed to get her in her room so she could at least change out of her uniform.
Jungkook followed her in and sat next to her on her bed. He passed her a keychain which had a photo of all eight of them inserted in it and her name skillfully drawn on the other side.
“An extra gift from me,” he told her and watched while she excitedly clipped it onto her bag. “Now, what did the note from Minhyung— no, Mark— really say?”
“I can’t get anything past you, can I?” she laughed but handed Jungkook the note. “It wouldn’t be a big deal to other people I just— It’s sweet.”
“He really is trying to prove he isn’t going anywhere,” Jungkook mumbled while reading the note.
“I guess so,” he heard her mumble as well.
He looked at Yoonmi, who had the smallest smile on her face. After a small bit of hesitation, he spoke again.
“He has my vote.”

this is so random lol but i saw a picture of the boy's birthday gifts from army. it was literally designer gifts overflowing a room. can you please write something about yoonmi getting spoiled on her birthday? thanks ☺️
sure, hun! and gosh, i’ve seen a few of those pictures and wow... the contents of those rooms are probably worth more than my life aksjdbf but anyway, here’s some bangtan and yoonmi fluff 🥰
set in 2018, conversations in italics are english
Tumblr media
Yoonmi found herself being pulled by an excited Jungkook away from the practice room and towards the artist lounge.
“Oppa, we have no time for snacks!” Her voice was the slightest bit stressed. “I need to run through our dance for Airplane Pt. 2’s intro again.”
“I thought we’ve established that you’re okay with your hair touching the ground? Or do you not trust me?”
“I trust you, not your adrenaline. For all I know, you’ll get too excited and drop my upper body lower than you should have. Muscle memory is key.”
Jungkook scoffed and just pulled her along with him. She was already pretty tired from just coming back from Japan the previous night (or early morning?), and they’ve been rehearsing since seven. She just wanted to get everything over with so she could get ready for their flight to Hong Kong.
“Have you checked your phone at all today?”
She looked at him weirdly. “You took my phone this morning.”
Jungkook’s satisfied smile just confused her even more.
Once they finally arrived at the door to the artist lounge, he pushed it open. All the lights were off, which was strange since it wasn’t even seven in the evening yet.
“Happy birthday to you!”
The lights flickered on with seven grown men singing her happy birthday, making her scream. She jumped back in shock and froze a little, taking in the room. Her members were scattered around the room in party hats with Jimin walking towards her while holding a pastel blue cake with its candles lit. Weren’t they just in the practice room? But something that surprised her even more was the contents of the room.
It was filled with paper bags, boxes, and envelopes all over the place. There were even some flowers.
“What?”
Hoseok carefully made his way over, avoiding all the presents, and placed a party hat on her head. “Did you forget that it was your birthday today?”
“I think I did,” she nodded, “and I didn’t expect this. What is all this?”
“These are gifts sent in for you from ARMY,” Namjoon explained.
“Personal gifts are over here on the table and the couch!” Taehyung excitedly pointed at the areas he mentioned. “Make a wish so we can get you over here to open stuff.”
She closed her eyes and did as she was told. She rushed over to the couch and settled herself in between Seokjin and Yoongi.
“This is too much...” she trailed off as she looked at all the presents. She noticed a lot of branded items with tags that had her members’ names on them. “This all looks way too expensive.”
The boys all just gave her a look. They were almost too used to Yoonmi avoiding big name brands. She had grown up wearing and using nothing but big name brands up until she was 10 years old as her ex-parents’ way of showing off their status, and she hated it.
“That’s why I got you a box of cookies.” Jungkook handed her a box of chocolate chip cookies that were each as big as her palm.
“Oh thank god,” she took the box from him, “I don’t need you spending a ton of money on renting out a fancy restaurant or something for me.”
Seokjin and Yoongi exchanged a look that didn’t go unnoticed by Yoonmi. How could it when she was sitting right in between them?
“Oppas, don’t tell me...”
“We may have reserved the garden area of Arcane for dinner later,” Seokjin smiled at her.
“Daehwi’s gonna be there, too,” Yoongi added, “with the whole of Got7. They’re sneaking Chan in with them. Yoonsung hyung is flying out, too.”
At her sigh, Jimin squished her cheeks together. “Relax, aegi. You deserve to be treated, alright?”
“I don’t know about that.”
“Makdung-ah,” Hoseok began, “you work hard all the time. You still attend school faithfully, and you do a ton of solo work on the side. It’s not showing off, it’s paying off all that work.”
She bit on her lip a little when Yoongi placed two small Tiffany & Co. paper bags on her lap.
“Let us spoil you at least once a year, Princess,” he told her.
She opened her mouth to protest, but her oppas all looked so hopeful that she’d like their gifts, so she just put on a smile and began opening the box.
“As soon as you get through all your family and close friends’ presents,” Jungkook began while holding a small bunch of papers, “we can look at these donation certificates that ARMY sent in celebration of your birthday.”
She perked up at that. She loved when ARMY did fundraisers and donation drives for any of their birthdays. It always felt nice to know that they could encourage people to help others out.
“Okay, okay,” she gave in and smiled at them, “I still don’t think you oppas should have spent this much on me, but thank you. Thank you so much.”
“You’re our makdungie,” Namjoon told her, “and I believe I can speak for both us and ARMY when I say you deserve expensive presents every now and then.”

Hellooo~ 🤩
I don’t know if you already did it honestly but can you do a fluffy story about BTS watching Yoonmi’s old photos/videos while she was hanging out or sleeping and after coming to dorm all BTS hug their maknae tight 🥺🥺🥺
oooooh i gotchu hun 🥰 this is set earlier this year because, well, 2020 is the year yoonmi becomes an adult in korea sooooo yeah hope you enjoy!
Tumblr media
This was not how the seven bangtan boys planned their Saturday night would go. One second, Jungkook and Yoongi were telling everyone about the videos they had stored in their hard drives. The next, the seven boys were watching in a fit of nostalgia as their younger selves practiced, messed around, and bonded on screen in front of them.
“I can’t believe you were such a baby back then, Jungkookie,” Yoongi told the younger.
“Me?” Jungkook scoffed. “Mimi really went from a tiny baby doll to a barbie doll. Wait, that was a weird comparison.”
“No, it’s actually pretty accurate,” Namjoon hummed. “She still looks like a doll, just with slightly more mature features.”
“Oh my god, her voice,” Taehyung’s mouth dropped as the eleven-year-old Yoonmi on their screen started telling the camera about her day in school. “I thought her voice now was high, but it was so much higher back then!”
“Seokjin hyung’s speechless,” Hoseok laughed as he saw the eldest member’s face. “Looks like he’s about to have a crisis.”
“Completely understandable,” Jimin shrugged. “We’ve been around Yoonmi so much that we didn’t really notice her growing up. She’s 20 this year. When we met her, she wasn’t even a teen.”
Just then, the front door opened. Yoonmi stepped in, hanging her helmet on the little hook they installed just for it and taking off her shoes.
“I’m home,” she called. “Yoonsung oppa told me to tell you guys he’s visiting soon to check up on us.”
She paused a little and looked confusedly at the seven boys who were staring at her. They looked a little emotional, and she immediately got worried.
“Did something bad happen?”
Right then and there, Seokjin stood up and walked over to her. He brought her into his arms and rested his chin on her head, eyes closed.
“You grew up so well, Princess,” he muttered. “I’m sorry I couldn’t do better.”
“What are you talking about?” she asked while wrapping her arms around his waist. “You helped me so much growing up! All of you did!”
She was genuinely so confused especially when the six other boys came and surrounded her, putting her in the middle of a big hug. She turned her head to look at what they were watching before she came. She saw the familiar baby faces of her and Jungkook running around the War of Hormone set. Realizing that they were watching old home videos, she giggled a little.
“You guys are way too emotional over this.”
“No we’re not,” Jimin playfully ruffled her hair as everyone let go of the hug. “Look at you! You’re a strong young woman who is confident and hard working.”
“You also have a boyfriend,” Taehyung pretended to wipe a tear from his eyes.
“Yes, but not relevant,” she laughed. “It’s been two years since he became my boyfriend. Also, I’m the same as I was?”
“You are,” Jungkook confirmed. “Like me. We’re the same, but we also changed a lot.”
“He’s right,” Hoseok added. “Your vibe is different, and you really are just more confident.”
She laughed at them then moved over to the couch. Jungkook immediately claimed the spot next to her before pulling her to sit on his lap instead. The 95 liners made their way to sit on either side of the two.
“Jin hyung was telling the truth,” Namjoon smiled at her. “You grew up well, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have played a part in that.”
“I’m proud of you, Princess,” Yoongi kissed her forehead before heading to the kitchen. “Let’s go through all these videos for the rest of the afternoon. I’ll grab some snacks for now and order something for dinner.”
Seokjin went to go help Yoongi out. Yoonmi looked at her boys and smiled. She was glad she had them growing up. She didn’t have the best experience with her biological family, but she knew she found a true family with these seven boys.

So all the protective oppas jump out or they will be like i wanted to be the first one to give yoonmi some valentine chocolates tho or smth like that? Just something soft & sweet i guess?
my requests are always open, hun, it just takes me a little while to write usually bc school and stuff ajfdslhf anyway, i gotchuuu imma change the setting to white day though because that’s the holiday in korea when boys give gifts/candies/confessions to girls… anyway here you goooo
Tumblr media
Jungkook stood outside Yoonmi’s school gates while waiting for her to come out. He still didn’t understand how she had the energy to go to school when they literally just came back from Chile and were preparing for KCON in Mexico. He rolled his eyes and adjusted the box he had in his hand. A White Day present.
“I wonder who else got her stuff today,” he muttered to himself.
There was Daehwi, of course. There was Mark and Haechan, as well. Jisung might possibly send one through them, too. The maknae of a group whose music video she appeared in went to SOPA as well. That would make about five chocolate bars or something. Well, four. Daehwi was off in Paju for Produce 101. Or was he on break? Anyway, four or five presents.
Boy, was he wrong.
“Hyung!”
Jungkook turned around at Daehwi’s familiar voice. His eyes widened when he saw the two kids. There were a series of paper bags in Yoonmi’s arms as well as a few small plushies and flowers in Daehwi’s. Did she even talk to that many people in school? He quickly rushed forward to help take the stuff out of her arms.
“Where’d all these gifts come from?” he asked her while loading them into their manager’s car.
“The people in school were being nice,” she stated simply while sliding into the back.
Daehwi scoffed at her. “Don’t believe her, hyung. I hear she got the most presents and confessions in her department.”
Jungkook shook his head while Daehwi heaved the presents into the very back of the car before taking the seat next to Yoonmi. Jungkook got into the front seat.
“No, I did not,” she defended herself while opening one of the boxes and offering chocolate to Daehwi, Jungkook, and manager Sejin. “There is a pretty unnie in my class who got just as many or more. Besides, you should have seen Hannah unnie.”
“This isn’t it,” Jungkook shook his head. “You can’t be getting all these confessions yet. You’re a baby and should only be getting White Day presents from people close to you. Daehwi, company or dorm?”
“Company, please.”
“Technically speaking,” Yoonmi began, “only Mark oppa, Haechannie oppa, and Daehwi gave me their presents in person. That means I have no confessions.”
“Tell that to Hyungjoon from my department,” Daehwi raised an eyebrow as he read one of the notes from one of the paper bags.
Yoonmi lightly hit his hand and took the note, shoving it back into the paper bag, “Don’t read the notes!”
“There are notes?” Jungkook turned his head around and glared at the multiple gifts in the back of the car. He handed her his box. “You aren’t allowed to open anything unless it’s from Daehwi or the NCT boys. Not until the hyungs and I have looked through them first.”
“Fine by me,” she shrugged while unwrapping the box Jungkook gave her.
“I am appalled,” Daehwi pressed a hand to his chest as if he were offended.
Jungkook was already messaging the members about the situation. From the responses he could see so far, most of the members were curious about what was in her presents. It was mostly Taehyung and Seokjin spamming to keep her away from those presents until they got their hands on them.
He was brought back to their situation when he heard her gasp. He turned and saw her holding up the photo album he had gotten her. It was filled with photos of her with the members taken over the course of their HYYH tour.
“That’s from the seven of us,” Jungkook smiled at her. “Happy White Day. Now, don’t look at the gifts from people you’re not close to.”
“It’s me!” Daehwi laughed while pointing at a photo from their opening night of the tour.
“Good,” Jungkook turned back to the road, “keep yourself distracted by that until we reach the dorm.”
He could her excited chatter behind him as Yoonmi told Daehwi about the adventures she and the members had gone on in each photo in the album. Meanwhile, he could hear manager Sejin chuckling at him. He looked at the older.
“Why?”
“Your overprotective is showing.”
Tumblr media
The moment the car parked in their dorm building’s parking area, Yoonmi was met with the door opening and her members raiding all the presents from the car and taking them in while Namjoon helped her out of the car. She shook her head at them in amusement.
“They’re going a little crazy,” her leader noted. “Did you really get that much gifts?”
She shrugged while following him in, “I mean, I guess so. Is it because I’m an idol? I’m pretty sure that’s the only explanation…”
She trailed off when she walked into the living room. There was a giant cookie brownie on the middle of the table as well as a few candies scattered around.
“Here’s the candy bit of your White Day present, princess,” Yoongi approached her and gave her a kiss on the forehead.
“Here are the presents maknae line and Jin hyung deemed trustworthy enough for you to open for now,” Hoseok handed her three paper bags and a box.
She laughed and accepted the presents while sitting with the three older members. “I hope they know I’m not ready for relationships right now.”
She could feel eyes on her. She turned and saw Namjoon giving her a strange look.
“What?”
“Nothing. Have some of the brownie cookie before the others come and finish it.”
“Don’t mind if I do,” she grinned while sticking a fork into the cookie. “If they come after I’ve eaten the cookie layer, that’s on them for being overprotective.”

can't believe i'm requesting this cause i love yoonmi but... encounter with sasaeng fan who's obsessed with her 🥺
oh i gotchu hun 🥰 alsjdj but yeah yoonmi has experienced multiple sasaeng encounters, some way worse than others. this is just one of them.
italic conversations are in english, and this takes place in 2017! the bangtan boys aren’t really here bc it happened in school soooo
WARNING: stalker, a tiny bit of blood, sasaeng getting too close to yoonmi
guys, a reminder: sasaeng behavior is not good. idols don’t deserve to feel the fear and discomfort that sasaengs give them
Tumblr media
“I’ll be back by half-past eight,” Yoongi told Yoonmi as she unbuckled herself from her seat and adjusted her uniform.
“Got it,” she smiled and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before leaving the car. “See you later, oppa!”
“Have fun at the fair!”
She raced right into the school grounds and looked for any one of her friends. She spotted a familiar mop of ash purple hair similar to hers and grinned. She rushed over and attacked him in a hug.
“Hwi!”
Daehwi screamed a little, eyes widening when he saw who had almost tackled him to the floor. He immediately hugged her back.
“Yoonmi, you’re back!” he cheered while squishing her.
She giggled. “We’re on a short break from tour, so I decided to come to school.”
“Only you would say that,” Daehwi rolled his eyes at her. “But damn I’m glad. It sucks enough when Haechan hyung hogs you in class, but it’s more boring when you aren’t here.”
“Don’t lie, I know you like spending time with the JYP trainee in the practical dance department.”
“I’ve got to tell Hannah to stop making it sound like gossip.”
Just then, there was a shout that caused both students to jump and look towards the open grounds.
“Must be the horror house,” Yoonmi pondered.
“Who the hell even makes a horror house in September? No way am I going in there.”
“Well, looks like we’re having a Hwimi day today then,” she looped her arm through his. “Let’s go look at the games!”
The two friends rushed off in laughter. Neither of them noticed the small scuffle at the school gates with someone apparently trying to break in.
The day was well spent between the two friends. They even called Somi at some point, but she was busy filming something and couldn’t go visit them.
There were, however, multiple instances throughout the day that seemed strange to her.
The first was when she was waiting in line to buy corndogs for herself and Daehwi, as well as Hannah who had somehow lost her group mates but found the two 01 liners. She could feel someone staring at her. She looked around to see who, but Hannah blocked her vision before she could.
“I got Daehwi to buy us smoothies,” she grinned before going into a story about the most recent time she, jaemin, and jeno skipped class by accident.
A figure across the field frowned slightly. He couldn’t get her alone. Why did other people have to hang around her so much?
The next was in the photobooth. She and Daehwi had decided to go for three rounds to get six photos for each of them. They went out to grab their photos, but there was one missing. The one that had two photos of just her and two photos of just Daehwi.
“That’s strange,” Daehwi looked up the place where the photos print. “I’m pretty sure that was the second round one, so it can’t possibly have gotten stuck up here, right?”
“Maybe there was a malfunction?” she asked.
“Maybe,” Daehwi shrugged. “Come on, let’s go watch the show. I think the practical dance students are doing a whole story through their performances.”
They walked away, missing how Daehwi’s photos of just him sat by the back of the photobooth they used, Yoonmi’s photos gone as if someone tore them apart.
The third was during the dance department’s show. Daehwi had snuck off to who knows where, something about doing someone a favor, and left her to save his seat which was right next to the aisle. Someone took the seat next to her, and she jumped.
“Excuse me,” she began quietly, “my friend is sitting here. He’ll be back soon.”
“Oh, my mistake,” the guy told her before smiling at her then moving to sit on the free seat a few rows behind her.
She tilted her head in confusion. Sure, she wasn’t around school as often as she could, but she’s never seen that guy before. It was unsettling to her.
She bit her lips nervously while waiting for Daehwi to come back. They were chapped. She went to take her lip balm from her bag, but she couldn’t find it anywhere. She squeaked when Daehwi sat next to her and handed her a water bottle.
“You good?”
“Yeah,” she muttered. “I just can’t find my lip balm. Do you have one?”
Daehwi gave one to her right from his pocket. The person a few rows away applied lip balm with a frown. He was the only one who should share lip balm with her.
Throughout the whole dance show, she could see Daehwi constantly looking down to his phone with a grin. She was going to ask him about it, but he suddenly gave her a playful grin.
“We have to go,” he told her while pulling her up. “Room 302, quick.”
They ran up the stairs, not noticing the way a third figure followed them.
Daehwi brought her into the room and had her sit on one of the desks. He told her to wait and ran out the door and to the classroom just a few feet away.
Yoonmi was confused. She was watching the dances peacefully but was dragged off by Daehwi. She swung her legs back and forth, waiting for Daehwi to come back, when she heard the door swing open.
It was the same guy from earlier.
She felt a chill go up her spine when he walked into the room. The way he smiled somehow felt very off to her.
“Oh, um,” she stuttered a little, “Hi. My friend and I are going to use this room, so if you could kindly step—“
“I don’t care,” the guy smiled at her.
She froze. He walked closer to her, and she saw his name tag. Yoon Hyunseung. Her eyes widened. The uniform had the same ice cream stain on it from when she ran into him earlier that day, but the man in front of her was not her classmate.
“Who are you,” she stood up shakily, hand sneaking behind her to look for something to defend herself with, “and where’s Hyunseung?”
“He had to go to the hospital because of an unfortunate accident,” the man shrugged, trying to seem innocent. “He lent me his uniform so I could come and see you. I missed you while you were on tour, Miya. I told you I’d visit you soon.”
Yoonmi’s breath hitched in her throat. The last two sentences... Those were the words written on an envelope that was sent to her that the members had kept her from opening.
She tried to run out the door on her side, but he gripped her shoulders and kept her in place. She screamed, but he covered her mouth with his hand.
“Don’t scream, Miya,” he whispered through a chuckle while running a finger down her cheek. “It’s just me.”
She wanted to put her jiujitsu training to use, but the remorseless and almost psychotic look in his eyes froze her and made her forget any technique.
“Get off of her!”
She could hear the desks being pushed aside while someone grabbed the man off of her and pushed him roughly to the side. She watched the man’s head hit the corner of the podium where the teacher usually stood for lectures.
She frantically looked at the person who came and nearly let out a sigh of relief. She rushed forward to hug the familiar face. It was Haechan.
“Are you okay?” he asked her, a hand settling on the back of her head. She nodded, but she was still shaking slightly. “Daehwi went to call people, don’t worry.”
She looked up and saw the man getting up, hand on his bleeding head and a glare at her friend who was still holding on to her. Her body tensed, and she panicked. It seemed like he was about to lunge for Haechan.
In a split second, she made a decision.
She pried herself from Haechan’s hold then somehow was able to get a hold of the man’s torso just as he lunged forward. Body moving on its own from her training, she was able to grapple the man down, and he hit his head on on the podium again.
She stood up and backed away. The man was bleeding even more, and it looked like he was about to pass out. She looked at her hands in fear. She had made him bleed harder.
“Hey,” Haechan pulled her into a hug, keeping the guy out of her line of vision while bringing them outside. “It’s okay. I know you never wanted to use your training on people, but it was for your safety.”
“I hurt him,” she muttered. “I hurt him. He’s bleeding. I made a person bleed.”
Haechan shushed her. “He was already bleeding before you got to him. It’s okay. He could have tried to hurt you or kidnap you or do something to you against your will.”
He glanced into the room and saw the man basically passed out. When there were no signs of him moving or getting up, he looked at the girl who was shaking in his arms.
“Sorry for calling you out here,” he apologized. “This wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t.”
“It’s not your fault,” she hugged him tighter. “I got a sasaeng letter when we got back, and I think it’s from him. I think he’s been following me the while day, too.”
The sound of multiple footsteps running towards them made her flinch. Haechan turned her body away from the direction they were coming from only to relax when he saw who was there. Daehwi had come back with Jeno, Jaemin, and Hannah.
“Yoonmi!” Hannah gasped.
She ran forward and placed a hand on the younger girl’s shoulder. Yoonmi looked up and saw Hannah. She moved to give the older girl a hug.
“You’re good,” Hannah whispered. “We called Yoongi oppa, and he’s on his way.”
“I tried to get Mark hyung and Jihoon hyung, but they were on stage when I got there,” Daehwi breathed out.
“What happened?” Jeno asked. Jaemin tried to look over Haechan’s shoulder, but he shifted to block the door a little further.
“Sasaeng,” Haechan frowned. “Jeno, can you watch the door to the other side of the room? He’s knocked out inside, but we can never be too sure. Jaemin, can you go to Yoonmi and remind her that he can’t get to her with us here? Daehwi, look out for the security.”
Jeno nodded and rushed over to the other door. Daehwi ran to the staircase and looked down. Jaemin stayed a little.
“Knocked out?”
“I think,” Haechan began. “I shoved him, and he fell, then I think Yoonmi got a surge of adrenaline and grappled him, then he hit his head again. I’m just glad I was able to come in time.”
“Why were you here anyway?”
“It doesn’t matter,” Haechan shrugged while looking back at Yoonmi.
“You know what,” Jaemin told him, “You were here when it happened. You can probably comfort her better. I’ll watch the door. Now go there before Hannah accidentally smothers the poor girl.”
Haechan just nodded and headed over to the two girls.
Jaemin looked in through the glass window on the door, eyes narrowed. Nobody deserved to experience anything like that, especially not Yoonmi.

Yoonmi looking around for Yoongi to hold her hand? Like one of the things she picked up is Yoongi’s need/want to have his hands held so whenever she wants to hold hands with someone she seeks out Yoongi?
yes, okay! yoonmi totally does this! like she never used to, but she picked it up from yoongi and he’s literally so smug about it bc she picked up on some of his habits before she picked up on any other members’ habits (take that jin!)
anyway, this’ll be a little different, so i hope you enjoy it!
Tumblr media
The Three Times Yoongi Looked for Yoonmi’s Hand, and the First Time She Looked for His
1
It all started back in early 2011. Yoongi wasn’t particularly sure of Yoonmi at first, but he saw her talent and potential and eventually grew fond of her. He noticed Hoseok walked with her to and from school everyday since she moved in with them, but he was sick that day.
Yoongi decided to fill in.
He walked alongside Yoonmi that morning in silence, and now stood outside her school gate, waiting for her to come out. It’s not like he was too uncomfortable with her to not make conversation, but he liked that they could feel like they bonded even if they didn’t talk. He knew she felt that, too.
He smiled when he saw the familiar teal backpack through the corner of his eye. He looked up, fully expecting to see the little girl with the bright smile he was so used to seeing, but he saw her frowning while walking with a girl who tried to pull her away from what looked like a group of bullies. Upon hearing the snide comments about her being a half-breed, he frowned and walked right up to her.
“Time to go, kiddo,” Yoongi smiled at her and took her hand, making sure to glare at the girls who gawked at him in shock before pulling her away.
Yoonmi stumbled after Yoongi, looking at his hand basically drowning hers while getting her friend to follow her. Yoongi just started warming up to her, so she wasn’t used to skinship from him.
“Oppa, you’re holding my hand,” she said aloud in slight shock.
“I guess so,” Yoongi looked down at her small hand in his, a fond smile on his face. It was almost as if he had a little sister of his own. “I didn’t notice. Who’s your friend?”
“Oh, this is Somi. Somi, this is Yoongi oppa, one of the oppas I train with.”
“Thank you for taking care of Yoonmi, Somi,” Yoongi told the other girl while raising their clasped hands.
Yoonmi smiled. She liked that Yoongi was getting comfortable with her.
2
Later into 2011, Bang PD had told them they were getting another member on the team. He was younger than the rest of the boys, but still older than Yoonmi.
The boys and Yoonmi stood in the practice room while waiting for this new arrival. Yoongi wasn’t sure he was liking this situation. He heard that the new trainee was a vocalist, which means their group’s concept would stray further away from Epik High and be one step closer to an idol group.
Just then, the door opened, and Namjoon walked in with a young boy behind him. Yoongi instinctively took Yoonmi’s hand and pulled her the slightest bit behind him when he saw the new boy’s eyes land on her.
“There’s a girl here?” he asked while Namjoon was in the middle of introducing everyone.
“Yes,” Namjoon confirmed. “That’s Yoonmi. She raps, produces, and she’s making her way to being one of the best dancers here. And that last guy is Yoongi hyung. He’s the eldest, and he’s one of our best rappers. Guys, this is Jungkook. He’s from Busan, so he has a bit of an accent.”
Yoonmi’s grip on Yoongi’s hand tightened when Jungkook approached her, eyes wide in fascination.
“You can rap?” he asked the younger girl. Yoongi narrowed his eyes at the newcomer. He was a vocal, so who was he to be judgmental about her rapping?
“I do rap,” she mumbled back.
The younger boy’s eyes lit up as he heard her speak.
“Your satoori!” he grinned. “You’re from Busan, too!”
Yoongi felt Yoonmi’s hand relax a little more in his. Yoongi was still unsure of the newcomer, but if it seemed like he made Yoonmi feel comfortable with something that made her insecure like her satoori, then he guessed the younger was okay.
3
Yoongi slid down in his chair in exhaustion as he stared at the unfinished track in front of him. He knew the company wanted them to release a predebut song soon, but he couldn’t get around to finishing it completely.
He looked at the younger girl who sat on the couch behind him doing her homework then reached his hand out. Yoonmi looked up from her textbook before setting it down and walking over to him to take his hand.
“Are you stressed, oppa?” she asked as Yoongi pulled her to sit on his leg.
“Just a little bit,” he smiled.
She looked up at him in curiosity. “Oppa, why do you like holding hands so much?”
Yoongi looked at her while thinking about it. He had a habit of holding onto his members’ hands when he had the chance, and he wasn’t exactly sure why he did it.
“I don’t know, princess,” Yoongi shrugged. “I guess it just became a habit.”
Yoonmi smiled at him. “I like this habit.”
+1
Yoongi was so used to always being the one to look for her hand that he almost physically melted when she looked for his.
It’s no secret that Yoonmi is a big fan of skinship. She loves hugging her friends and giving them cheek kisses. She likes being tucked under arms or maybe even carried, but she was never one for holding hands.
That is until one day in the dorm, the eight members chosen for BTS’s final lineup were watching a movie together. Yoongi was invested in the movie until he felt it. A small hand made its way into his. He looked down to see Yoonmi had ended up clutching his hand with both of hers even as her attention was fully on the screen in front of them.
He smiled when he realized that she did it without even noticing. This was new, and for sure there was only one way she could have ended up doing this. She got it from him.
With a fond smile on his face, he tightened his grip just the slightest bit and went back to watch the movie. He was satisfied to know that she was becoming more and more like him as the years passed, just like an actual little sister.

Could I request for a Miya scenario with her boys? It could be bulleted? Like how they learn each others love languages and how they adjusted & adapted to each others' love languages which eventually obviously brought them closer together? 💜
ooooh okay interesting! i gotchu hun 🥰 hope you enjoy this!
lemme start of with just yoonmi’s love language before going on to her with the members
Tumblr media
kim yoonmi: physical touch
yoonmi’s main love language is physical touch. she’s very affectionate, and you can see it in her body language. when she’s scared, she holds onto someone’s arm. when she’s happy, she hugs people. she’s constantly cuddling with another member, and she shows her love with hugs, high fives, nuzzles, poking, leaning her head, and all that kinda stuff.
now for with each member
seokjin and yoonmi = physical touch and acts of service
seokjin and yoonmi cook for each other all the time
he helps teach her both studies and life stuff
he likes taking care of her and making sure she’s okay
meanwhile she tries to do things for him to lighten his load
there’s also the constant back hugs and smothering bc she’s tiny and he’s hella broad
they both have physical touch, so like there wasn’t much changes needed
yoongi and yoonmi = quality time
yoonmi was intimidated by yoongi at first, so she was very hesitant to be touchy with him
he tried to get her used to him by kinda just being in the room with her
and somehow that’s how they’re most comfortable?
they sit in silence a lot, whether it be watching a movie, doing their own thing, or cuddling
you can tell when one person’s mad if they leave the room when the other person comes in (very rare occasion though)
anyways, yoongi loves spending time with his princess and yoonmi loves spending time with her yoongi oppa
hoseok and yoonmi = physical touch, words of affirmation
these two are very touchy ngl
hobi especially loves squishing her cheeks or just keeping her in his lap or between his legs if they’re on the floor
but words of affirmation are like a huge need in their dynamic
hobi was her dance teacher, and she always looked for his guidance
it translated into daily life like when she works on music or literally anything else he may seem interested in
also he loves when she says things like how she loves that he’s her oppa and stuff like that... makes him feel giddy
namjoon and yoonmi = words of affirmation
namjoon isn’t that physically affectionate which is why yoonmi treasures his forehead kisses a lot
but he’s her leader first and foremost. she looks for his approval and always wants to make him proud
she lives for his praises, and she will just break into a different type of smile when he does
namjoon also needs to hear he’s doing a good job and that people are proud of him every now and then
to hear it from the kid he helped raise is probably the most satisfying thing in the world
yoonmi knows he feels that way, so she always makes sure to praise him
jimin and yoonmi = acts of service, giving gifts, physical touch
jimin started with giving her little snacks or trinkets back when they were trainees
eventually that escalated to him spoiling her with gucci or ysl or other high end things bc she never buys stuff like that for herself
she also does this thing where she makes little handmade stuff for him, and jimin keeps them all in one place
as for acts of service, jimin does things like stay behind to practice with her or study stuff to understand her better
meanwhile she always makes sure he’s well rested and in a pretty okay state before doing anything too straining
it’s not outright, but it’s more of subtle ways of helping each other
taehyung and yoonmi = quality time, acts of service
taehyung the moment he laid his eyes on yoonmi decided he was gonna take care of her
very similar to jin, he’d baby her and help her with things like fixing her uniform or clothes, making sure she’s well-frd and rested, stuff like that was like his forte when it came to her
yoonmi does the same for him but subtly mostly by helping him with his music and, funilly enough, with fixing his closet back at the dorm
as time passed by, tae was less overbearing and more comfortable with just spending time with her
he takes her to museums and they just walk around together admiring the art without a word
sometimes yoonmi wven sneaks into his room to work while he’s drawing or just on his phone
jungkook and yoonmi = physical touch, quality time
jungkook and yoonmi are very touchy, and that’s why (before markmi was public) bo one would have been surprised if they were a thing
they playfight a lot, and jungkook just has this habit of either throwing her over his shoulder or just carrying her around
then of course there’s the fact that yoonmi loves jungkook’s cuddles and will constantly look for her best friend just for hugs ... but like it started with quality time back in predebut era
these two are lowkey very individual? like they like doing their own thing but with the other in the room (which is why they were always roommates before their dorm was big enough to have their own room, but sleep overs are common)
they’re best friends, so the way they care for each other is unspoken. they’re completely content having each other by their side
also it’s not uncommon to find them cuddling in silence if one or both of them have a bad day. they somehow comfort each other that way

The first time the oppas notice miya was wearing their clothes as a source of comfort (especially maybe when they’re not physically there)?
oooh i kinda wrote this out as the first time they saw her steal their clothes, if that’s okay? anyways, hope you enjoy! 🥰
Tumblr media
Hobi
It was back in 2010, around a month into her staying in the dorm with the boys. He was worried because he couldn’t find Yoonmi anywhere in the company despite it being the dance session he’d promised her they would have every other day. He ran back to the dorm and found her tucked into bed in his hoodie. Remember she was about 10 here, so she was drowning in his hoodie. Hoseok would have melted, but he realized she was red. She was sick.
“Wake up, Yoonmi,” he shook her slightly. “You’re sick. Let’s get you to the company clinic.”
“Oh, hi, oppa,” she rubbed her eyes, “Sorry I took your jacket. It just felt warmer.”
Joonie
Namjoon covered for Hoseok to pick her up from school one autumn evening. She had stayed late to finish a project. He had lent her his jacket for the walk home since she didn’t bring her own. Now, it was winter, and she had stayed late once again. Namjoon went to pick her up once again. He saw her walking out of school, arms tugging her coat tighter around her. Except, it wasn’t her coat. It was his.
“Hey, kiddo,” he ruffled her hair when she got to him. “When did you this from my closet?”
“This morning,” she shrugged, “I felt like I needed the extra hug feel.”
Namjoon laughed and gave her a hug. “The real thing is better, though, right?”
“Very!”
Yoongi
Yoongi had noticed Yoonmi wearing Hoseok’s hoodies and a lot of Namjoon’s coats to school, and he couldn’t help but wonder why she didn’t take any of his. Was he intimidating? Was she still not comfortable with him? Yoongi shook these thoughts out of his head when he walked into the dorm. He tried to sneak in as quietly as he can since it was three in the morning. He checked on Yoonmi’s bunk like he did every night, and what he saw made him forget how tired he was. Her teddy bear was practically invisible under a very familiar hoodie. He went over and sat on the edge of her bed. He looked at how she buried her face into his hoodie and felt more fond than usual.
The night after that, he went home early and offered for her to sleep next to him. He wasn’t used to it, but the sight of her lighting up then cuddling into his side was worth it.
Jungkook
Jungkook didn’t understand why Yoonmi took the older boys’ clothes. She had her own, and most of them actually looked pretty expensive. He was also very particular with keeping his clothes smelling a certain way. The only time he let her use his shirt was when someone spilled their drink on her in the company, and she didn’t have an extra. So he almost got frustrated when he saw her in his pullover in the studio the day he got back from America.
“Didn’t I tell you not to wear my clothes while I was gone?” Jungkook asked her.
“Oppa!” she yelled excitedly while running to him and hugging him. “Sorry, it just made it feel like you were here while you were gone.”
Jungkook hugged her back. He guessed that was acceptable.
Seokjin
Seokjin was stuck looking for a specific hat that his mom had bought him. He knew he warned the others not to take it, but it was somehow miraculously gone from where he placed it. With a fristrated sigh, he walked back into their bedroom. He saw a familiar flash of long hair on the other side of the room. He squinted a little. Why was Yoonmi wearing his missing hat? He approached her and saw she was holding a picture of a younger version if herself and an older boy wearing the same hat Seokjin owned. He looked at it in curiosity.
“He’s the same age as you, you know?” she asked Seokjin. “My brother. It’s been a year since I’ve seen him or spoken to him.”
Seokjin softened and pulled her into his lap. “You’ll see him again, don’t worry.”
Taehyung
Taehyung was different. He was practically wrapping Yoonmi in his clothes, babying her in the way he did his baby cousins and little siblings. It was always him letting her borrow her clothes, never her asking for them. It never fully processed in his mind until he saw her one day in her leggings and one of his shirts that he was sure was in the back of all his stuff. He grinned and ran over to her.
“You’re wearing my shirt!”
“Maybe I missed you,” she shyly told him.
Taehyung didn’t care that she said that despite the fact they lived together, he just gave a cheer at her voluntarily taking his clothes for the first time.
Jimin
Yoonmi never really wore Jimin’s clothes. He always helped her choose her own outfits or see what matched with which, so the first time she ever actually wore his clothes was when they filmed American Hustle Life. It was the night of the whole kidnapping incident, and she had crawled into Jimin’s bunk. She slipped herself into the hoodie he’d placed on the side then proceeded to cuddle him.
“You okay, aegi?” Jimin asked her.
“Just a little scared still,” she mumbled.
Jimin pulled his hood up on her head and pulled her closer, happy she went to him.
“I got you, Yoonmi.”
