I drew Asmongold again. This is based on the video where Asmon cut a tree with a sword for like 20 minutes, in the snow.

Kayla Gogarty, Payton Armstrong, Jack Winstanley, Pete Tsipis, Ben Van Bloem, Jack Wheatley, and Shelby Jamerson at MMFA:
During the first 100 days of President Donald Trump’s second term, popular online shows that self-identify as nonpolitical but have a right-leaning ideological bent have repeatedly discussed key figures, policies, and events of his administration. For example, they talked about Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and related policy, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and his various scandals, Trump’s policies on immigration and tariffs, and pro-Russia talking points about its war with Ukraine. During these discussions, hosts mostly endorsed Trump administration policies or narratives, with some offering limited criticism. In a recent study, Media Matters found the most popular online shows — an increasingly influential and trusted medium — are overwhelmingly right-leaning. Analyzing popular online shows that were active in 2024, Media Matters found 320 with a right-leaning or left-leaning ideological bent. Over a third self-identified as nonpolitical, even though we found that 72% of these shows were right-leaning. These shows described themselves as comedy, entertainment, sports, or sorted themselves into other supposedly nonpolitical categories. In subsequent studies, we have found that this ecosystem of right-leaning shows, including the supposedly nonpolitical shows, has repeatedly pushed pro-Trump messaging or right-wing misinformation/narratives. And while some have criticized Trump’s unpopular tariff policy, the ecosystem still overwhelmingly supports him.
Based on Media Matters’ March study, the 10 right-leaning online shows or streamers that claim to be nonpolitical and have the largest following across streaming and social media platforms are:
Joe Rogan’s The Joe Rogan Experience, which self-categorizes as comedy.
Jordan Peterson’s The Jordan P. Peterson Podcast, which self-categorizes as education.
Theo Von’s This Past Weekend w/ Theo Von, which self-categorizes as comedy.
The Nelk Boys’ Full Send Podcast, which self-categorizes as comedy interviews.
Dr. Phil McGraw’s The Dr. Phil Podcast, which self-categorizes as society and culture.
Patrick Bet-David’s PBD Podcast, which self-categorizes as business.
Logan Paul’s Impaulsive, which self-categorizes as comedy.
Asmongold, a video game streamer named Zack Hoyt who also goes by ZackRawrr.
Lex Fridman’s Lex Fridman Podcast, which self-categorizes as technology.
JP Sears, who streams a variety of shows while identifying as a comedian.
These online shows have repeatedly discussed key figures, policies, and events of Trump’s administration during the first 100 days of his second term. Much of this commentary praises, promotes, and defends the administration and its policies. Below we list a number of these discussions organized by subject and show/streamer.
Media Matters for America has a report on how right-wing online shows that claim to be “nonpolitical” churned out pro-Trump propaganda during 47’s first 100 days of his 2nd term.

TWITCH.TV HISTORY AND IT'S EFFECTS ON USA POLITICS (excerpt)
Twitch dot tv was born in 2011 and existed almost exclusively as a live gaming platform until roughly covid/2020. Then, livestreaming non-video game commentators and show hosts started gaining immediate popularity as twitch became "the live talk show that you yourself can talk directly to the host, via the chat", a revolution in entertainment. Imagine watching David Letterman and you can say anything you want to him, and he will bring up your message and address it? Unquestionably, an excellent feature.
In 2020, all USA MSM and both political parties went hardline right wing. The vast majority of Americans suddenly lacked -any- representation in media or politics. Simply "reading the news with a leftist lens" became a commodity, with twitch politics suddenly becoming its own lane, led by Hasan Piker (who started earliest, in March 2018), and carried by central_committee, denims, gremloe, seandablack and several others. This petri dish of leftism started to gain popularity and prominence, leading to Hasan being momentarily platformed at the 2024 DNC. This publicity for Hasan immediately led to the USA hardline extremist right wing becoming concerned with the rise of leftism online, and seeing that twitch had banned all their heavy hitters in the media, figured a plan. After figuring out who would be the easiest to unban, right wing money started funneling directly to the newly-unbanned Asmongold/Zackrawrr, who, unlike Hasan and many of the leftist streamers, had zero knowledge in politics aside from his classic "born and raised in TX/FL" brain, and also unlike the aforementioned streamers, did not graduate college, cementing his learning and knowledge level at 16/17: the perfect age for right wing politics.
Within mere months, Asmongold/Zack had soared to #1 political streamer, nearly doubling Hasan's also-soaring numbers, all the while pushing the same right-wing framing that the MSM already pushes. He has become the "politics guy" (with no poli-sci degree) for the MSM crowd slowly making their way over to twitch. He offers nothing aside from right wing takes, and as of writing, recently left his production studio he started, OTK, for doing Hitler/Nazi apologia.
