I've stopped using MFP again (for the last time) because I've found it to be much easier to just eat well and eat when I'm hungry and not worry about those numbers.

I've been struggling really badly lately with comparison. I KNOW that I should not compare myself to anyone else or my journey to theirs. My journey, my body, and my struggles are unique to me and my victories will look different from theirs. Sometimes it's hard to swallow but that's the truth and I should rejoice in that!

I discovered Keaira Lashae's YouTube channel (superherofitnesstv) and I am loving it! I've decided to take a couple months off doing any weights and just focus on cardio to slim down and drop weight. Once I feel I'm in a good groove with that and if it works I'll eventually pick up doing light weights again but for now I really just want to focus on dropping the weight. So I've been doing her 31-day challenge and it's been so great! It might sound silly but I love how encouraging and fun she is. It feels personal and I enjoy the workouts a lot!
