02.03.2023 when overwhelmed and depressed, i still need to get homework done. Printing some of my readings out and highlighting like the old days helps motivate me. Tricks me into thinking I'm reading for fun with pretty colors. It also removes/lessens the overwhelming effects of looking at a computer screen all day. Sometimes activities need to feel tangible.

The library is filled during the evening omg, in the morning it's usually empty. Anyways I sat on a different place today and it feels? Different? I like it? I have to gather articles for my club, and then I'm going to practice a little German and maybe Mandarin, too?

winter break is over and i‘m still in denial (i want to curl up and watch modern family)

but i gotta prepare a presentation that takes more time than i thought

i‘m also trying really hard to take care of myself: sleep enough, eat actual meals, take breaks (so i don’t procrastinate in the end)

i’m so happy about my study space and the peace and quiet i have in this apartment

when you think you are finally free and can have a break but your prof says bitch you thought and asks you to write a two pages long report, what do you do? you sit down and write it as you can see. but thankfully, it was an easy report to write so i finished it quickly!! and ehehe i stole my mom’s new lamp because desk lamps make everything better, amirite?
