Things that changed:

Zian picked up his glasses pretty quick and has worn them ever since, which does make a pretty big difference in how he appears. The shading around his eyes has shifted from a lighter smoky grey to a smokey purple to a much darker purple he has now (it's to help give his face depth and make him seem more tired).

His skin tone is darker than it was (spending a lot of time in the sun does that)

The tips of his hair also lightened from the near black green he had to a lighter, more obvious shade.

We have a mix of everyday life interactions and plot-driven events, with monthly plot drops! ♛ Based in Scala Ad Caelum - accepting canon Kingdom Hearts, Disney, TWEWY, and Final Fantasy characters, as well as Original Characters! ♛ 18+ for muses and muns; characters will be aged up as needed. Mature content is allowed but not a main focus! ♛ LOOKING FOR: Aqua, Terra, Ven, Hayner, Olette, Pence, Cloud, Yuffie, Cid, Tseng, Sephiroth, and more!

「 It has been roughly six months since the recreated Keyblade War, and the worlds have changed much since then. With the defeat of Xehanort came the hope for peace, but what followed was something much different. Worlds began to sink into darkness once more, and as each fell, a special place was needed to keep light and hope alive. With countless worlds becoming lost to the Heartless, Scala Ad Caelum became the sanctuary for many whose homes were lost. Though it once slept, Xehanort's magic brought the world to the surface once more, and the Keyblade Masters were able to muster their slumbering strength to save as many denizens of the other worlds as possible. Now protected by a barrier of light that steadfastly keeps out the darkness, sleeping travelers found themselves waking up in the town with no way to return to their home world.

Thus, Scala Ad Caelum's new inhabitants had little choice but to settle into this foreign world alongside the original residents who were reawakened. The school designated to train keyblade wielders reopened, and with a new unknown threat came the urgency to train and better their skills. Scala Ad Caelum's natives have since been working alongside the world's new residents, and together they hope to find a solution to defeating the darkness once and for all.  」

「  This roleplay is a semi-AU that branches off of the Re:MIND DLC and differs in the way that Sora does not save Kairi's heart on his own and instead allows Riku, Mickey, and the others to assist her instead--meaning that Sora never disappears. The heroes of the series only have a couple of weeks before they are pulled into Scala ad Caelum to be protected, and each awake at different times, though most have been awake for quite a while now. Though they are settling into their new lives, there are certain things about the world that are... off-putting to them, never allowing them to grow too comfortable. 」

Having a Riku defend him was shocking. Roxas looked between the two of them and couldn’t help the snort that left them as the insults carried on. “Right, okay,” he muttered to himself.

“Right back atchya buddy, we’re one in the same,” he accused, pointed finger and all. But he still turned his focus back to Roxas. “You’re not off the hook yet, scaramouch.”

“Pretty sure I’m not in anyone right now, especially with the wind you’re blowing out. Breath mint?” He waved his hand in front of his nose. “Careful with your truths though, you might end up with a bitten ankle.”

It was taking a lot of everything in him not to smack his older self with his keyblade upside the head. “Yes, Sora is. I’m not. Although, considering how much you’re teasing me about this, I wouldn’t be surprised if you suddenly became the Good Boy after all those years.”

The laugh was edged even if it was genuine. His younger self really was reaching wasn’t he?

He relented however after a moment. “I do know. Sora is the shoo-in for that particular role.”
