this adventuring party might actually be my new favorite adventuring party ever

a couple of 10/10 moments / things about it:

- Lou first only watching the trailer over Emily's shoulder but then fully leaning into it only to later choose to check out and push off the responsibility for the chaos onto others only to then join in on the description of the trailer

- Zac's curiosity winning and also leaning into watching the trailer with Emily (who gladly rewinded it for him)

- Zac-Emily-Lou side of the table presenting a united front without missing a beat

- Emily being genuine in her curiosity and not doing it for the bit and then doing it for the bit ("Murph, apologize" might be my new favorite sound)

- Murph just being very done with the others, the frustrations of Maxwell seem more and more like a projection and we love that for him

- Siobhan being more appalled by a mention of Candlewick who she does not remember than everything else and together with Ally just allowing Murph to fight that battle, no unified fronts on that side of the table

- Brennan fully letting go of the reigns

I liked season 4 of The Bear (way more than season 3 thankfully) but god they have to give it a rest with their needle drop montages. I’m on my knees BEGGING for you to compose an original score. Like if they had maybe one or two needle drops in the season it could be memorable and meaningful!! But we had like 5 an episode. Do we NEED 5 needle drops an episode??????? Never. Yes this DOES extend to movies

It’s different if the songs are diegetic too. I don’t mind listening to songs if I get to listen along with the characters!!! I don’t wanna just hear the writer’s playlist though

People aren’t gonna like you or wanna be your friend or support you more or take pity because you think you’re quirky and funny and cute for constantly saying how ill you are

Very much looking forward to the drama and action from the newest Dimension 20 series. I'm all aboard the bus!

I mean, what else is there to say? Dimension 20 - On A Bus was one of the greatest first episodes of D20 to date. Incredible players, stellar setting, and AMAZING DM-ing by Katie! For a first time running a game, she absolutely NAILED it. I had my doubts, but if there's anyone who can fill Brennan's American Girl Shoes, it's her. @dropoutdottv @dimension20official @gamechangershow, if you need someone to do character art for the new season, I'm your man!
