recipe for reading purposes: • crimini mushrooms (sliced or whole) you can use white ones too, probably a lot of different mushrooms will work? its just cookin em in spices. • madras curry spice • paprika & red chili • green onions • oil (i used grapeseed oil but use ur fav) toss it all up in a bowl, transfer to a shallow baking pan and bake in the oven @ 400 degrees F for 20-30 mins (id lean towards 30)
