Farewell.
I am leaving this place, with only one last letter to You....
If you are reading this, I want you to know that I am sorry.
I am sad for what happened and I know it would never be the same even if we remained friends.
Once cut bread can never be out together as it was before.
Did I get over it or not, it does not matter, what does is that I am glad that there was something to have cry about and miss.
Thank you for the wonderful 15 years of friendship you gave me. Thank you for always covering my back, whether i deserved it or not. Thank you for never letting me down. Thank you for all the gifts, your company, for the laughter, for all the silly moments and games. Thank you for the endless roleplays we had. Thank you for dealing with my bullshit all the time. Thank you for being there for me when I needed your support. Thank you for helping me out with money. Thank you for making possible for me to cosplay. Thank you for making possible that I visit Budapest and meet the man of my life. Thank you for being with me when noone else wanted to.
I am sorry I let you down. Sorry that I played you. Sorry for being strict and foulmouthed with you. I am sorry for all the last letters I have sent to you when I was at the bottom. I am sorry I have driven you to do this. I am sorry I hurt you.
Most of all, I feel sorry that I did not appreciated you and our friendship more.
And now we both lost it.
More than a year passed from it and it still pains, but I know we both must go on. Life has it’s own way, and we both have our own lives we must live.
I always felt I had so much more to tell, but whatever I was tempted to do I knew it would only reopen new wounds and hurt even more... Now I firmly wish to leave it behind and open a new page, without bitter feelings. I doubt I will ever find a person who would be on the same level of friendship as what we had. That moment I knew I have lost something very precious, and I had to face the consequences.
I want to remember you as a good person, as a best friend I had. And you will always remain the person I was so fond of. It saddens me that I have lost not only one, but all the others as well, as groups functions. I shall hold no more grudges and I shall tread more carefully in life. You all went on, and now it is time for me to move forward as well. I have turned a new page.
I wish you all the best in your life, and I wish you live a happy one with success. I hope all your goals and wishes come true. I wish the whole group to live happy lives.
Now this place is nothing but a void for me and I shall leave it as it brings nothing good to me.
Farewell.

I quit!
Well guys,
Guess I am quiting my job again hahahah. leaving my 2nd job in 6 months. I am pretty much jeopardizing right now with this and putting my partner in a bad position (he ain’t that happy with his current job either, but I would give my left kidney to work in the team where he works). But Skar, why quit a job where you love and adore the team, where the team loves and adores you, where you are good at?
Well my dearies, the company’s management just...sucks balls. I adore IT. For me it’s more than ok to be an IT Helpdesk. I don’t even mind working in a very confusing environment (hey i heard you like virtual machines so I put a virtual machine within a virtual machine so you can virtual machine), sometimes bad lines or miserable people who are there just to make me feel bad. No, it’s the company’s false promises and fuckery they tend to have with paperwork or additional salaries. Normally I would stay, but if I wanna quit I have to wait for 2 months until I can leave. I was pretty much left disappointed with a lot of things, even my team mates are quite bitter about a lot of things.
Every day I think to my self should I stay at least two months more because the team is great. But in the other hand, hectic shifts, MUST work on weekends and holidays (xmass included) not to mention I lose 2 hours per day just for traveling.
At the begining I asked openly if it is possible to have early shifts for my trainings every tuesday and thursday. First it was yeah sure, when I actualy got to work and started having shifts it was suddenly ‘you ask for too much we cannot fulfill it’. Well then. Did I say the most misserable excuse why I didn’t get my contracts after 2 and a half months? ‘We have no ink in printer. We didn’t get the ink for printer’. You’re telling me that a world wide company, in a HUGE building cannot get a single printer to work to print out our contracts? or you know, pay outside to have it printed. And I ask my self why am I leaving, right?
I really hope I manage to find something else. Normaly I am praised in my work, I am good at what I do but boi, it will be a challenge to find a place where they accept only english speakers...

Few things I would like to add, mostly about interviews it self!
- Stay confident! Yes, we are always nervous on our job interviews, do not show how nervous or scared you are! Smile, try to converse in a relaxed yet professional matter. Look them in the eyes, but do not stare. Try to look at the triangle - eyes and nose. Glance away from time to time, nod, etc. If there are more than one person in the room, try to give them both enough attention. Do not let out the other participant out from the conversation. If they are silent, you can also ask them if they have any questions for you.
-Sit straight, but not stiff. Try to be careful of your body language, do not fidget with your hands. If you are really prone to fidgeting with your fingers/hands like I am, I highly suggest to keep a hand folded over another (basically holding your own hand. When gesticulating, try to keep palm up rather than down - it comes more like an open gesture and less threatening, but do try not to gesticulate too much, after all, you’re at an interview, not at a drama play.
-Do not talk to much. Try to give brief but interesting answers. Just do not go into details.
-When asked do you have a question at the end, the answer is always yes.Always prepare a few questions you want to ask at an end of an interview, like how does a day of work look like there, what exactly would be your scope of work... If you have experience in this kind of work, do try to relate. And you can always ask afterwards do they have questions for you as well.
-Always bring few copies of your CVs and letters of recommendation if you happen to have any.
-Also be careful of the dress code. Usually from my experience business casual is quite acceptable now, but sometimes they will require professional instead (like they did with me, on +40 Celsius degrees and the place was 1h away, I nearly was cooked in my attire). You are not there to impress them by looks but your abilities to work, but nevertheless, you must look clean, neat and decent. (ladies, dark coloured knee length or lower skirts, not too high heels and white shirts are your absolute jolly jokers! I hate white shirts so much but it works. Also, natural makeup is more than enough. )
Hope this helps some peeps!
How To Get A Job Fast As Hell
 @owenabbott
Apply to a  job, wait (1) day, then call.  Give them your first and last name. Tell them you submitted an application and that you’re very motivated to find [Enter field name] work. Let the conversation lead you wherever it takes. Be very polite. Say” thank you for your time, I’ll be looking forward to hearing back from you.” Rinse, repeat. This is to force them to be looking out for your application.
When you get to the interview, shake their hand firmly,  tell them your first and last name.
Describe your experiences  as “ two years transcription and data entry” if you have a desk job interview and “ [however many years]  costumer service, retail and stock” for your retail jobs.
Don’t use job “ buzz words” I stg they hear them all day. Say  things like, “ I’m detail oriented and am very good at taking instruction.”  “ I would like to work for a company with integrity and I feel that [ company name] would be a good fit”
When they ask you if you have “reliable transportation” say  YES. don’t tell them what kind of transportation, just say yes. (if you don’t do this, you wont get the job , I’m telling you right now).
Research the company. Know what they do, why they do it, how OLD the company is. WHERE it was founded, and what kind of position you’re intending to apply for.
When they ask you “ give us a situation where you had to blah blah blah” Make one the fuck up. Make yourself sound good as hell, and like you put your company’s needs slightly above the customer’s needs, but make the customer happy.
If they ask you about being outgoing, Say you “like to focus on your work so you can concentrate on doing things right” (which buys you out of having to act friendly all the time)
Questions for after the interview:
1.  Does this position offer upward mobility?
2. Do you enjoy working for the company? (if you’re not interviewing for a temp agency who will send you anywhere)
Then, shake their hand,  Ask them to repeat their name (REMEMBER THIS) say thank you for your time, wish them a nice day and leave. write their name down outside if you have to, just remember the fuck out of it.
AFTER your interview, send a card directed to the name of the person who interviewed you (I’ll give you them) that says “Thank you for the interview, I appreciate the opportunity. have a great day” This shows  that you have an understanding of professionalism, and will have them thinking of you kindly (or at least remembering you) when they’re shuffling through the choices.
DO NOT tell them you just moved to the city over the phone.  In person, tell them you just moved to the city. Make it sound like the only reason you need a job is because you moved. Not because you’re desperate.

Underwatched Animated Films I Recommend You See at Least Once in Your Life
EDIT: i didn’t expect this post to get so many notes. for the record, these are just my personal recommendations, not a definitive list of best underrated animation. i also did not include anything made by Disney. I know that they made some movies that didn’t get as much attention as their other hits, but lists of underwatched Disney films are pretty common, so I thought I’d make one of films by studios that aren’t household names.
Tumblr media
Angel’s Egg (1985)
This movie is a nearly silent film with painstakingly beautiful frames and environmental details. All I can say is that it is a real piece of art worth watching and can be watched on YouTube here.
Tumblr media
Les Triplets de Belleville (The Triplets of Belleville) (2005)
An incredibly quirky, strange and humorous French film, also with almost no dialogue. The colors, creative storytelling, and almost caricature-like designs make the Triplets a must-see. The setting and timeframe is left sort of abstract, but it’s a clear transition from last-century rural France to the hustle and bustle of urban America. Lots of homage is paid to cartoons from the 1920s.
Tumblr media
Mindgame (2004)
This movie, quite like the title says, blew my mind. It’s also incredibly strange and out-there, but the awkward imagery gives way to real emotion and huge payoff by the end. The colors and animation are delightful, and always tailored to the situation. It is an amazing intersection of an altered state, a love story, a struggle to get home, an existential trip, and an unlikely group of friends. I almost always cry when I watch this. Seriously, can’t stress this enough. There is absolutely nothing like Mindgame.
Tumblr media
Le Chat du Rabbin (The Rabbi’s Cat) (2011)
Rabbi’s Cat is a French film based on a French comic by the same name. The comic artist also directed the movie. Honestly, the dialogue  in this is unmatched. Both Cat and Rabbi are witty and have the best banter. The setting is one of the most unique and real-feeling I’ve ever seen a film take place in: a Jewish community in Algeria. It’s wonderful and incredibly charming, could not recommend more.
Tumblr media
Tekkonkinkreet (2006)
This movie hits me on a number of levels. I have so much love for the two orphans, Black and White. The story quickly becomes raw and almost difficult, as it touches on a lot of the feelings we see in things like Grave of the Fireflies, but in a much more abstract way and on a much grander scale. Also less sad, but there are very sad parts also. I guess the best way to describe this movie is intense. While there are a lot of sweet, domestic moments, none of the gruesome reality is sugercoated for you.
The visuals are all completely stunning; the art is on another level. Treasure Town is a rich, fantastical environment and the characters flow through it effortlessly, like water. You gotta see this at least once in your life.
Tumblr media
Chico and Rita (2010)
An American/Spanish romance between an aspiring piano player and a young singer. The film opens in Cuba and has a vibrant and unique visual style while exploring a multitude of music styles and cultural backdrops. It’s touching and sweet, but does not erase the hardships of being a black music star in America or living through the Castro regime.
Tumblr media
Wizards (1977)
Ralph Bakshi is notorious for underappreciated gems. Wizards is set in a post-apocalyptic fantasy world where magic is real and man has survived the radiation to evolve into fairies, elves, and dwarves. It’s a classic nature vs industry story with Bakshi’s unique spin. My favorite character is Necron 99, the assassin robot turned pacifist. I’ll warn you though, Bakshi films aren’t everyone’s taste (he’s responsible for Fritz the Cat, which against my better judgement I recommend as well).
Wizards was completed during the dark age of animation, and its fascinating to see how Bakshi gets around these limitations to produce something that grossed more than twice its budget.
Tumblr media
Memories (1995)
Memories is a three part anthology based on three different manga short stories, Magnetic Rose, Stink Bomb, and Cannon Fodder. While the entirety of the movie is beautifully animated and worth the watch, the best of these is the first one. It is a mysterious, tragic sci-fi horror short film set in space and worked on by Satoshi Kon (so of course its amazing).
