So I looked it up. "I love you" has the same translation in Latin and Spanish. (Te amo) and now I'm just thinking, what if, like, Leo (oblivious to the similarities between Latin and Spanish) would go up to Jason and casually drop an 'I love you', expecting Jason not to understand.

Only for Jason to look at him and go, "te quoque amo" (I love you too) and Leo's just. Confused as fuck cuz first of all, he doesn't know what 'quoque' means but he's pretty sure he heard an 'I love you' in there too. Second, he had no idea that Jason knew Spanish (he doesn't) and now he's pissed because he thinks Jason understood all of his mumblings about how stupidly handsome that stupid son of Jupiter is and only now decided to admit to it — not even directly!

And Jason's just over here like "i didn't know Leo knew latin but that was nice of him :3"
