CHAPEL CARTER. second. soldier. raised in the arcane’s youth militia. expertly trained in combat tactics, marksmanship and war-time strategy. parents were murdered by the brigade when he was eight; he met halstead within the arcane before its fall in 2043. he very quickly became her right hand. carter has also been regarded as her ‘conscious’, earning this nickname after a brawl in midtown when he stopped halstead from murdering multiple brigadiers at point-blank range. they have no known romantic affiliation. carter’s whereabouts, along with the rest of the collective, have never been documented or discovered.

ELLIOT MONTAGNE. hacker. escape artist. brilliant. could give sera a run for a money if he gave two shits about engineering. still prides themselves on being accepted into the collective because they hacked into halstead and carter’s phones and made their alarms go off every minute (annoying them into acceptance). has eyes everywhere, including in some sectors of the brigade. sibling to atlas; extremely resentful of them because of their former affiliation with the brigade. can hack into just about anything as long as his are well-fed. has become infamous among brigadiers as the escape artist, because his is always able to hack himself and the rest of the collective out of otherwise compromising situations. is in charge of keeping tabs on other rebel groups and their plans. halstead has also asked them to keep tabs on the collective, but that’s a well-kept secret between the two of them.
