Peyton gave a little smile, slightly peering from behind the notebook. He scribbled something down again and showed her the paper. "Don't mention it, it didn't belong to me so I had to return it sometime. What's your name?" A meek smile came onto his face.
Wren didn't stop smiling as she answered. "My name's Wren. I'm competing in the dream labs tournament here. Are you going to be competing too...?" She asked, wanting to keep up what little conversation she could get out of someone so timid.

Peyton took in a deep breath before approaching Wren. They tapped on her shoulder and held up their notebook, slightly hiding behind it. "Hi I'm Peyton the... One who found your book. I apologize for running off, I get really nervous around other people." Something else seems to be scribbled at the end smaller than the rest but seems to have been frantically scribbled out.
Wren took a second to read the note, trying to peek at the other child behind the notebook. "O-oh... hello there, Peyton." She murmured, not wanting to speak too loud in case it would spook Peyton. "Thanks for returning my book." She said with a smile.

"Well Wren it's nice to meet you." Tylee said, her smile not fading, "It's nice to see someone so young entering the competition."
Wren nodded at the comment. "Yes, my mother said there wouldn't be many people my age competing, but I'm surprised by just how few there are..." She added with a small laugh.

Tylee spotted the young girl from the distance, first noticing her arm. 'Whoa that's a cool arm.' she thought as she started walking over. A moment later she said, "Hello, I'm Tylee." with a smile and a little wave.
The younger girl started slightly when she noticed Tylee next to her and stood up fully, lifting Teagan into her arms. “Oh, hello. I’m Wren." She had noticed the brunette walking around the labs before, but never talked to her. Teagan, meanwhile, continued to eat the handful of cheri berries, his one pink eye looking up at the girl talking to his trainer.

Peyton quickly handed Wren a book with a note on it, an apologetic look on the child's face. Before Wren could say much of anything to them, they rushed away. "Sorry I found your book and ended up keeping a hold of it to read, I'm really sorry I should have returned it sooner!" the note read.
Wren pauses in surprise, watching the other child run away. She glances down to the note, before lifting it up slightly so she could see the title of the book. ‘…I wondered where this went. I must have left it somewhere…’ She looks up again to the direction the other had ran to, and a small smile appeared on her face. ‘…well, it was nice of them to pick it up for me…’

Pink, yellow!
Pink: 4 facts about my parents
"Hmm, my father’s a pretty good cook! I always look forward to his cooking when I go and see him. He tends to cook rustic things like shepherd’s pie but it’s really yummy. My mother taught me how to train pokemon, since she likes battling occasionally. She has a Skarmory she caught before I was born! He’s called Jason and he and Anita get on pretty well."
Yellow: 7 facts about my childhood
"I liked hiding in my mother’s workshop when I was little. There are so many closets and places to hide, especially for someone as small as I was when I was a child. She told me off a lot, especially after I lost my arm, saying that she didn’t want me to get tetanus or anything. I’m glad I didn’t keep playing in there when I was older, since having two psychic arms would be worse than only one normal one… even if I didn’t have my psychic one now.
"What else… oh! Father let me help look after the pokemon in the day care near his house! I got to see a lot of different pokemon there, some were from trainers, some were from families who couldn’t look after them for an amount of time for whatever reason. Some of the ones that were left there and never picked up were adopted by father, mostly ones that had some sort of disability… They were all very nice and father looked after them well. He let me train a few of them when he thought they were able to. I’ve never used them in competitive battling though… just casual ones… father was worried they would get hurt."
