Count Dracula of Beetsylvanie from Dracula, Starring Mickey Mouse (2012, comics, Enna and Celoni) is a Dracula for obvious reasons. We don't even need to argue that he's a Dracula. Mickey Mouse plays Jonathan Ratker.

Grimm from Hollow Knight is a Dracula because he's "a vampire moth that instead of feeding on blood, feeds on the nightmares left by dead kingdoms. He is immortal in a way, but only because his child/clone consumes him, whose child then consumes them, and so on."
