We must remember that Allah sees inside of us, so we must look inside of ourselves. When we are faced with a conflict, even if the other person is wrong, we must ask ourselves “What have I harbored internally that added to this conflict?” If we become angry, we should ask ourselves, “What do I have inside of me that triggered that reaction?” We only keep theories of Divine and Prophetic teachings. We must work to harbor them. More Inspiration | www.lionofallah.com

[Qoran 3:8] We all have done things that we regret in our lives. We tried to be a better person but there were times we failed, and we did the very same things we most regret for. BOUNCE BACK. And reflect as much, our days are but counted.

Drowning in sins? Who isn’t? We all are. Yet we should never despair of His Mercy, in sha Allaah below are some ahadith and sayings of great scholars of Islaam that will give us hope and encourage us to continuously repent and ask forgiveness from Allaah Azza Wa Jall. May you all find it beneficial. Amin ______ [1] Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wassalaam said in a hadith Qudsi:
“The devil said to his Lord, ‘By Your Glory and Majesty! As long as the children of Adam exist on earth, I shall continuously misguide them.’
Allah replied, ‘By My Glory and Majesty! As long as they seek My forgiveness, I will continue to forgive them.’”
[2]  A man complained to Hasan Al-Basri (May Allah have mercy on him) about a drought, and he [Al-Basri] said to him: “Pray to Allah for forgiveness.”
Another man complained to him of poverty and he said to him: “Pray to Allah for forgiveness”
Another man said to him that he was unable to have children: He said: “Pray to Allah for forgiveness.”
Another complained to him that his garden was dry. He said to him: “Pray to Allah for forgiveness.”
Al-Basri was asked about it [his advice] and he said: “This is not my personal opinion, for Allah says in Surah Nuh (interpretation of the meaning): ‘ Ask forgiveness from your Lord, verily, He is Oft Forgiving; He will send rain to you in abundance. And give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers.’” (71:10-12)
[3] Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy upon him) said in ,  “The punishment for sin is lifted from a person by means of ten things:
I. Repentance II. Praying for forgiveness. III. Doing good deeds which wipe out sins. IV. The du’aa’ (supplication) of the believers for the believer. V. Good deeds which can be done for the deceased. VI. The intercession of the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) and others on the Day of Resurrection for those who have committed sins. VII. Calamities by means of which Allah expiates sins in this world. VIII. The torment, squeezing and terror that happens in the grave. IX. The horrors, distress and hardship of the Day of Resurrection. X. The mercy and forgiveness of Allah, with no cause on the part of His slaves. [detailed explanation] _____ There are so many ways to expiate your sins, and many deeds you can do for same purpose, but at top of all that, you have been given hands to raise up and call upon Him and ask for His forgiveness, sometimes, the most sincere words are not said by the mouth but by the heart. Pray to Him, He listens, ask of Him, He is with You, always. Everyday is a day for Allaah Azza Wa Jall, everyone, every minute.  _____ and we pray that Allaah Azza Wa jall forgives us our sins and protect us from the temptations of Shaitan, and make our hearts always hungry for His forgiveness.  Amin Zohayma

Repent.
Tumblr media
You will always have and commit mistakes, you weren’t born perfect who is free from these things. No son of Adam (Alaihi Salaam) had not committed any sin, but what matters is you are able to accept it & in return do what is right & correct them; topping it all by asking for His Forgiveness.
Always remember what He says in the Qur’an;
[1] Wa innee laghaffarun liman tabawaamana wa’Aamila salihan thumma ihtada
And verily, I am indeed Forgiving to him who repents, believes (in My Oneness, and associates none in worship with Me) and does righteous good deeds, and then remains constant in doing them, (till his death).
It is very important for us to encourage our fellow Muslims that indeed Allaah is Alla Forgiving, that no matter how dark their hearts have been shaded, that they might have committed such sins still Allaah surpasses all their sins, that His Mercy is ever Abundant, so that none of us should despair of His Mercy. Remind them of the story of ‘Uthmaan Ibn Talha (Radiyallahu Anhu) who was an uncle of the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wassalaam, He was known as keeper of the keys (keys of the Ka’abah) and he was once among the enemies of Islam. But look at how Merciful and Just Allaah is. During the pre-Islamic period, he was already the one who was in charge of the key of Ka’abah, He was the one to keep hundreds of idols in the Ka’abah, this was what was written for him.
See the full story here: The conversion of ‘Uthmaan Ibn Talha
Subhan’Allaah, He wasn’t just given Mercy through the acceptance of Islam but also he together with his family  were honored of keeping the key of the ka’abah, preserved and protected that until now, it is from the hands of their bloodline that the key lies with.
Once an enemy of Islam but through the Mercy of Allaah became one of the most honored by Allaah and most prominent Sahabah of his Time. Subhan’Allaah for His Mercy.
This, among thousands of inspiring stories about these great men, is but a reminder for all of us that He Alone gives out Mercy and He alone can forgive our sins.
Again, remind yourselves that Allaah is Ar Rahman, Ar Raheem, Al Ghaffar, Al Ghafoor, Al Afuww.
And if you are in deep hardships, deep sadness and sorrow like you feel there’s nothing more than can make you feel better then, remind yourself what Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wassalaam said to Abu Bakr Radiyallahu Anhu when they were in the cave of Hira and the Quraysh were out on hunt for them, and when one of them were about to enter the cave;
[2] La Tahzan Inn’Allaha ma’ana. Grieve not, Allaah is with us. So grieve not my dear brothers and sisters in Islam, indeed Allaah is always with you, if you only realize and reflect.  _____ and we pray that Allaah bestows upon us His Guidance and Mercy at all times. Amin. Zohayma _____ F.N. [1] Qur’aan 20:82 [2] Qur’aan 9:40
