I did some Digital Art today:)

As I am still learning, I traced the outlines of one of the figures in Ferdinand Leeke´s gorgeous painting "The Rhinemaidens", and from then on out developed my own concept:) I only wanted to draw one figure, as the entirety of the painting is still too difficult for me.

Consider this a cross between original concept and a somewhat modern take on this beautiful painting;)

Another Digital Art Piece I made:) It was really fun doing it and working with the Layering to create a more "three - dimensional" look, I guess:) With all the layers in the programme, I could create a piece with depth and really show the "gumminess" of the candy and its colors^^

The three Seraphim, Study

Decided to post this simple study I made of some religious art:) It was done with my tablet. I have been interested in some religious - themed christian art recently, particularly the depictions of angels.

Biblically accurate angels sure are different from their depiction in popcultureXD

Study done by me:) Perhaps I´ll post more of my own art and studies on here in the future:)

Solemn. Alone, but not always lonely.

I like the feeling of this piece. Very solemn. Very introspective. I think that there is a connection between the man and the wolf howling outside. I think he may be going through a transitional period. I love the colors, I feel that they are well balanced. Some sort of melancholy seems to be there.

But that is just my interpretation;)
