Been trying to let go on these pieces and recognize that they dont have to be perfect because im trying new styles/techniques/compositions and traditional art is often unforgiving but my god i find it hard to love these pieces if I notice a flaw 😔 I wanna retreat to safety so bad lol. I need to do more value studies.

This piece reminded me that my biggest full body figure blindspot is shoes. How does one draw shoes. Come to think of it i dont think ive ever drawn a foot in my life. Like a bare foot. I dread that day.
