Feel free to make this quick and easy one-pot pasta when you need dinner quickly during the week. It's easy to make and doesn't take much time to clean up since it only needs five simple ingredients.
Ingredients: 250g spaghetti. 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 cups vegetable broth.
Instructions: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Add spaghetti to the pot and cook according to package instructions until al dente, stirring occasionally. Once pasta is cooked, most of the broth should be absorbed. If not, let it simmer for a few more minutes until desired consistency is reached. Serve hot and enjoy!

Indulge in the deliciousness of Michael Symon's Grilled Onion Burger featuring perfectly grilled beef patties, caramelized onions, and a zesty homemade spicy sauce. Pair it with a side of Spicy Quick Pickle for a flavor-packed burger experience!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. 1 large onion, thinly sliced. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 leaves of lettuce. 4 slices of tomato. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 tablespoons mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeo slices. 1/2 cup white vinegar. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. In a small saucepan, mix white vinegar, sugar, salt, red pepper flakes, and mustard seeds together. Set this aside while you heat up the grill. Stir as you bring it to a boil until the sugar is gone. Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Put the onions on the grill and cook them for about 5 to 7 minutes, until they are charred and soft. Take it off the grill and set it aside. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. The burger patties should be cooked on a hot grill for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach the doneness you like. In the last minute of cooking, cover the grill and add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty. This will melt the cheese. Heat up the grill and toast the burger buns until they are just barely golden while the burgers are cooking. To make a spicy sauce, put pickled jalapeo slices, mayonnaise, ketchup, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and mix them together. Spread the spicy sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the burgers together. After the sauce, put a lettuce leaf on top of it and then a tomato slice. On top of the tomato slice, put the grilled burger patty with melted cheddar cheese. Then, add a lot of the grilled onions. Add the top half of the bun to the burger and, if needed, secure it with a toothpick. Feel free to serve the Grilled Onion Burger with Spicy Quick Pickle with your favorite sides and enjoy!

Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup gluten-free chicken broth. 1 cup gluten-free mole sauce. 2 cups cooked quinoa. 2 cups mixed vegetables such as bell peppers, zucchini, and onions, chopped. 1 tablespoon gluten-free soy sauce. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. On a baking sheet, put the chopped vegetables. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil on top and add salt and pepper to taste. Add toss to cover evenly. Roast the vegetables in an oven that has been heated up for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly caramelized. Add salt, pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to the chicken breasts at the same time. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the last tablespoon of olive oil. Season the chicken breasts and add them. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Take it out of the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it. Put the chicken broth, mole sauce, gluten-free soy sauce, and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat and stir every now and then until everything is hot. To put the bowls together, add the cooked quinoa to each serving bowl. Mash up some chicken, roast some vegetables, and add mole sauce on top. Add chopped cilantro as a garnish. Serve right away and enjoy!

Delight your taste buds with these chewy lemon cookies that feature the wonderful combination of pistachios and poppy seeds. The tangy lemon flavor perfectly complements the nutty and crunchy elements in the cookie.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 2 teaspoons lemon zest. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup chopped pistachios. 2 tablespoons poppy seeds. 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped pistachios and poppy seeds, ensuring even distribution throughout the dough. Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up. Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie. Gently flatten each dough ball with the back of a fork or the palm of your hand. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cookies are completely cooled, dust them with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness. Enjoy these chewy lemon cookies with a delightful crunch from the pistachios and a hint of poppy seed flavor!
