Down 2 lbs
I Started Weight Watchers Monday (218.5)
Friday is my official weigh in day (216.5)
I wasn’t fully prepared with my meal plan and whatnot this week so I felt hungry and unsatifued a lot, but I will have a better plan for next week and hopefully get back into the gym.
My friend irl is also doing weight watchers so we are accountability buddies and it felt great to message her this morning about my loss.

Goals
My goal for January was to limit eating out. I made a lot of sacrifices during the month to stick to that goal. I also made a few allowances that didn’t take me too far off track.
Overall I’d give myself an B for January
With that being said, my goals for February get a little more challenging.
I still want to stick to limiting eating out, but make a few more allowances (ex: when we have friends come to visit, when I travel to visit friends/family). Also, I generally cave to cravings pretty quickly so I’d like to give myself a three day waiting period before I give in to the craving this month.
I will be adding in the gym this month as well. My plan is to get up at 5:45, hit the gym for an hour or so then clean up and head to work.
I hope to be able to continue this pattern of compounding on previous months goals to eventually work up to a better lifestyle.
