i think. out of the three tmom gods. Nira has more in common with Zielo. oddly enough.

will never not be funny to me how Nira has more experience with Deities and other entities, than he does with someone like Sonic or Amy or Tangle. It's ironic considering he too was once mortal.

my fave thing about Nira is. He himself doesn't enjoy humanity as a whole. HOWEVER. He wants to at least give the ones who DO give a shit about their home, others of their kind, a chance to experience things. THAT is why he is so firm with his duty. IF everyone just didn't give a shit and were cruel to each to the point of mindless killing? Then he would let them destroy themselves. But because he has seen others that DO care. That do believe in the ground they walk upon. He will keep doing his duty. He refuses to let others ruin things for those that are genuine.

not a flinch. not a step back. the hound's words are harsh but true. but at the same time. this was the only way.

seems like Zielo needed this out. whether the God realized it or not himself. a slight flicker of pain in his own eyes.

forget you ever existed. his mind flashed back to how he had found out eons had passed while he was trapped by Tenebris. he understood that. everyone forgot him or was dead. Only one who MIGHT remember him and it was Jalal. That damn Phantom Ruby.

nira was also thinking about Eclipse. and the darkling's love. a hawk Nira himself got attached to.

The air began to swell up, freezing around the two. Standing near Zielo, at this very moment, meant trudging into thick, unbreathable air. His fists had clenched by his sides, as the air began to push around them. He was definitely not happy with what he said. Especially when it meant rubbing the loss of his first child.

"FILTH! What do YOU know about OUR family business!? It is NOT your JOB to dictate what's RIGHT for us and Eclipse has NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! My choice was made, AND IT'S FOR THEIR OWN GOOD. They're imperfect; THEY'RE NOT MADE FOR THIS WORLD WITH THEIR SINS."

"My brothers are not THERE. I'd KNOW if my brothers were truly back." The sky then began to rumble. His energy was emotionally building up enough to create a storm.

He kept his strength up the best he could. The God's hands were trembling. He shook his head in denial, feeling heavy in the chest. He avoided what he called his brothers, simply because all he could remember was that they hurt him. The look was evident in the glint of his eye.

"Would they truly be your brothers if they LIT YOU ABLAZE AND LOCKED YOU UP? ABANDON YOU WHEN YOU NEEDED THEM? Forget you ever EXISTED? Just be QUIET already, YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO TELL ME WHAT'S RIGHT OR WRONG."

He didn't back up. gaze even with the god. while he did feel for both deities , he had no desire to entertain the egos nor their hissing fit.

the god turned away. but the hound took HIS turn to get in his space. " when it's costing the safety of my friend. yes, it is. you are getting no where. absolutely no where. and why is that ? because you and Celios BOTH refuse to come to terms. and Heephis is mocking you both and thriving in it. you won't have your Soulless. Or your empire. for much longer. if you two keep this angsty feud up. why ? cause Heephis will take advantage of it. i do not particulary care WHAT your out look on humanity is. everyone has issues with it. "

his own eyes glowed for a moment. " what i DO care about. is Eclipse. he speaks highly of you. says you're the best father ever. Blight speaks highly of Celios. You both have your reasoning. I am sure. But put it aside for now. Because your reasoning is only going to get you BOTH killed. and perhaps even Eclipse. "

a softened look. " the things we need to face are not always the things we want to face. my words may anger you. especially since we just met. but trust me on at least one thing: you can't win this way. do you honestly want Celios dead ? "

Oh? He's going to tell him what's best for him now? He's in his time of need, of which he's struggled to speak clearly with his brother that was meant to be dead by his hands... and his son possibly out there dying, and yet... The nerve. The tendril-like hairs on his back continued to squirm in the air, much like the legs of a spider ready to hunt its prey.

"Our barrier is not part of your concern."

He then crouched, simply to mock the level of the entity as his eyes emitted a brighter color.

"It won't matter anyway. Because it won't happen again... They'll both be dead again, as they were supposed to be before. And my little star will be accompanied with a hoarde of my soulless, for hereon out."

Whether this was a taunt, a scare or the truth, he had no interest in continuing his crouch. He went back to standing tall, eyeing the lake in case if anything had changed.

Nira noted the look. he is eons old himself. he's picked up a few things himself. he won't say out loud. that being near gods puts himself on edge a bit. there are more pressing matters.

" i know. Celios informed me about Eclipse as well. Knowing i can reach spots most can't. just in case whatever took him , took him out of this realm. "

the doberman spoke with a monotone. don't take that personal. just how his voice comes off. he placed his hands in the pockets of his jacket. standing beside the god. eyes ahead.

" it would be better if you and Celios stop fighting against each other. You'll never be able to stop Heephis that way. Cause he is thriving off it. and the longer your eldest is here. worse will come. "

his ear twitched for a moment. " no offense. of course. just advice. it's up to you in the end. "

The God had drowned them out for half their introduction. He was busy, waiting as it looks like. His eyes finally land on him as he mentioned Eclipse. Zielo remained silent, unmoving as he stared him down. Always with the kind greetings.

He hated it.

The quills on the back of his head moved on their own like snakes, as though ready to stab him with the sharp ends anytime.

"My soulless are searching as we speak. My brother claimed this being his last spot. I am not moving upon his return. I'll find this out..."

" standing here makes things harder. you know. " a voice spoke. well. voices. a large paw came forth. and an eldritch hound came forward. multiple eyes. multiple legs. a long whip like tail. and when he spoke. it sounded like several voices echoing.

however. his form shifted and what stood there now. was a Mobian Doberman. purple eyes locked on the god.

" Niratap. Friend of Eclipse. Call me Nira. You must be Zielo. He talks about you a lot. and Blight talks a lot about your brother. Celios. :

The God is currently waiting by the river. He's been waiting for hours now-- Refusing to move and hoping his child would just show up. It's unbelievable, he lost him twice. It's merely impossible to keep him out of trouble, even when he asked he did not go places by himself. ...Was he at fault?

He tapped his finger against his arm, arms folded across the fur that accentuated his chest.

He can't win.

Reaching out to befriend Celios's child, killed her. (or so that's what he believes.) He killed his brothers, they came back. He took in someone he trusted, he's always returned injured.

Was he really... The ideal God he wanted to be? What would Celios say, to sway all his troubles away?

The hound's eyes was locked on the stars above, cautious and alert, yet seeming to hold a bit of wonder to it. The gentle breeze in the air shifting through his fur as he sat next to his companion. No, his ally. No.

His friend. His brother.

He never thought he would ever think those words about someone. As someone who wasn't even sure of his own past, it was hard. To see others this way.

He always felt it. The tug in the back of his head, as if there was something telling him to remember. All he ever knew was the torture he endured under Tene and how he turned against it.

Now he did have a family. Ones he would lay down his life for. Whether it would turn around and make him pay, was up for debate. Typically how these things went, right?

At the cheetah's words, he watched him. It was no secret that Blight had internal struggles of his own. Nira masked his by being emotionless. Blight masked his by cheerfulness and care. The very idea of such a thing happening....It stung.

It won't be easy though.

The edlritch hound his gaze turned up to the sky. A lavender hue being brought into it. His ear twitched for a moment before his gaze shifted over to the hedgehog. His cold eyes softened as he let the other lean against him. Tail brushing against his leg.

"You're fine." Is all that he said while looking back up at the sky.
