How to Strengthen Your Subconscious Belief

Forget force. Forget effort. Forget the clenched fists, the whispered affirmations, the desperate grasping for something that already belongs to you. The subconscious does not respond to struggle—it responds to certainty, to familiarity, to the things you take for granted as truth.
And here’s what you need to understand: your subconscious is not judging. It is not skeptical. It is not sitting there, arms crossed, waiting for a PowerPoint presentation on why shifting is real. It is a mirror. It does not care what you tell it—it only reflects what you assume. It takes your passing thoughts, your fleeting assumptions, and treats them as reality because, to your subconscious, there is no such thing as “pretend.” There is only what is repeated, what is expected, what is known.
So the question is not how do I make my subconscious believe in shifting? The question is how do I make shifting something my subconscious assumes to be normal?
And the answer? You make it part of your world. You carve it into the walls of your reality until it is so ingrained, so natural, so utterly unremarkable that your subconscious stops questioning it.
i , Stop Making It Special
Belief does not bloom under pressure. If you treat shifting like some grand, unattainable miracle, your subconscious will follow suit. If you treat it like a rare event, something that only happens after you “earn it,” it will remain out of reach.
You don’t doubt that the sun will rise tomorrow. You don’t doubt that gravity will keep your feet on the ground. You don’t need to “convince” yourself of these things because they are part of your world. That is the level of belief you need to cultivate.
So stop making shifting the peak of the mountain. Stop treating it like something you have to fight for. Make it as mundane as brushing your teeth, as ordinary as blinking. Assume it. Expect it. Shrug at it. "Of course, I can shift. Why wouldn’t I?"
Because when something is ordinary, your subconscious does not resist it.
ii , Blur the Lines Between Here and There
Your subconscious cannot tell the difference between real and imagined. If you feed it an idea often enough, in enough detail, with enough certainty, it stops being an idea and starts being a truth.
So immerse yourself. Live as if shifting is already a regular part of your existence.
Talk about shifting like it’s past tense. Not "I hope I can shift," but "I remember shifting last time, it was so easy."
Write journal entries from your DR self. Not "I want to be there," but "Today, I woke up in my DR and had breakfast with [character]."
Use sensory details. Smell the air in your DR. Feel the texture of your sheets. Hear the distant hum of life around you. Make it vivid. Make it real.
Catch yourself when you doubt. Every time you think "I don’t know if I can shift," immediately replace it with "That’s ridiculous, of course, I can shift."
Play pretend like a method actor. Slip into the mindset of someone who has already shifted a hundred times. What do they think? How do they act? Become that person.
Because the more real you make shifting in your waking life, the more your subconscious will accept it as just another part of your world.
iii , Abandon Proof, Trust the Feeling
Your subconscious does not work in logic. It works in feelings, in impressions, in what is known rather than what is proven.
You do not wake up every morning and check to see if gravity is still working. You do not demand scientific proof that your reflection will appear in the mirror. You simply know.
That is how you must approach shifting. Not as something to be questioned, not as something to be proven, but as something that simply is.
Stop waiting for evidence. If you keep looking for proof, you are telling your subconscious that there is something to prove. You are telling it that shifting is uncertain. Instead, treat it as inevitable.
Lean into knowing. Certainty is a feeling, not a thought. It is the quiet, unshakable confidence of someone who no longer needs to ask. Step into that mindset.
iv , Cut the Ties to the Old You
The person who doubts shifting? The person who hesitates, who second-guesses, who overanalyzes? That is an old version of you. That is a version of you who still saw the door as locked.
You are not that person anymore.
You are the version of you that knows shifting is real. That has already shifted. That does not need to force belief because belief is woven into their bones.
And when doubt creeps in—do not fight it. Do not push against it. Simply step aside and say, That’s not me anymore.
Because in the end, strengthening your subconscious belief is not about convincing yourself. It is about stepping into the version of you who never needed convincing in the first place.
And when you do that?
Shifting is no longer something you are trying to achieve.
It is simply something you do.

 ꒰ not knowing everything about your dr , won't impact. you do not need to be a historian of your own life. you do not need to have memorised the census records and economic structures of a world you are simply in.

 ꒰ being too attached to your dr , does not ruin it. urgency does not dismantle possibility. the sky does not fold in on itself every time someone desperately wants rain.

 ꒰ not being "calm enough" , no one is breathing monkishly through their nose 24/7. you are not required to be an unmoved river stone. people shift after a long day at work. people shift mid-existential crisis. it is not yoga, it is not meditation, it is a thing that happens when it happens.

 ꒰ doubting yourself from time to time , irrelevant. you do not need to pass a faith test. you do not need to be baptised in unwavering conviction. you just need to assume. doubt is a background noise, not a locked door.

It's so easy to be in the void/i am state cuz you're always and you've always been I am/void. You're always I am. It's just that you tap into it fully. You just direct your energy to basically your full power/true self. What you focus on expands, so you focus on being in this peaceful state and you just fully be that, it's just as simple as it sounds.
Get comfortable and close your eyes
Meditate which is just focusing within.
Affirm "I am" or wtv it is you feel like affirming like "I am in the void state" or anything
Let whatever visual or symptom that comes up, come up. It's just you getting /being there.
Don't waver or say/think stuff like "it's not gonna work" "what if-" no. You believe you're definitely gonna wake up in your desired reality where you have anything it is that you want cuz you always did.
Void state is not something separate from you. It's just you going within. It IS YOU. So please drop the mindset you "have to get there" "you have to put efforts or practice it" nope. You're already that. You're already the version of you that has it all. Period.

DRT ( Deep Relaxation Technique ) To enter the void state !
Hey guys! So I'm here with a amazing relaxation technique to enter the void state almost instantly <3
Actually , I was just checking my old phone and I came across this screen shot in my trash bin...idk from where I took this ss So this method is not mine and all the credits goes to that person who made this! And I remember doing this method to enter the void and I almost got all the symptoms like being pulled , floating , dropping etc but unfortunately I didn't enter . It shows how effective this method is So I thought of sharing it with you guys ♡

If the picture is not clear , I've written the steps here :
STEP 1
Lie down on your back with your hands and feet apart or u can lie down in any position that u feel comfortable in. Then start by taking deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose, hold for 4 seconds and exhale through your mouth do this for about a minute or until u feel calm and a bit relaxed
STEP 2
Now start by clenching your left fist don't do it really hard. Do this three times clench and relax now let go of your left hand and clench your right hand three times and relax .Now clench both hands together 3 times and feel both of the hands losen up do the same with the toes and feet, tense up the toes of the left foot three times and then the right foot three times and then both of them three times and release
For your face make a frown and close your eyes tightly and release. For your head, push it down on the pillow and release, do the same with arms and legs push one side down three times and then the other and both three times ..for the stomach act as if you're going to get up but don't actually get up just tense up the muscles if your stomach
In short u tense up one side three times the other three times and then both three times
Tip : Make sure that you are breathing deeply and all your body is relaxed
If done correctly you will end up in the vibrations stage and if any part of your body moves by itself or u feel tingles then it's a sign that u are in the vibration stage. AP and others methods from this stage will surely work

THE DISTRACTION TECHNIQUE

First of all, know that the void is very real!!! I entered it a few hours ago for the first time intentionally!😭
It’s just like falling asleep when you’re really tired, how you’re entering the void when really relaxed. It’s impossible to fail.
Step 1: Get into a comfortable position.
Step 2: Get into the alpha state using a guided meditation or without. I like to do it without by counting down from 12 to 1 whilst visualising the numbers as you count them in your head. Then count down from 13 to 1 without visualising. This will get you into the alpha state. (You don’t have to be fully in the alpha state but it helps, just be really relaxed).
Step 3: I know people tell you to affirm for the void at this point BUT YOU NEED TO BE DISTRACTED!!! Visualise a scene in your head and let it distract you. You can even play your favourite song in the background (in your head, don’t actually put music on). You can do those separately or simultaneously. This will get you really distracted and not focusing on the 3D anymore. Then you will end up in the void! BOOM! There you go. It’s literally guaranteed results, it’s too effective to not work. Anyways have fun living your dream life!! Bye!!!!

hiiiiiiii! I’ve been practicing just relaxing and meditating without trying to force myself into the void (just having a “if it happens it happens and if it doesn’t that was a great moment of peace” mentality) and also started saturating my mind with the affirmation “entering the void state takes me less than 5 minutes”. I am kinda new to this so I don’t know if I’m doing this right, any help you could give me to correct any mistakes or improve? tysm 💕
Your approach is great! 😻 I “entered” the void the first time just like this, with this mentality "I relax and if it happens, it happens" ... and it happened 😭😻
You don't have to do anything, nothiiiinnngg I swear, just let yourself go. It is precisely letting go completely that allows you to access the void.
➣How to recognize the void
Total absence of thoughts and images You are not affirming, you are not visualizing, you are just there.
Sense of expansion and absolute peace (It was so peaceful that I got too relaxed ahah 😅) You feel as if everything is suspended, without limits, you just exist.
Loss of body perception You no longer feel the weight of the body, sometimes it almost seems like you are "floating" or being everywhere.
Time seems not to exist A few seconds or minutes may pass, but inside you time disappears.
Simple awareness of being You don't need to affirm anything, you are just I AM, without adding anything else
➠When you find yourself there, know that it is pure consciousness and remain calm. Once you recognize it, you can consciously decide to emerge from there with the new state you want.

And also how do we know which hand left or right to cross as shown in the video he helped her to identify which hand to do
hola! and ideally you'd get results in yer first try, however, sometimes ya might have a bit of resistance to whatever affirmation you're usin', but don't let that deter ya. id recommend doin' it daily just as you've asked! ya can do it as many times as ya want, there's no limit, ya could literally do this for an hour if ya want to
i get this question a lot, honestly, here's what I personally do--- hopefully ya can understand what I'm about to ramble about
I do five minute sessions for each of these posture changes
right wrist over left wrist, right ankle over left ankle
left wrist over right wrist, left ankle over right ankle
right wrist over left wrist, left ankle over right ankle
left wrist over right wrist, right ankle over left ankle
this is simply just to cover all my bases, plus you get 20 minutes of focused affirming which is always good for fully saturating yer mind. ya can do this throughout the day if ya wanna break up yer 5 minute sessions

How I Induced Void for the First Time in My Life?
Okay, so tbh, when I first read about the void, I was too stunned. I was like, what??? Is that even possible???
So basically, I was in disbelief earlier, but eventually, I started to believe. And let me tell you, I forgot all about the Law of Assumption and began CHASING the void like crazy.
I used to scroll through 1000000 posts on Tumblr, trying to find that one right thing that would help me induce the void.
I stumbled upon so many methods, guided meditations, subliminals but none of them worked for me. Honestly, I even started procrastinating on void at some point. And let me just say, I’m a night owl, so I have this habit of studying late. Sometimes, I would even close my books early and go to bed just to "get into the void."
By doing this, I wasn’t just messing with my studies I was also internally demotivating myself to give up on everything. It felt like I was chasing something impossible, and it was exhausting.
Then I stumbled upon one of the @salemlunaa 's post, and you know what? Everything clicked. BOOM.
I just stopped chasing it. My mentality shifted to: "It’s good if I don’t induce void, and it’s good if I do." I was alright with it, either way. I stopped putting in so much effort.
Once I stopped putting in the effort and convinced myself that I already have everything I want, I got into the void effortlessly. Like, it was so easy I still can’t believe it happened.
Here are some inferences I can draw from My Experience:
1. VOID IS EASY. Trust me. I know you’re probably tired of hearing this, but it’s true.
2. TRUST IT AND DON’T TREAT IT LIKE IT’S A BLACK CARD THAT WILL GIVE YOU EVERYTHING. It’s not magic. You already have everything within you.
3. DON’T RELY ON BLOGGERS FOR EVERYTHING. Bloggers are just here to guide you. We can’t teach you how to relax—that’s basic. Learn to trust yourself instead of overloading on advice.
But yk what's the real secret:
You’re not missing any special method, meditation, or technique. All you need is trust and belief. That’s it. That’s literally it. The rest will follow naturally.
Stop chasing. Stop stressing. The void is already within you. Trust yourself and watch how everything falls into place.
