Joker sure got under his skin there, to be fair to Batman, that is something Joker would do.

Having found out it was all a joke, Batman for once honors a deal he had no intention of acknowledging. This will be a bat signal he does not answer, he's done looking after them for a while, it's the polices job for now.

Day 6: exhaustion

Well after those days staying awake trying to contact the rescue team paid off it's time for some well deserved R&R. Subconsciously Bats feels safe falling asleep around Joker, not because he thinks he wont stab him in his sleep, but because he knows that Joker knows who he is and will stop others trying to find out who he is. It's all part of the game.
