Soulsmake sign ups open July 7th!

Soulsmake a low stakes, low pressure creation event about making a friend and making a story.

What we need from you is your name, social media handles, discord, whether you’re signing up as an artist, a writer, or either. We also need your age bracket (adult or minor), whether you’re fine with being paired with someone in the opposite age bracket, and if you’re okay to work with a team of three.

Once the event starts, you’ll join our discord and be paired with a random soulmate, and the creation period begins! You’ll be asked to come up with, at minimum, the basic premise and plot of an AU!

The only thing you need to do to complete this event is have a conversation with your soulmate. You can create as much art or writing for your AU as you want, but there’s no creation requirement. Just make a friend and enjoy the process of creating something together!

we're looking for;

24 illustrators: a chance to do the cover, section covers, or just pages. section covers are spreads. each page should be a fully polished A4 page with a background, spreads span two pages.

20 writers: a chance to write the intro, or just fics for a section. should be 300 to 1500 words, intro should be 100 to 300 words.

15 comic artists: 2-6 pages for your given section.

I really like ethan, because main character bias haha. his story and situation is FASCINSTING to me, it's what got me into resident evil in the first place (through crumbs animatics)

but also Eveline has a soft space in my heart because yes she's evil but... child :0

When I first watched a playthrough of re7 I HATED Eveline. Cheered when she died. Then she showed up again in re8 and I went ‘YOOOOOOO HOLY SHITTTTT ITS HER!!’ And ever since then I have ADORED her. She just wanted a family :’) (she made people murder for her and drove them insane while she rotted others from the inside out)
