The Heavy Metal Toxicity Crisis, And How To Heal From It

What are heavy metals? Elements of relatively high density, or of high relative atomic weight. These elements can potentially be toxic and very dangerous, some even in low concentration. Researchers have identified that significant exposure to at least 23 different environmental metals can cause acute or chronic toxicity. However, the most commonly known are Mercury, Lead, Arsenic, Cadmium, Aluminium, Nickel, Uranium, and Thallium. These metals hang around in the body, especially hiding out in fat cells, and are similar to fat-soluble toxins in that they are difficult to get rid of. Body fat tries to protect the organs by trapping certain substances inside, including some metals, which causes them to linger. How do you know if youâre suffering from heavy metal poisoning? Take it from someone who has been, the symptoms are persistent, chronic, and affect so many of the body systems! Referencing Mercola.com and DrAxe.com, heavy metal toxicity can result in damaged or reduced mental and central nervous system function, plus damage to the vital organs, such as the liver, heart, endocrine glands and kidneys. Acute metal toxicity is a lot easier to diagnose, and symptoms include: Sudden severe cramping and/or convulsions, nausea, vomiting, profuse sweating, headache, difficulty breathing, impaired cognitive, motor and language skills, and tremors. At times acute symptoms can mimic those of Alzheimerâs, Parkinsonâs, and Multiple Sclerosis. Symptoms of chronic metal toxicity, however, are much more subtle, in large part because these symptoms are so common, such as: Fatigue, insomnia, digestive distress, aching joints, depression and anxiety, brain fog, difficulty concentrating and learning, impaired blood sugar regulation, skin irritation, female reproductive problems such as menstrual difficulties, infertility, miscarriage, pre-eclampsia, pregnancy induced hypertension and premature birth. Heavy metal toxicity can also cause chronic fatigue, autoimmune diseases, including Lymeâs, dementia, bi-polar disorder, anemia, and cardiovascular problems. If you feel you might be suffering from toxicity, heavy metal testing is now widely available by via blood test or hair analysis (recommended). So where are these heavy metals found in our environment? The answer is everywhere: - In air pollution caused by traffic fumes, chem trails, cigarette smoke, radiation. - In a low quality diet, from consuming processed, non-organic and GM foods, along with farmed fish or those wild fish that are high in mercury - King mackerel, tilefish, swordfish, marlin, shark, ahi and big eye tuna see here. - In municipal drinking water: the water supply in many developed nations contain heavy metals, and use fluoride see here (dated at 2012), with added fluoride sourced from industrial waste by product. - In utero, heavy metals can be passed down from mother to child in pregnancy. - If you have received certain vaccinations see here, - From having mercury amalgam dental fillings. - From all manner of personal and household products, from cosmetics to antiperspirants, talcum powder, toothpastes, certain household cleaning products, pots and pans, paint, insecticides, baking powder, some canned foods, aluminium foil and plastic. Note that glyphosate, the herbicide most commonly known as Monsantoâs RoundUp, heavily toxic in itâs own right, also works synergistically with aluminium, causing it to be more toxic. I know this information might seem scary, but before jumping on the fear train letâs look at all the solutions that are available, if youâre ready to make the necessary changes to heal.. Â 1. Detoxing: there are various methods of heavy metal detox available, it is recommended to be under the supervision of a holistic or functional medicine practitioner, particularly if undergoing a more extreme form of detox. Chelation Therapy in particular, is a medical procedure that involves the administration of chelating agents via intravenous to remove heavy metals from the body. This can produce some severe side effects. You can take DMSA orally as a binding agent, similarly zeolite, pharmaceutical grade bentonite clay, activated charcoal, or a spirulina/chlorella/barley grass combo. Compliment these with high dose vitamin C, and if you can access a pharmaceutical grade glutathione. Taking a good probiotic is also necessary. Sweating is very important in this process! Cardio exercise, saunas or steam room sessions, detox baths with bentonite clay, or using the power combination of sea salt, epsom salt, apple cider vinegar, baking soda and a few drops of your favourite essential oil, are all recommended. Â Â 2. Diet: Is one of the most imperative elements of both minimizing the intake of heavy metals, and in detoxifying them. The Weston A Price dietary recommendations see here, written in 1920 hold just as true today. Optimal nutrition is essential in this process, because if youâre deficient in essential minerals, your body will use toxic metals as stand-inâs instead. Leafy greens, cilantro/coriander, foods rich in vitamin C, garlic and onions, soaked chia and flax seeds, and bone broth are all wonderful detoxes and healers. While detoxing, avoid non-organic foods, farmed fish, food allergens, processed foods/foods with additives, and alcohol. 3. Hydration: drink plenty of good quality water! A simple guideline is to drink half your body weight (pounds) in ounces of water. For those on metrics, do a conversion. When detoxing, you will want to drink even more than the recommended amount. Find a good quality water filtration system. I also use a water structurer. See one of my past articles here. In general, limit your exposure to heavy metals by: 1. Using glass, cast iron, titanium and enamel cookware. Replace all teflon and non-stick pots and pans as they leech toxins and heavy metals into the foods while you cook. Also remove or heavily limit the use of aluminium foil in your kitchen, and replace plastics with glass or enamel for food storage. 2. Avoiding cosmetics with aluminium bases, lead, and mineral powders that contain bismuth. In general, I recommend switching your traditional cosmetic products to mineral make up, due to the level of toxins contained within them. 3. Trading in anti-perspirants and traditional deodorants for their natural, heavy metal-free alternatives. 4. Using natural household cleaning products in place of chemically laden ones (also covered in this article). 5. Avoiding vaccinations that inject mercury or aluminium directly into your bloodstream! 6. Avoiding amalgam fillings, or if thatâs too late for you, having them removed by a dentist that practices the SMART technique. 7. Avoiding stainless steel orthodontics. 8. Sleeping in a bed that doesnât have a metal frame, and by having no metal furniture in the bedroom. 9. Avoiding smoking, and second hand smoke. Follow these guidelines and you can heal from heavy metal poisoning. Even if your symptoms arenât acute but you feel you may need a detox, listen to your inner wisdom and do it! Accessing The Power Of The Heart, To Find Your Real Truth

Truth :: can certainly feel subjective within modern reality. We live in an age of information overload, where so many are screaming to be heard, liked, and followed for their particular message or idea, while mainstream media blatantly manipulates an already brainwashed public. History has been written and rewritten to fit the popular narrative of the time and people are spoon fed stories that masquerade as truth by a media that is pushing ulterior motives on society. Since the rise of the Tavistock Institute in the early 20th century, nearly unlimited resources have been applied to understanding how to manipulate the human psyche through television, internet, and other forms of mass media. Donât believe me? Start undertaking some of your own research.. How has truth been defined? Modern dictionary definition: âThe quality or state of being true. That which is in accordance with fact or reality. Truth, in metaphysics and the philosophy of language, the property of sentences, assertions, beliefs, thoughts, or propositions that are said, in ordinary discourse, to agree with the facts or to state what is the case. Truth is the aim of belief; falsity is a fault.â However if we contemplate a little further, we realize at times facts can be distortions or even mere perceptions. We can be faced with very convincing research for opposing arguments regarding what are âfactsâ in many a situation. In cases where these arguments are particularly heated, lives have been lost and all manner of atrocities have occurred. One only needs to look at religious and cultural wars to witness this dynamic playing out. Given that our modern reality presents so many challenges to knowing truth, how can we shut out the external noise and decipher what feels innately right to us? Â Â Intuition : âQuick and ready insight. the ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning.â To Ralph Waldo Emerson, the American transcendental philosopher, âthe primary wisdom is intuitionâ, because it represents a more direct and immediate way of knowing. Albert Einstein said âThe only real valuable thing is intuition.â Most of the people who make a powerful impact on our reality or are seen as leading the way in their respective fields credit intuition or some innate knowing as being responsible for their greatest actions and decisions. Intuition involves the ability to see deeply, clearly and holistically. To grasp immediately the significance and essence of a situation and make instant decisions. We have been heavily programmed within our reality to think, to reason with our minds and apply logic to all situations, while instinctive knowing has been ridiculed. But even science is slowly beginning to wake up and realize this programming is incorrect. Read this and this. Logic is certainly valid in many a basic decision, but what if the key to finding our core truth, what is right for us and even how we make our best decisions in life, is not through thought but instead through the intellect of the heart (ie, intuition)? What it really means to understand something instinctively is to get our heads out of the way and reconnect to our heartâs wisdom and power! So how do we go about reconnecting our heart and itâs ancient wisdom within, to our daily lives? Particularly those of us who are completely unfamiliar with this concept? The first step towards re-finding that connection is to practice some form of mental stillness. Meditation in any form is wonderful, or any act that encourages a meditative state, for example walking in nature or taking the dog for a walk, taking a yoga class, gardening, surfing, painting, or automatic writing. Some people even find cleaning and housework meditative. Whatever works for you! The key is âpracticeâ, ie repeating on an ongoing basis, and becoming cognisant of how it feels to be in a state of connectivity, without the incessant racing of thoughts in your head. From here, you can begin to practice consciously moving your presence into your heart centre. Sense what your heart centre feels like, and once youâre aware of that, how you can connect with the outside world from this place. As you become familiar with accessing your heart space, you can start to apply this process when making decisions in your life, when searching for truth within a situation or story, or when you find yourself in a conflict, be it with your partner, a family member, a co-worker or a stranger on the street. With practice the connection becomes easier and builds in strength, till eventually itâs instant. Being really patient with yourself is key, remember this is a resetting of your whole way of being, and mind habits can die hard! As you venture more deeply into accessing heart space intuition, you may discover a whole new you, waiting to be expressed. At the very least you will shift your perspective on reality and walk in the world with a new sense of power, a true power based in self love and respect. You wonât be so reactive, nor swayed by outside events or opinion, and because of this change people will react differently to you. From this place you can unleash your personal brand of magic on the world, simply by being authentic and letting your truest essence shine.

How Do Your Money Spending Choices Affect Reality?

Money - The word that holds so much power in our physical reality. By dictionary definition: something generally accepted as a medium of exchange, a measure of value, or a means of payment: such as officially coined or stamped metal currency, paper money, money of account. By spiritual definition: the manifestation of energy, used as an exchange of energy. Money has been a part of human history for thousands of years within our current reality. The system began with bartering goods and services, while paper currency was first introduced by the Chinese Tang Dynasty and used for 500 years before the practice caught on in Europe, in the 17th Century. In turn, the remainder of the world followed suite, taking us to todayâs manifestation of the global banking system. Â So how did money shift from being a simple medium of exchange or an exchange of energy, into an entity that holds such importance it can define security, status, respect, independence, and self worth in general? The answer is societal belief patterns. These belief patterns have long been influenced by the people who assumed positions of power in our world reality, and the majority (mainstream) have proven easily manipulatable. Therefore an idea is spawned and spread into the mainstream via means based in some way on advertising, and people adopt these ideas as beliefs structures, which then represent how they play out their physical lives. The societal belief about money is that it holds power and we must acquire it to survive. This has created a perpetual cycle in reality that we see played out all over the western world by stressed out humans represented as hamsters on a wheel. What if we could shift our beliefs about money, in turn shift our reality, and even reality as a whole (the collective consciousness)? Consider this an invitation to examine how you use money as an expression of who you are. What does your use of money say about your inner reality, and outer? There are a few books I will defer to here, all different, but all highly educational with respect to discovering and shifting our money reality.. Money and the Meaning of Life, You Were Born Rich, Think and Grow Rich, The Neville Reader, and Unshakeable (for those of you wanting a practical guide with some solid investment strategies). One thing I have found to ring true from all of these teachings and any others Iâve experienced, is that discipline and diligence is necessary. Changing our subconscious, our beliefs and our internal reality is not a one time fix! So if youâre not prepared to be diligent and stay on course, thereâs no point even beginning. Probably the greatest determining factor of someone's overall well-being is the degree to which they value themselves and feel okay internally, regardless of circumstances. Our outer world should not be dictating how we feel on the inside. Easier said than done sometimes in this dysfunctional reality, where self worth has become entangled with net worth and lifestyle standard. But the only authentic way to value ourselves is by shifting our beliefs and learning to separate our self worth from our finances. A great first step to take is to look in the mirror and tell yourself âI love youâ 10 times a day. You might be surprised at some of the emotions that come up, itâs a powerful exercise. Beyond this there are many tools and therapies one can use, from meditation to healing sessions to counseling and beyond (see some of my past articles). Once we have re-membered who we are and reconnected to our true value, we can look at how money is simply an expression of that. Ultimately, the power and meaning you give to your money determines how you live your life. Where we spend our money reflects who we are as people, showing our inner world through our outer world of possessions and lifestyle. As we are more conscious of this, we can make choices that create the reality we want to see. For example, you want to see a cleaner, greener world, so you make the conscious choice to buy eco and organic products, supporting those companies who are making the change. If you want to support local farmers and suppliers rather than the beast that is industrial agriculture, you shop at farmerâs markets, co opâs or stores that supply these choices. Perhaps you really care about labour practices, so you only buy products from companies that treat their labour force humanely and donât use sweat factories. Tithing and gifting to charities or local organizations that you believe are making a powerful impact is another way of supporting your vision for the world. The possibilities are endless but the bottom line the same, where we spend our money reflects who we are as people and how we wish to represent ourselves. We can make conscious choices to shift our reality by adjusting the way we spend our money. Remember: money = energy, so our spending practices can also have a compounding effect on the collective reality. You spend and put energy into a particular idea, that energy is then reflected into the greater consciousness, others are attracted to it and so is the beginning of a movement. The Power Of Nature

The age old adage âspending time in nature is important for your healthâ could not be more true, especially in the current age of technology and the internet. Scientific evidence continues to reconfirm what has long been concluded by anyone with common sense and a hint of wisdom, that nature is healing. Read this, and This, and This. Spending time in nature offers so many health benefits, physical, mental and emotional. On the physical spectrum alone, this simple practice reduces the risk of type II diabetes, respiratory tract and cardiovascular disease, cancer, high blood pressure and premature death, while also boosting the immune system and lowering cortisol and inflammation. Viewing natural scenery has even shown increased recovery rates in hospital patients. Mentally and emotionally, being in nature helps with seasonal depression, improves vitality and mood, and benefits issues of mental well being such as anxiety, mental fatigue and attention capacity. Essentially, itâs like youâre getting a happiness or peace injection! But amidst all of these benefits is the most important one, Reducing Stress. Excess stress is the number one cause of illness in the body, be it in the emotional/mental, physical or environmental form. Emotional/mental stress is self explanatory. Excess physical stress results from over exertion of the body, injury, surgery, deep dental work, anesthesia, vaccines and pharmaceuticals; while environmental stress is everything from chemtrails to fluoride and heavy metal laden public water supply, to genetically modified and toxically sprayed food crops, processed food and drinks, fuel and emissions, toxins in personal care and household products, and EMF radiation. Each of these factors place excess stress on the body, which in turn weakens the immune system, ultimately leading to imbalance and illness. How does nature counteract some of this stress? Firstly, when you immerse yourself in nature that is disconnected from the technology and infrastructure of modern society, you automatically remove a number of the environmental toxins associated with these. Secondly, Mother Nature helps rebalance pre-existing stress in the body, via the powerful negative ions she emits. Donât go by the name, negative ions are beneficial to the human body, while positive ions are harmful. Ions are invisible charged particles in the air, either molecules or atoms, which carry an electric charge. Positive ions are molecules that have lost one or more electrons, while negative ions are oxygen atoms with extra negatively charged electrons. It is scientifically proven that negative ions contribute to overall well-being and health by neutralizing free radicals, revitalizing cell metabolism, enhancing immune function, purifying the blood and balancing the autonomic nervous system. Also Read This. While immersion in nature is the ultimate tonic, if that isnât a possibility on a very regular basis, even bringing a little nature into our modern lives has benefits. If you live near a beach, forest or nature area, obviously spend as much time there as you can. Walk on the earth bare foot where possible, as this is the most direct way to charge your body with earth negative ions. For everyone else, find a local park you can walk barefoot and sit at, and if you have a backyard containing greenery, use it! At the very least, purchase some indoor plants for your home that emit negative ions, see Best Indoor Plants. Beyond that, here are some tools that help us in this modern age where many live in cities and away from nature, and where EMF radiation from technology and WiFi is a very real threat to our health.. Remember however that none of these are 100%, so go ahead and make the adjustment to your life, that you can spend some more time in nature and away from technology! Within this piece Iâve offered a few scientific articles to support what Iâm saying, but for those of you science-heads who want more, just research the topic and youâll find a plethora. However hereâs a suggestion, experiment with how you Feel after spending time immersed in a nature activity, vs after a day in the city, at work in an office, or on technology and WiFi. Nothing shows more real and tangible results than our own experience, when we tune in and listen to our bodies. Like it or not, weâre currently living in a technology and internet/WiFi driven society, causing a myriad of physical and emotional problems which Iâve covered in previous articles. There is no better way to combat that than spending time in and being with nature. So for the sake of your health, get off your computers, tablets and phones for a moment and get out there to the beach, lake, forest, or even the local park, youâll feel the difference and your body will thank you for it!

Microchips, Nano Technology and the Trans-humanistic Agenda

To start with, what are microchips and nano technology, and in what context are we discussing them today? A microchip (sometimes just called a "chip") is a unit of packaged computer circuitry (usually called an integrated circuit) that is manufactured from a material such as silicon at a very small scale. Nano technology; the word nano is a scientific prefix that stands for one-billionth; the word itself comes from the Greek word nanos, meaning dwarf. âStructures, devices, and systems having novel properties and functions due to the arrangement of their atoms on the 1 to 100 nanometer scale." Hence a micro chip is a small chip of computer circuitry, while nano technology produces chips and other devices at still much smaller (nano) sizes, even invisible to the human eye. What does this mean, for the purpose of today's article? Well.. the powers that be, as in powerful multinational corporations, have created both microchips and nano technology (chips and other devices) for use on humans. They are already being used on a percentage of the human race, but the intention is for the entire race to be microchipped. Read This Those of you tech and AI enthusiasts probably ask why would this be such a bad thing? Especially as according to the creators of this technology, the pros are many.. it can be linked to information in external databases such as personal id, contact information, medical history, medication and law enforcement. The convenience factor is high, any task containing RFID technology can be accomplished, for example swiping into buildings, buying goods, making payments, tracking, and operating certain machinery. There are already at least one company in Sweden, one in Australia and one in the US, openly using optional microchipping with their employees, many are lining up and volunteering themselves to be chipped. The US military is also using it on soldiers. It all sounds innocent enough, unless we look a little deeper.. There are additional reasons behind the huge push for RFID chips and nano technology in recent years, which I will go into shortly. First a little more background.. DARPA, the technological development arm of the Pentagon, controls Silicon Valley, which now has the greatest concentration of surveillance and censorship power the world has ever seen. Google is at the helm of it. Thousands of satellites have also been put into space orbit to beam wifi onto the entire planet, and to connect these chips/nano technology into the worldwide web. Microchips today are so highly advanced they can collect information on every aspect of a person's body, then plug it directly into that web. Another fact, when delving a little deeper we discover millions of people have been chipped without their knowledge or consent! How? In 2007 Skyetek (now owned by JADAK), a US industry leader in healthcare RFID, created a government authoritative White Paper on the importance of imbedding microchips into a variety of devices in the medical setting. This was wholeheartedly endorsed by the American Medical Association. Since then, medical technology companies have secretly implanted chips into devices such as knee and hip replacements, titanium rods, medical mesh, pacemakers and defibrillators, prosthetics, and even breast implants. Nano chips have also been used in certain vaccinations, and we now even have something called smart dust, nano technology the size of dust particles that are inhalable! To connect the dots here... microchips and nano technology have been unknowingly inserted into millions of people, without consent, connecting them to the worldwide web via satellites in space that are essentially controlled by DARPA. Here is where additional reasons for the push for RFID come into play. The powers that be want every human being microchipped so that they can merge humanity with AI, using the worldwide web as a conduit. Ray Kurzweil, Google's Director of Engineering, claims "2029 is the consistent date I have predicted for when an AI will pass a valid Turing test and therefore achieve human levels of intelligence. I have set the date 2045 for the âSingularityâ which is when we will multiply our effective intelligence a billion fold by merging with the intelligence we have created." Â The plan has been in place for many years to build a 'smart grid' to control all things, termed The Internet of Everything. The 5G rollout I spoke about in last month's article plays a vital role in this smart grid, being that one of the primary purposes of 5G is interconnectivity of ALL smart devices, including but not limited to cell phones, computers, smart cars, smart homes and buildings, and lastly, microchipped human beings. Connecting the human brain and body to a smart grid will not only allow levels of surveillance that are extremely dangerous to our privacy and our health, but will allow those in control of the grid to manipulate our thoughts, emotions and henceforth, our actions. How? By sending frequencies from the smart grid via satellites and microchips, into the human brain. The brain then decodes these frequencies into the perceptual states they represent. This control of thought and emotion goes beyond brainwashing. It is a process of merging the human brain and body with AI, termed Transhumanism. This results in an altered form of human, who is controllable and can be made to think, emote and act according to the wishes of those who control the grid. The end of the humanity as we know it. Yes, all of this is entirely possible and already happening in our world today! Watch This I share the information in this article not to scare you, but to wake you up. There is a very large scale global agenda unfolding right now to allow technological control of the human mind, and the time is now for us to stand up in unison and stop it! Start Here To suggest that Transhumanism will lead to the betterment of humanity is an outright lie, offered by those who wish to control the human race and who fear our awakening. Why? Because human beings who are awake and self realized are far more powerful, capable and intelligent than any manmade computer or aspect of AI could ever hope to be. We can use the intelligence in our bodies in place of harmful technology. Awake human beings have no need for any ruling group or imposition of control. Instead, we realize our soul power and from that place we co-create a world reality together, one that works for all and hurts none. Now is the time to stop being complacent, instead get up and be a part of the solution! Take action in your community, educate others, and say NO to 5G, nano technology and Transhumanism. For in doing so, you say YES to your soul.

EMF Radiation Toxicity and the 5G + Smartmeter Equation

What exactly is EMF radiation, and why all the fuss?? Many of you have probably at least heard a little about it, given our present day fully computerized society, but for those who arenât aware, a little about EMFs... âElectro Magnetic Fieldsâ are invisible areas of energy, often referred to as radiation, that are associated with the use of electrical power and various forms of natural and man made lighting. The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciencescategorized EMFs into two groups: 1. Low frequency or non-ionizing.These have lower frequencies than invisible light and include EMFs from microwave ovens, computers, visible light, smart meters, WiFi, cell phones, blue tooth, power lines and MRIs. 2. High frequency or ionizing. These have higher frequencies than visible light, examples include UV light, X Rays and Gamma rays. While the general consensus from the electronic and telecommunication industries is that EMFâs, particularly non-ionizing, are completely safe, remember that they have a vested financial interest in keeping that opinion mainstream!
If we look a little deeper we discover that the human body has itâs own EMF, as does the earth. In fact, human beings are synced to the earthâs EMF, known as the Schumann Resonance, and that of the sun. However, man-made EMFs are a lot stronger than the natural electromagnetic field of the human being, and can interfere greatly with it. To what degree? Well that depends on the frequency of the EMF, the intensity and duration of exposure, and the sensitivity level of the person. The World Health Organization has established guidelines for safe exposure, and some countries have also set their own guidelines. However, more and more people are becoming sick with various illnesses that are now being linked to EMF radiation, revealing that the mainstream research behind EMFs and health is minimal at best and therefore results are flawed. Illnesses from headaches to nausea, insomnia, infertility, depression, chronic inflammation, problems with the digestive, cardiovascular and nervous systems, autoimmune diseases and cancer. People who are EMF sensitive are the ones most greatly affected, but even those who arenât sensitive ARE being affected and often develop sudden health problems or diseases that are the result of months or years of extended exposure. Where are the majority of these damaging EMFs originating from? There are the obvious daily sources; laptops, tablets, cellphones, WIFI, Bluetooth, and household appliances such as microwave ovens, fridges, televisions, blenders and hairdryers. Electric cars also make this list. And the not so obvious, such as dangerous smart meters and the 5G network. If you're unaware of what a smart meter is, it's a new kind of gas and electricity meter that digitally sends meter readings to your energy supplier for more accurate bills. Smart meters use WAN, a similar network to the one cell phones use, and that omits elevated levels of radiation. By the end of 2016 there were an estimated 700 million smart meters installed worldwide, of which half were in China. Italy were a pioneer in the field and one of the best examples of successful implementation of a mass rollout strategy, completed in 2001. The US and Canada have the highest rate of deployment in progress, and the US is on track to meet itâs 90% penetration target by 2020. It is also estimated that every home in Britain will be offered a smart meter from their supplier by 2020. Figures for the EU show that there are aims to replace 80% of electricity meters with smart meters by 2020. Australia has also implemented smart meters, but in just one state, Victoria. Governments state that they believe smart meters will help customers use energy more efficiently and save on energy bills. Two facts they fail to inform the public about are 1. The treacherously high levels of radiation these systems are emitting into our environment; and 2. That smart meters invade behavioural privacy. Essentially they share all consumer behavioural activity and data with the utility companies, and then use that data in whatever way generates the most profit. These âbig dataâ profits have nothing to do with the delivery of an essential service, electricity. If more people knew what was going on regarding privacy invasions and radiation poisoning, there would definitely be increased opposition to smart meters! Now to the 5G network.. what exactly is it? The â5th Generationâ of cellular mobile communications is successor to the 4G, 3G and 2G systems, and a huge proponent of the IoT, "Internet of Things". 5G promises extremely high data capabilities and broadcast, energy saving, higher system capacity, massive device connectivity, and of course billions of dollars in profit. According to Fortune 5G will support at least 100 billion devices and will be 10 to 100 times faster than the current 4G. 5G will utilize small cell stations to combat signal interference, which could mean wireless antennas on every home, building and utility pole throughout entire cities, across nations! These antenna will release milliwave and microwave radiation that is far more potent than anything previously experienced from the electromagnetic spectrum. The USA is currently leading the way on 5G, and the larger telecommunications companies have begun roll out in various cities and towns. The UK has also just announced they will begin trials. It is of vital importance to note that this far greater connectivity comes with vastly more powerful physical, emotional and mental health risks than we've seen to date with EMF. This Article by Lloyd Burrell explains in depth the dangers of 5G and some of the health problems that will result from it's application. There have already been studies conducted with various elements to test responses to 5G. These health problems include what is already being experienced with the current levels of EMF, plus: many skin diseases and physical pain to skin, problems with eyes, heart rate variability and arrythmias, further immune system damage, effects on cell growth rates, increased antibiotic resistance of bacteria and hence development of super bugs, permanent damage to all plant life making it ultimately inedible, and major disruption of the natural ecosystem, including the death of much of the birdlife and the decimation of the bee population. This video article by David Icke wonderfully summarizes what's at stake on so many levels. Pay special attention to the frightening speech by Tom Wheeler, who was the head of the US FCC (Federal Communications Commission), beginning at 18 min 46 sec. David also brings up the links between 5G and the massive cloud network to micro chips and nano technology, a topic I will cover in the next article.. In light of all this disturbing information about EMFs, the 5G and smart meter equation, what are some steps we can take as individuals if we want to counter the problem and implement solutions? As ALL of us in the modern world live within these EMF fields to at least some degree, the first most important step is to purchase some protection for ourselves and our living spaces. Here are some of my favourite companies, a few of which I've brought up in past articles: VibesUp, offering protective jewellery and protection for computers, cell phones and electronics. Cosmic Reality Shungite, offering protection for use on all electronics, household appliances, computers and cell phones, cars, and smart meters. EarthCalm, offering both a whole house system and personal protection, including for use on electronics and computers/cellphones. HealthHarmonic, offering protection for computers, cell phones and electronics, cars, and earth pulse systems for whole house. Safespace, offering personal protection, protection for rooms, buildings, yards/outdoor spaces and cars. Work to lessen your exposure by spending less time on your devices where possible, limiting your wifi to slower speeds, or if/where you can, going back to ethernet plug in. Here in the US, don't allow 5G into your home wifi network. Sleep without a television, computer or tablet in your room. If you must have your phone around, keep it at least a few feet away from the bed and on airplane mode or switched off. Spend more time in nature! Walk on the bare earth, grow a garden, or head to the ocean if possible as often as you can. Nature is the most powerful counteracter to manmade EMFs. On a separate note, here is an Article that introduces some smartphone apps for EMF detection, if you want to experiment using them in your household and work environments to test magnetic radiation fields. On a larger scale, be proactive within your community/city/country, contact agencies and government representatives to voice your concern about the EMF issue and protest 5G and the IoT. Within the US, use this site Parents For Safe Technology. If you're living in a city or country where smart meters have or are being deployed, stop them from installing one in your home, or have it removed and replaced for an analog reader. Then tell all of your family and friends to do the same. This is your legal right. Ultimately, the responsibility of this issue falls on us. For we the people ARE the power and we must take it back into our own hands. There is no need for 5G and smart meter technology in our reality, we can function perfectly fine without it. Only because of the greed and agenda of a certain minority is it being insistently deployed. If a sufficient number of us band together and oppose it, there is no way that the minority can force the issue. So stand up and say NO, and when enough of our voices are heard, we will be the change!

The Politics Of Today, And Why The Jokeâs On US

I will preface this article by stating my political beliefs, which are that politics in our world/matrix reality are designed predominantly for the agenda of domination and control. Politicians of power countries are merely puppets of the 'Cabal', or 'Deep State' def: a body of people, typically influential members of government agencies or the military, believed to be involved in the secret manipulation or control of government policy. With these statements in mind, I'll now present an alternate political message. All I ask of you the reader is to have an open mind and to be able to suspend your disbelief for just a moment. If you're on the path of awakening, this information is essential knowledge.. You may ask, "Where is the evidence of this domination and control agenda, or of the deep state?" The answer is that once you are open to it and pay attention, there is so much evidence it can be overwhelming. So I will outline what I can in one brief article, beyond that you are welcome to embark on the learning journey and down the rabbit hole yourself. Firstly, for those of you who haven't read or participated in school studies of either George Orwell's 1984 (published 1949) or Aldous Huxley's Brave New World (published 1932), do yourselves the favour of reading one or both of these books. Both Huxley and Orwell were members of the famed 'Fabian Society', def: a British socialist organization whose purpose is to advance the principles of democratic socialism via gradualist and reformist effort in democracies, rather than by revolutionary overthrow. Basically, the Fabian Society had a powerful influence over the politics of the British Empire and internationally, as do all such societies. This is where both authors were introduced to the agenda of domination and control, or what has been referred to as the New World Order, hence their works of 'fiction' were actually depicting real plans for our world/reality by those in control. The proof is always in the pudding, so as usual rather than choosing to either immediately buy or debunk this information, why not do your own investigating? Take a look at our current global reality and make some comparisons. Then you will at least see, irrespective of your opinion, that there are many undeniable parallels. Fast forward to today, and on the premise that a globalist agenda is indeed in full swing, how might it all come together? We can only paint a picture by connecting as many dots as possible. Starting with secret societies, or what might otherwise be termed elitist membership groups, whose ongoing meetings are unquestionably producing the political policies we see being played out on an international scale. How, you might ask? By the fact that all the global power players are members/on the guest lists to these top secret meetings. On rare occasion, information from one or other of these meetings has been leaked, confirming the globalist agenda and revealing decisions that have consequently been made politically. The pyramid of power starts at the top with three corporations, known jointly as Empire of the City: Vatican City, City of London and Washington DC. It then filters down via the groups The Bilderbergers, The Trilateral Commission, The Council on Foreign Relations in the US, and their UK counterpart Chatham House/Institute of International Affairs, The Club of Rome, Skull and Bones, and the upper levels of the Freemasons. The US Bohemian Grove meetings also play a part in agenda setting, while the Tavistock Institute in London is a major medium used in influencing our reality and brainwashing the masses. By clicking on all of these hyperlinks you can better educate yourself as to who all these players really are and how they are interconnected. It is important to note that anyone who reaches a high-tier level on the global political front has been initiated into one or more of these groups and must ultimately follow their policies and agenda. Within the pyramid of power there are a select few, namely thirteen ruling families, at the very top. They have been in power through many generations, and control the modern world via the above mentioned Empire of the City. Vatican City holds the spiritual control centre, City of London the financial control centre and Washington DC the military control centre. All high-tier elected officials and politicians follow agendas dictated from above. Even in the case of opposing parties, behind the scenes they are all part of the same game and beholden to the ruling forces. Therefore it usually matters not who is 'selected' as president or prime minister, and in the event an individual decides they want to rock the political boat, they are disposed of. Case in point John F Kennedy, and his brother Robert Kennedy behind him. Martin Luther King was also gaining too much traction against the establishment and so he was killed. The modern banking system is the means used to maintain physical control. Together, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the US Federal Reserve (all private organizations) are at the top of the financial pyramid system, and all the other banks fall underneath. For a wonderful insight into the creation of the federal reserve and the sham that is the whole modern monetary system, read The Creature From Jekyll Island by D Edward Griffin. Following on, war and the drug trade both offer great means of profit, via sale of weapons, reconstruction, and sale of pharmaceutical and street drugs. Hence global wars are ongoing and promoted by those in power as being necessary. Big Pharma has taken over the US medical industry and is trying to infiltrate in as many nations as possible, while the CIA controls the international street drug trade, where billions are made. These industries pummel funds into the financial infrastructure, notably via the 'big three' institutions. And for a fantastic read that outlines how a power country pillages the rest of the world, namely developing nations, check out NY Times bestseller Confessions Of An Economic Hitman by John Perkins. The mainstream media are essentially employed as PR agents for the globalist agenda, as well summarized in this Article. Distraction allows the globalists to mind control the masses, holding their attention with many a frivolous story while important chess moves are happening behind the scenes. Celebrities are the most powerful distractors, including present day politicians. Mainstream media is used to manipulate and fabricate the so called facts. For anyone who hasn't seen the brilliant movie that summises an aspect of this so well, Wag The Dog, I highly recommend watching it! The purpose for all of this is essentially to keep people from awakening to their true power.. that as free conscious beings with unlimited creative potential, who do not need governing as they think they do. Read This. At the forefront of the 'awakening to the globalist agenda' movement for over 25 years is David Icke, with 22 books, countless articles and many hours of live/video presentations to his name. Here are two excellent such presentations of David's that connect many dots and highlight an overall picture of the globalist agenda, Mind Control And The New World Order and Agenda 21, The Plan To Kill You. Watching both will give you a good introduction into what is happening within our world/matrix reality today. At the end of the day, it is your choice to believe what you wish, but my hope is that this article will at least open your eyes to a deeper view of reality than what is presented in the mainstream. For that mainstream has been carefully engineered to brainwash you and I and all of the masses into believing the lie; that we are limited, unintelligent beings who need controlling and governance. The joke is indeed on us! Hence our reality will continue on into greater manipulation, political shenanigans, control and chaos, so long as we allow it. Or until we awaken en masse and say "Enough of the bullshit!" For an awakened population puts an immediate end to a ruling elite. Through a revolution of consciousness, the non-bloody kind, we intelligently co-create a system within a world that works for all.

The Importance Of Environment

The past month and a half as Iâve been living in the South of France and vacationing in Croatia, Iâve really absorbed the environment. As a result Iâve witnessed how itâs affected me, both physically and on an energetic level, thus reaffirming a valuable insight.. that we really are products of our environment. As I contemplate why I naturally feel better in the Mediterranean environment than I do in the US, a number of factors come into play, both physical and on an energy level. Firstly, my ancestry is from the Mediterranean, so it would be natural that my body responds well in the environment my DNA is at home in. Ancestry aside, there is something uniquely tangibly healing about the Mediterranean (and surrounding) Sea, when you swim in these very salty waters you feel an energetic cleansing happen. Itâs as if the sea is embracing you and helping you release what doesnât serve you. I have swum in oceans the world over, but none other that I feel such a strong energetic shift in. (Though Iâve yet to swim in the famous Dead Sea, which I know will be uniquely powerful!). The air is also less polluted in most coastal parts due to the predominance of smaller towns/villages rather than huge cities, the abundant nature and ever present rich ocean ions. Note I have yet to see a chem trail here, not to say they arenât being used but theyâre certainly not as obvious. Straddling the sea is the stunning Mediterranean landscape; mineral rich Rocky Mountains, lush forests, and bougainvillea lined walls and paths. A landscape that rejuvenates the soul, where a plethora of fruits and vegetables grow easily and taste better than in many other places. When I compare the flavors to those I experience with produce in the US or UK, itâs incomparable. The same can be said for dairy, poultry, eggs and bakery goods, if those are a part of your diet then you simply must indulge while here! The predominant reason for this is something Iâve covered in previous articles, the considerably lower levels of GMO infestation and heavier focus on local farming, as opposed to the US industrial farming model that is now also implemented in many other nations. It is apparent with the appearance of some of the produce in villages that heirloom seeds have been maintained and passed down though generations. What this means for our bodies is not only better taste but better nutrition. Much of the food in modern society is almost completely depleted of minerals, which is why so many of us are taking supplements just to maintain ourselves! I have found that I feel somewhat better here eating a little bread and ice cream almost daily, than I do in the US while on a strict gluten-free, processed food-free and cow dairy-free diet. Another big factor to consider here is the lifestyle. As I covered in the prior article, people donât work quite as long hours, there is a siesta break half way through the day, and they take time to enjoy activities within their environment. In August much of Europe goes on vacation, where they switch off and enjoy the moment, spending less time on their computers, tablets and phones, and much more time at the beach or in nature. Not only does this feel physically healthier but it makes people more present and better able to connect with others, something that in todayâs electronic generation feels like a lost art. While all the physical factors of environment are crucial, so is another aspect that many remain unaware of, the energetic. Not only does our physical environment have an energetic effect on us, but the energetic field (hidden from our five-sense reality) has an enormous effect on the way our physical lives play out. This hidden field holds information from the past, present and future. Being quantum, it is outside of time and space. Therefore, whatever is happening in our environment currently, what has happened prior and what will likely happen in future, is always affecting our energy and hence our bodies. For example, in an area where there has been a war or battle, the trauma will be held and we as humans will feel it, be it consciously or unconsciously, until that trauma has been energetically cleared from the area. The same can be said for a death, a crime, a catastrophic event of nature, a profound spiritual event, or a celebration of great joy and happiness. In Mediterranean Europe, not only does the physical nature hold memories and knowledge from itâs vast and ancient history, which can be felt if one tunes into the energy of the land, but so do the buildings and villages. When I spend time in some of these villages, itâs as if I stepped back in time, the nature and the buildings whisper secrets to me from long ago. I sometimes tune in to aspects of past lifetimes I have experienced here, bringing me into greater wholeness and self knowledge. I have found that the energy field here reminds me how to live more simply again, to be in the present moment, and to appreciate the vast beauty of my surroundings. My body relaxes more, hence it is able to absorb and respond to the healing energies that exist in the environment. This all occurs simply by my being open and in a frequency of curiosity and appreciation, without the need for formal meditation.. which means it is available to anyone and everyone! What we can take away from this article is that our environment, both physical and energetic, is of greatest importance to the health of our lives. Therefore if we can apply some of the lessens of the Mediterranean into our daily reality, even if theyâre a few small and simple adjustments, we will reap the benefits. On the other hand, some of us may find that itâs necessary to make greater changes in our environments, so far as moving to a new neighborhood, town, city, or even country. If that is the case, simply follow your heart or the whispers of your intuition and youâll be led to exactly the right place, where the environment is right for your body and soul.

An Alternate Viewpoint: Vegan, Meat-Eater, or Something In Between.. Does It Matter?

If you live in the Western world, unless you've had your head in a hole in recent years, you're aware of the prevalent craze for veganism. As with most popular diets, fanaticism exists on both sides of the argument, and experts have offered incredibly convincing opinions (often masked as fact) both for and against being a vegan. Today I'm going to offer an alternate viewpoint from the mainstream, in the hope that you the reader will at least open up to another stream of thought on the topic, whatever your dietary lifestyle choice may be. The first point I wish to bring up is that our current 3D reality is one based on consumption. Humans consume, animals consume and nature consumes, it's a fundamental aspect of this reality's construction. Therefore, before our souls begin human lifetimes here we have agreed to live and learn within this system. What is the importance of knowing about it, you might ask? Answer: when we understand and internalize this knowledge, our propensity for judgement of others and their choices lessens greatly. Judgement is highly prevalent in current times and forms the basis of much fanaticism, largely because people have forgotten on what premises their souls agreed to enter this reality. Often times they band together like sheeple on the tail of any new craze, be it dietary or not, that hits the mainstream. At the end of the day there is no one right way, only our own individual right way, hence judgement is a waste of time and has a more damaging effect on the self than the person/people it's directed at. So why not find ways to release it and lessen the burden on self? If it matters so greatly and affects you that your family member, friend or neighbour has decided to be vegan, pescetarian, gluten free or to eat meat, know that you're ultimately only hurting yourself. Â Â Another important point to speak of is the story put out by many new agers that veganism is the only way to eat when on the spiritual path. If we look at this statement through lenses that understand the premises of this reality, we realize it doesn't hold true. It is our sovereign right within our current reality to decide what we will consume, without being judged. When we move on to alternate realities where consumption is not part of the structure, we adjust to those laws accordingly. In response to the argument of inflicting suffering on animals; Kirlian photography, showing auras and energetics, has also illustrated the suffering of vegetables when being cut off from their life source. The real issue becomes then how we consume. Indigenous men and women over the planet and throughout the ages have killed animals for food, but in an entirely opposite way to the system that is called modern day farming. We have much to learn from these indigenous people who understand that all life is sacred. Therefore when it comes time to ingest, no matter what we are eating, if we are to honour life and absorb the most from our food, it must become a sacred practice. For a quick and easy way to adopt this, try holding your hands over your food and blessing it each time before you eat. Simply centre yourself, infuse your meal with love and thank it, or you can offer the old Hawaiian prayer of forgiveness, "Ho'oponopono". Even as you practice this small technique you'll find your relationship to food will start to change. What of the modern day factory farming and industrial agriculture that in particular dominate US food production, along with China, India and others, and affect the entire world? It's about as far from sacred food production and eating practices as you can get. Enormous pesticide focused single crop farms with heavy genetic modification create vegetables that are toxic to the organic human body and without true life force so ultimately damaging to our dna. Animal production facilities use antibiotics and hormones religiously, while raising livestock and foul in horrifically abusive circumstances, resulting in a mass output of diseased creatures that aren't close to what the healthy animal should be. The same can be said for many fish farming operations. All created to support a culture of excess, big scale production at lowered financial costs. But in reality the cost is extremely high - destruction of the soil, the heirloom plants, the animals, and excessive polluting of our environment with toxic waste. All of these elements ultimately lead to more sick and diseased humans, regardless if they're vegan, vegetarian, pesceterian or meat eaters. Sustainable Agriculture, on the other hand, uses farming techniques that protect the environment, human communities and animal welfare. In response to the argument by the GMO/industrial agriculture promoters that sustainable agriculture cannot produce enough to feed the entire planet, experts in the sustainable farming world are resoundingly in disagreement with this! It's rather an argument made by those who wish to control the food supply, not whose wish is to see a healthy environment, animals, and ultimately humans. Within all of this toxic food supply and food fanaticism madness, if we're not following what the mainstream, touted experts, or others tell us is right, how do we discover what is our right food? If you have a specific health condition or allergy that requires you to avoid certain foods, or follow a particular diet, then by all means listen to that. Health conditions aside, the simple but not so easy answer is to go within. Yes, intuition is ultimately the only true guide. For when we foster a relationship with our inner or higher selves, we find our real truth, and from this place we lovingly discover what our bodies should be ingesting, which is unique for each of us. By aligning with our inner selves or intuition, we call in the right teachers/ teachings, doctors and/or practitioners to work with and be guided by. We're also innately drawn to foods that represent a healthier or higher frequency. Foods that are grown/raised naturally and with love, such as organic, non-GMO fruits and vegetables, holistic sustainable agriculture and sustainably caught wild fish and seafood. Whether you decide it's best to be vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, poultry or meat eating, gluten free, grain free, dairy free, or anything in between, you will decide it in truth and in self love. Ultimately, this is the only way decisions should be made, we just need to remember.

Maintaining A Healthy Outlook And Position In The Financial World Of Today

Bringing up the topic of finances is cringeworthy to many, and with good reason. Our world has reached the pinnacle of insanity with regard to the area of money and finance, the level of control it garners is second to none. Money is seen as the ultimate measure of power and excess, wealth is in the hands of the few and corruption is the bottom line. However, this could all be changed in an instant, for it is only our beliefs holding the system in place this way. It's my personal belief that in the coming years we'll start moving into a world without money, but until that day comes why not shift our perspectives about money and finance and utilise it in a healthy way? After all, the true definition of money is simply a medium of exchange, which breaks down to a form of energy. The first part of this article will cover the energetic aspects while later we'll delve into the practical. To have a healthy relationship with money and finances, firstly our brain has to be wired to allow it. This translates to how we direct energy towards the subject and whether we are in flow or blocked. There are some people that grow up with an entirely healthy relationship to money, but because of the negative programming that exists in our collective consciousness around the topic, many of us require re-wiring of our neural synapses. To further explain, there exists a collective consciousness within our reality that combines the personal consciousnesses of all 7+ billion people on the planet. This collective has an impact on our individual consciousness, whether we know it or not. Within it there are certain overpowering messages that can infiltrate to the subconscious parts of our minds and take hold, creating certain patterns that play out in our lives. I could go much deeper with this, but for the purpose of today's message will leave it here. With respect to money, for many the pattern has become one of stress and scarcity. This all might sound a little complicated, but don't worry it's simply a matter of reprogramming the subconscious mind. There are some professional tools you can call upon to help you such as EFT, NLP, or NeuroGym by John Assaraf, via either working with a practitioner in sessions or learning the techniques yourself. As with any practice it requires a certain level of commitment, unfortunately there's no one time fix all. Another of my personal favourite tools (that I've referred to before) are the teachings of Abraham Hicks, just click the link to find a ton of free youtube audio/videos. Listen to these on a daily basis and you'll trigger that habit of brain rewiring. There are also the recommended infamous study books The Master Key, Think And Grow Rich and Rich Dad Poor Dad that offer practices you can apply to reprogram yourself. Once you've begun taking care of the energetics, there are some practical financial tools you can apply (if you haven't already) to create and maintain a healthy position financially. I'll defer to some of the books and sites I've found were of value, teachings that you can apply today to take care of your assets and build your financial legacy. Tony Robbins Money Master The Game, while an exceedingly long read, has many invaluable tools and teaches the full scope of introductory personal financial planning in a well rounded way. Dr David Efrig Jr also has some excellent books that will assist in your financial education and legacy planning. Additionally he writes for Stansbury Research, who offer many wonderful resources, including some newsletters you can join for free. If you're in the cryptocurrency investment world and needing some guidance, the two advisors I recommend following are James Altucher with the Altucher Report and Stansbury Research's Tama Churchouse. Rich Dad Poor Dad's Mike Maloney has a great Gold/Silver and currency site where he also offers his own video blog shows. Slightly off topic, I can't recommend Mike Dillard's information enough, he started in the area of finance and wealth building education but moved on to entrepreneurship and business building. The Importance Of Environmental Cleanliness And How To Lessen Your Chemical Burden, Part II

In last month's article we established that no matter your beliefs about the what, how or why, there is no doubt we currently live in a toxic environment. We offered insights and ways to eat healthier food, use cleaner personal care and household products, and be mindful of your clothing. Today we'll continue this topic by delving further into the household, building and environmental aspects. Kitchen :: It's amazing to discover how many toxins and contaminants can be found in the average household environment. In the kitchen alone, we want to be cognizant of what we're cooking and storing our food in. For pots and pans, avoid Teflon and any other chemical non-stick coatings. Teflon is made using PFOA which is a likely human carcinogen. When heated, all of the non-stick cookware emit fumes that can kill birds, so you don't want to imagine what those fumes are doing to your insides. Be careful with aluminium, when used for cooking it can seep measurable amounts into food. Aluminium has been linked to brain disorders and behavioural abnormalities. The safest options for cookware and bakeware are ceramic (for example X-trema), cast iron, stoneware, and if you can afford it, Le Creuset, glass, and high quality grade stainless steel. Use wooden, bamboo or stainless steel cooking utensils, and avoid plastic like the plague. When it comes to food storage, again avoid plastics that leach BPA's and other toxic chemicals into the food. Instead opt for glass, stainless steel, food grade silicone, or check out New Zealand company Sistema that offer a range of BPA and Phthalate free plastic containers all over the world. I've spoken about this in past articles, but find a high quality water filtration system to filter your tap water for drinking and cooking. I personally use Structured Water for many reasons, but there are a number of different systems available. I'm also a fan of Crystal Quest and New Wave Enviro here in the US as basic water filtration systems. Avoid Brita filters, unless you're using an additional filtration or structuring device along with. The reason being, although they're popular due to good marketing, they filter a very limited amount of particulate and many of the toxins remain in the water. Bed/Bath :: Of equal importance to clean filtered drinking water is clean filtered bath and shower water. The skin is the body's largest organ and we absorb the most water while in the bath or shower. Almost all manufacturers of water filtration systems will offer a shower filter option, usually at a fairly inexpensive price, so highly worth the purchase. Also if you live in a city or urbanized area, I recommend putting an air filter in your bedroom at least. As this is the place we spend many hours sleeping and resting, it's important to have clean high quality air to breathe. I use Germ Guardian and recommend it. Or consider adding certain Indoor Plants that remove toxins in your home. If you live in the country, by the sea or in a town where the air quality is good, you could simply leave your windows wide open during the day and let the clean air circulate. Bedding is another hugely important aspect to consider. If you can afford to get an organic mattress, this is ideal. Or for cheaper options try an organic Bamboo, natural Latex, or Wool mattress topper. Organic cotton Mattress Protectors are a great addition to protect from dust and mite allergens. Avoid going tempur-pedic, believe it or not these are some of the most highly toxic mattresses produced. Pillows should also be made of natural fibres such as organic cotton, natural latex, natural kapok, natural lambswool or organic buckwheat. Where possible, buy organic or natural fibre sheets and duvet covers. If you spend a lot of time on your couch or in your living room, it's also important to consider less toxic Furnishings, that don't use flame retardant. Building :: Materials used in building houses and apartments can also be toxic, especially in those built over the last few decades of the 21st century. Without knowing it you may be living in an environment laced with asbestos, arsenic, lead, formaldehyde, or PFOA's to name a few. If you're a renter, check with your landlord to find out when the property was built and what materials were used. Research to find out which are most hazardous. Using air filtration and household plants helps, but if your building is particularly toxic you might want to consider moving. If you're a property owner or potential owner, have a thorough knowledge of what materials were used in the building process. Renovations using more eco and non toxic materials are a great option, or if you're building new there are now many wonderful Non-Toxic Housing and Housing Materials information sites available. There are also many sustainable eco home builders available worldwide, that incorporate use of solar and wind energy, proper recycling systems and lowering the overall carbon footprint.
Smart Meters :: Utility companies around the world are replacing electric, gas and water analog meters with pulsed radiation smart meter networks, which are unfortunately costing us money, our privacy and our health. If you have a smart meter on your house or apartment building, know that it has been installed without informed consent, without full disclosure of how they work or what they can do with the personal data they collect. Privacy issues aside, the health risks alone of pulsed radiation are serious, including tinnitus, memory loss, seizures, damage to the nervous and immune systems, increased cancer risk and more.. How to combat this? Firstly, Reduce your EMF's as much as possible, I also swear by using Vibes Up EMF balancing products. Shungite is stated to be the most powerful stone in the world, noted for amongst other things it's ability to balance out the effects of radiation. Spending time in nature and walking on the earth is a powerfully healing exercise. If your current home has a smart meter, you can additionally take action and find out how to Opt Out and return to analog measuring.

To say that we live in a chemically burdened environment at this time is a bit of an understatement. No matter your beliefs about whether such occurrences as chemtrails and biochemical warfare are real or not, there is no denying that dangerous chemicals and heavy metals are being readily used and occurring as byproduct in all manner of consumer products, including food. Our air is polluted, the fish in our oceans dying and the soil devoid of most of the powerful minerals it once contained. So many of our foods, personal care, household, and environmental products and services are causing our bodies harm, most often without us even being aware of it. The question as to what we can do about it might seem too overwhelming to contemplate, but believe me by making just a few adjustments you can lessen your toxic burden exponentially and improve the quality of your life. Food :: I've written about this topic at length in prior articles, but as a reminder if you live in the western world (and especially the US), buy organic/biodynamic/non-GMO and locally grown where possible. If available to you, shop at a local farmer's market for your weekly produce and the quality of what you're getting will immediately improve. Ask the local farmer whether or not they use pesticides, and what their growing practices are. In turn, you'll also be supporting local farmers and growers rather than toxic big agriculture, which ultimately leads to a true model of sustainability. If growing your own garden is an option, it's an amazing and healing practice. Try to cook at home at least a few times per week and if you have to eat out regularly, choose more conscious restaurants that utilize organic and local produce and farming. Lastly, avoid or greatly limit your intake of processed foods and sugars. This requires a little more work than days past, as so many products fakely labeled 'all natural' and with 'natural additives' are in fact filled with all manner of harmful and processed substances. A good rule of thumb is to eat as many foods as close to their source as possible, and when you do have to buy something processed, for example bread, find the highest quality product with the least ingredients, making sure you understand what those ingredients are. Invest in a good quality water filter or spring water supplier, along with a clean non-BPA water bottle. I've also covered this subject before, so all I'll share right now is this link on where I buy my amazing water bottles: Vibes Up. Personal Care :: Much of the personal care industry create and advocate the use of products laden with chemicals, but thankfully we now also have a plethora of quality 'cleaner' alternatives. And if for some reason you can't find anything in your local stores, luckily in the modern world we have internet. For those who are US based, Environmental Working Group has an excellent resource you can check companies with: Skindeep. Basically you're looking for products with less ingredients, while avoiding the parabens, sulphates, mineral oils, and other nasties.. Some of my personal favourite companies are.. Aveda for haircare, Caudalie for face/body products, Shea Moisture or Nubian for moisturiser, JÄsön for toothpaste/oral care, and Miracle Soap. The best deodorant I've ever had comes from the same company I get my water bottles: Vibes Up. Ladies, feminine hygiene products are some of the most important to pay attention to, especially tampons! Check out Naturacare. Also for the ladies (and those guys who like a little make up), switching to mineral make up could save you a lot of future health problems, my favourite go to's are Tarte, RMS, and Perfekt Beauty, but with both bodycare and make up there are a number of good companies out there so experiment and find what works for you. Lastly, if you wear perfume, pay attention as so many brands, even the very expensive, use toxins and chemicals to create scents. Look for companies that use mostly or all essential oils, or opt to wear essential oils in place of fragrance. Another option if you can't get away from your favourite scent and it isn't one of the good ones, is to limit your use and avoid daily exposure. Household Products :: We face the same situation as with personal care, but equally there are now quality 'cleaner' alternatives, no pun intended. Here are just a few companies in the US making great products.. Seventh Generation, Mrs Meyers, Ecover, Better Life, Method. Also importantly, Bleach is a poison and contrary to mainstream opinion, you don't need to use it in your home, there are alternatives. White vinegar cleans very powerfully (also great on mirrors and windows), as do hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and citric acid. Most natural cleaning product companies also make laundry detergent, but for a homemade combination that I can attest works incredibly well, try the recipe of half Borax, half Diatomaceous Earth, and a few drops of your favourite anti microbial essential oil, eg lemon, lemongrass, tea tree, lavender, eucalyptus, or Young Living thieves blend.
Clothes :: Are more often than not treated with chemicals during and after manufacture. A rule of thumb should be every time you buy a new clothing item, wash it before wearing. Where possible, try to buy clothes made with organic and natural fibers such as cotton, hemp and silk. Though in today's market synthetics make up the majority of fabrics used, so understandably this option is more difficult. It's also important to source a local green dry cleaner that uses a non toxic method of cleaning.
Try making a few of these changes in your life and don't be surprised if you start feeling better. Even if you start with just one or two areas it will make a difference, and you can build from there.. Understanding The Spiritual Purpose Beneath Chaotic Current Times

Do you wake up in the morning, read or watch the news or social media and wonder how we ever got to this place and what the hell is going on?! Do you long to revert back to an era from the past when the world seemed more innocent? Or simply escape by beaming out of this reality? If so, you're not alone. But the fact that there are record numbers of bombs being dropped, mass shootings, divorces, nervous breakdowns, people addicted to drugs/pharmaceuticals, cancer cases, and extreme weather patterns, to name a few chaotic responses, is not by random accident. Many older and ancient spiritual texts highlight our current era as being a time of great shift, a change of ages. For example, the Mayan calendar which dates back to at least the 5th Century BCE, counts cycles of creation and heralded December 21, 2012 (and beyond) as the beginning of a great new cycle. What that great new cycle involves or how exactly it plays out has been debated by many spiritualists, religious groups, new agers and wisdom teachers alike. But the essential agreed upon element is that earth is ending her cycle with 3D form and shedding the matrix overlay that is current day reality. It is the time of completion, where every experience is brought to true light and becomes a part of the loving whole, as earth and those who wish to join her return 'home' to unconditional love. In my opinion not everyone will join in this journey home, as some have an alternate purpose, but we all have the option to choose. If you truthfully ask your soul, it will reveal the path you came here to take. In order for this completion to happen, everything that has been hiding in the darkness must be brought up to the surface and accepted before it is released. Imagine stirring a giant pot of stew that has been left on the stove for a very long time and all the rot that would come to the surface..? This is why we're seeing so much craziness in our world right now. While I know this doesn't take away from the ugliness, understanding it in this context can certainly help us come to peace with it. There is an additional aspect to this story I need to share, the one of actively loving yourself, mother earth, and the world through this journey, and the effect that will have on your life. You've no doubt heard some variation of the phrase 'love heals all' before. In truth, unconditional love is the building block of this universe and it actually does heal all. There is a way to apply this knowledge to your daily life, in specific relation to the chaos that is unfolding. All it involves is a little time and the discipline to focus. You can do this at an allocated time of the day when you can be alone, or if you have the luxury of being alone and somewhere you won't be bothered at a time when something has triggered you, practice it immediately upon being triggered. Basically what you need to do is bring up the feelings that a specific event(s) are making you feel, either within your personal life or the world at large. The first instinct will be to want to repress these feelings, but DO NOT. Instead allow how this makes you feel to flow through you, no matter how uncomfortable it may feel. Then start sending pure love from your heart centre to surround it. Practice saying "I love and accept this pain, anger, or .......", "I love and accept myself through this" or "I love and accept the world through this". Do this for just a few minutes, or as long as it takes you to release some of the pent up energy and feel better. But even starting with 10 or 20 minutes a day of practicing unconditional love will bring changes to your life. What actual effect does this practice have on us, and in relation to current times? Namely, it allows whatever deep rooted issues are held in our psyche (often even unconsciously) to come to the surface, and when they are completely loved and accepted, they can be forever released. We're so powerful that we can do this not only on an individual level, but also planetarily. Thereby we aid the current evolutionary paradigm shift while also helping earth in her journey back to wholeness, as she in turn helps us. And believe me, if you sit and tune in to mother earth for a few minutes, you will actually feel the being that she is and the love that she emanates.
Note, this is not something that happens overnight! Although there can be special cases of instantaneous transformation, this process is usually just that, a process. But if you start practicing regularly I promise you, you'll notice a shift in your life and in the world around you. You may notice issues from the past that bothered you greatly either don't bother you as much or even disappear; you will be able to separate yourself from the global consciousness and not be triggered in as traumatic a way; drama will start to dissipate from your life; you will feel so much more peaceful and have greater reserves of energy. This focus on love will also bring more and more love into your life, and you might start to feel like you live in an alternate reality to some people.
Whatever happens, it's all for the greater good. As more and more people start practicing this way we will literally begin to shift reality, as is already being witnessed in certain pockets. Such is the power of human consciousness. Which takes me back to the quote pictured at top of this article. What I've often said about these times is that we're leading into a revolution. Not the type of bloody revolution synonymous with our history and ingrained in our collective memory, but a new kind of revolution. Yes, "The real revolution is the evolution of consciousness." Â

Arming Yourself for Emotional and Spiritual Health in Todayâs Environment

So many people out there believe health is only concerned with the physical body and environment, likely because modern medicine has promulgated the idea since Descartes' theory of body/spirit separation was adopted as law in this field. But it is not the truth. As recognized by most ancient cultures, whole body health must incorporate the physical, environmental, emotional, mental and spiritual, because each of these aspects form a part of our whole body system. Furthermore, whether we're aware of it or not, we cannot find balance in our lives until we practice self care in each of these aspects. In last month's article I talked about the physical and environmental aspects, this month continues with the emotional/mental and spiritual. They are all interconnected so each one affects the others. There are so many options available in caring for these aspects of ourselves that it might seem overwhelming, but all you really need to do is find the practice and/or practitioners that work for you. And even 20 minutes a day can go a long way. If your excuse is that you're too busy and can't find the time, just change that perspective and make time. Sooner or later you'll realize your health depends on it. Â Here are some tools and practices you can use to maintain your emotional/mental health:
Practice actively loving yourself. This comes first and foremost, before applying any other tool or practice. Simply sit with your hands on your heart for a few minutes a day and tell yourself you fully love and accept all parts of you. Watch the shift that happens.
Focus on deepening your connections with people. Heart centred relationships are very healing on a soul level.
Spend time in nature, and with animals where possible. Both will ground you and especially if something stressful or negative is happening in your life, this will shift your perspective.

Hire a coach or mentor to help you with your life goals and keep you accountable.
If you feel you could use therapy, I recommend working with a therapist who incorporates spiritual healing, rather then solely talk therapy. The reason being that while talk therapy certainly helps, it cannot heal the root of your problems as spiritual healing can.
Some tools and practices for maintaining your spiritual health:
Meditate! Daily is ideal. It's been said before, but meditation has so many positive effects on your body and soul, including reduction of stress, depression, anxiety and fear, and an increased sense of peace, love and joy. If you really don't do well with seated meditations, try active options such as a brisk walk in nature, yoga, tai chi/chi gong or swimming.
Brain Entrainment Meditation - this falls under meditation, but is special enough to deserve it's own mention. These meditations send mostly inaudible binaural beats to the left and right hemispheres of the brain, which actually alter the brainwaves and cause a shift in responses. Take moments of stillness and connect with your higher self/inner wisdom/energy source, or however you prefer to call the all knowing part of yourself. Start building your trust in inner guidance, your intuition, for this is where all truth lies and where all best decisions are made from.
Participate in spiritual healing, be it working with a practitioner or learning a healing practice for yourself. There are so many healing methodologies available, a good starting point is Reiki but if you really want to be propelled, try one of the various forms of Quantum healing.

Alternatively, research your local area for groups and try out a few. Consciousness expos and festivals can also be a wonderful experience. Â
Try even a couple of these suggestions and watch the shifts that begin to happen in your life. You will feel more vibrant yet simultaneously peaceful, radiate better energy, look better (yes, it's true!), and ultimately lead a more fulfilled life.

Arming Yourself for Physical Health in Todayâs Environment

"There is nothing more important than your health." We've all heard this statement a few times before, but for those of us who have had health problems in our lives, it resonates on a more profound level. When you're dealing with an illness or imbalance in your body not only can it suck a lot of your vital physical energy, but it also has a deeper effect emotionally, and can diminish all other areas of your life. In truth, not having your health means you cannot enjoy life to the fullest or live as your best self. We live in an era where environmental pollution is heavy, toxins are being blasted into our atmosphere in more ways than we can count. From geo engineering/weather manipulation and it's effects, case in point the recent geo storms in Texas and Puerto Rico and the fires in California, Spain and Portugal; to chemtrails blazing the skies; fluoride and heavy metal laden public water supplies; genetically modified, processed, sugar and chemical laden 'fake' food; toxic personal care and household products; volatile organic compounds, indoor and outdoor; EMF bombardment (from the electronic soup we swim in); excessive radiation; and for those who are taking medications, toxicity at the hands of Big Pharma. All of these factors combined can quickly push the body toward imbalance and illness, so we must become health warriors, arming ourselves with the right weapons to maintain physical health! The wonderful thing about the human body is that it's a super computer, one that is very responsive to the right fuel and a healthy environment. First and foremost we need to be communing with mother earth. How much time do you spend in nature? Walking barefoot on land, sitting on a beach, taking ocean, river or lake swims, hiking nature trails, and gardening or even sitting in a garden are all ways to achieve this. The healing energy of mother earth is your number one defense against all stress, imbalance, and energetic attacks. Earth energy also completely balances out harmful EMF's. Start with just an hour or two a week and you'll immediately notice the difference. Ideally you should spend a little time daily in nature, but if circumstances don't allow then minimum once weekly for a few hours. Second to that I'm going to offer some basic tools and tips that you can implement to fuel your body properly and create a healthier living environment:
Air: is paramount. Outdoor air pollution notwithstanding, the amount of indoor air pollution sources might surprise you. Combat these by using a high quality air filtration system, one that offers true hepa along with uv lamp, making sure you put in the right unit for room size. I use the Germ Guardian 3 in 1, which is relatively inexpensive but works really well. Water: second to air. Anyone who uses public water supply in their home must invest in a water filtration unit or system, plain and simple. As highlighted below in my pick of the month, I use Structured Water units, both for drinking water and for bath/shower, of equal importance as we absorb most water through the pores in our skin. If you're currently only using a Brita or the like, you aren't doing yourself any favours, so if you require further recommendations please contact me and I'll be happy to share more about structured water or offer additional suggestions.
Food: fuel. I've said it before and I'll say it again, avoid or heavily limit your intake of GMO's and processed 'fake' food. Eat organic and/or biodynamic as much as possible, vegetables and fruits, nuts and seeds, the right grains (if suitable for your body), and for meat-eaters, organic grass fed/free range animals and eggs, along with sustainably wild caught fish. I find a good rule to follow is the 80:20, eat 80% whole foods closest to their source or minimally processed. Of course allow yourself a treat or binge sometimes too!
Supplements: it is of paramount importance you understand the concept of 'bio-individuality'Â as I wrote about in a previous article. Source the highest quality supplements based on what your body truly calls for, not what you think might be good, or what is currently being hyped. Many over the counter supplements are not of the best quality and therefore not absorbed by your body. I recommend working with a functional medicine practitioner to find the right program and products.
Personal care, make up and household products: often people don't realize how much of an impact our daily personal care and household products have on our health. If you haven't already, switch to the non-toxic versions. Exit the Negative Thinking Cycle, Into More Peace and Joy

How many times a day do you find yourself in a pattern of negative thought? Be it ruminating on a bad past experience, reacting and re-reacting to someone who p#sses you off, or stressing out about the future? Human beings spend a great deal of time focused on the negative, largely due to the programming that exists in our vibrational reality. While most of this programming has been created on purpose, it is only the sleeping population that allows it's continuation as such. Thoughts + Feelings = Vibration. Negative vibrational cycles, once started tend to snowball and can be difficult to stop. Not only are they detrimental to the neural pathways in our brains, but also affect our physicality, causing faster aging. Longer term effects include potential disease and even DNA damage. In The Telomere Effect: A Revolutionary Approach to Living Younger, Healthier, Longer, researchers Elizabeth Blackburn and Elissa Epel identify several thought patterns that contribute to aging â cynical hostility, rumination, pessimism, thought suppression and mind-wandering. How can we extract ourselves, when everything in our reality seems geared to keeping us stuck in these cycles? After all, it's habitual and logical to blame outside circumstances for 'making us' react a certain way. But what if the key lies within us rather than in the outside world? What if we can shift our thoughts and feelings and ultimately affect the way our lives play out? Generally we can't control things that happen in our lives, but we can control the way we think and feel about them, and as a result affect the direction our lives will flow in. How so? The first step involves paying attention to your vibration, by being the witness. As you focus on your thoughts and feelings you will begin to realize most of what you worry about is completely out of your control, and how easy it is for your mind to spiral out of control. As you witness negative thoughts and feelings, the second step is to lovingly start to flip them into a neutral or positive equal. Realizing it's all just your mind and it can be reprogrammed is key here. For example, you have a recurring thought "I'm never going to get to the place in my career that I want. It just isn't flowing for me and I can't see a way to turn it around." You can neutralize that thought by changing it to "I'm doing the best I can with what I have right now. I'm waiting and preparing for a new opportunity to come my way." Or flip it completely to positive "I'm in exactly the right place with my career for the best opportunity to happen to me. All I need to do is wait for the signs and then take focused action. I'm open to magic happening today!" Little by little as you start to undo and neutralize the negative, with love, you will start to witness your brain's neural pathways reprogramming. By the way, this is a scientifically proven fact. It's been said enough times before, but discipline and focus are key. This is not a one time effort, you must be able to commit to a practice and daily is ideal. Our thoughts and feelings are stubborn and training them is a work in progress, but apply yourself and you'll really notice the changes. You'll respond differently to stressful situations, be less affected by emotions, generally see more reason, and definitely feel more peace and joy. But the icing on the cake is that this work brings about real time shifts in our physical reality. Life will start to flow more easily, you'll find positive outcomes to situations that in the past might have been negative, and things will simply work out a lot more often. It may feel a little like magic, but it's really just the magic of being in the flow. Â I've spoken about the work of Abraham Hicks before, but they warrant another mention. Abraham are master teachers of the law of attraction, manifestation, and living in the flow or what they call the vortex. Immerse yourself in their books or listen to the hundreds of available YouTube videos on their work, and you'll kick start the process of changing your vibration in the greatest of ways. When we make a choice as a daily practice to live in more positivity, to find gratitude for all of the good in our lives (even when it seems life is giving us a rough ride) we can alter the way our lives play out remarkably. To the point where the seemingly impossible can become possible. Imagine the world we would have if everyone decided to take control of their vibration, even for just a few minutes daily? The amount of suffering that would be eased?! Can you commit to being a part of the change, even if all you can offer is 5 minutes a day?

The Paramount Importance Of Bio-Individuality

Bio-individuality means âThere's no one-size-fits-all diet â each person is a unique individual with highly individualized nutritional requirements. Personal differences in anatomy, metabolism, body composition and cell structure all influence your overall health and the foods that make you feel your best." I'm going to take that definition one step further and apply it to all areas of life, not simply diet and nutrition. "Personal differences in soul anatomy, emotional and mental composition, history, environment and direction all influence the choices you need to make to live your truth and be your best self." We live in a society today that champions hype filled fads, the mentality of what's right for one is right for all, and the culture of following something or someone rather than listening to yourself. Don't believe what I'm saying? Just take a look at how many people are becoming for example vegan or gluten free or low carb/no carb, without having a real idea of what these lifestyle choices actually mean, much less why they chose it. They're simply following a fad or listening to hyped up information displayed in the media. Or in the area of branding, how many people buy major brands such as Apple iPhone, Nike sneakers, Victoria's Secret lingerie, or even Mercedes Benz cars, because they have been sold by highly sophisticated marketing campaigns. Not to say these products are not of high quality, but each have competing brands that are of equal quality. It is marketing that created the staggering popularity, because those behind such marketing campaigns realized a key weakness within the human population, the sheeple factor. Make a product or service represent such desirability that with it a person subconsciously feels they have 'arrived' or are 'with the best', and without it they may feel 'less than' or that they are 'missing out on having their best life'. I've shown above how the culture of mass persuasion works on a basic level. One only has to do the research and look at modern society to realize how deep the rabbit hole can go.. How could this be harmful, you might ask? With respect to health and well being, in innumerable ways. I've personally had a myriad of these experiences in the past! I followed dietary plans and protocols and tried products that were sworn by experts to be the answer for the problem I was facing, only to find that not only did they not help me, but they hindered my healing or made me sicker. It took me years to finally realize the truth to the statement 'one man's food is another man's poison'. If a so called expert makes a claim that a certain product or lifestyle choice is right for everyone, don't believe them! For example, Veganism is the absolute right answer for some people, but can do much damage to the health of others. Again, I can personally attest to this. When I tried a couple of weeks as strictly vegetarian my body suffered, not simply because I enjoy eating some meat but because my blood type is O positive (who require meat and fish in their diet). I also come from a Mediterranean background, and this coupled with some other factors reveals the obvious choice for me. Yes, it is healthy to eat meat and fish consciously, if that is the right choice for your body. By consciously I mean lesser quantities of wild caught fish and meat that was farmed humanely and organically. There are biodynamic farming practices that are holistic for the environment and would actually end the problems we face in our world caused by the US created gluttonous and toxic 'factory farming' model. The principle of bio-individuality applies not just to diet but to all areas of our lives. No two people function identically, therefore if we are to live in our truth and be our best selves, we can't expect to follow some generic 'other person's path' and have success. It just won't work. Or it may work for a little while but will ultimately create problems, causing us to feel unhappy and dissatisfied. So how do we find our own path and what is uniquely right for us? By developing and honing the intuition. Intuition: the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning. Intuition will lead us to exactly our right path, as long as we listen to it. The easiest way to describe intuition is when you get that hunch in your gut about something, without knowing why, you just feel it's right. That is what you need to follow, against all odds. If you're unsure what that hunch is or how to find it, the best thing you can do for yourself is to take at least 20 minutes a day to be still and meditate. Ideally more is better, but just 10 minutes in the morning and 10 at night is a good enough start. If you have trouble sitting still, take an active meditation in the form of a walk in nature, a swim, or an activity in solitude that brings you peace. Imagine you are asking that all knowing part of yourself, or the universe, or whatever you wish to perceive it as, the questions you need answers to. Ask with true sincerity, and ask for the answers to come in a way that are easily visible and understandable to you. Then simply wait for the answers and trust what you receive. They may come in a myriad of ways, an idea or insight, something someone suggests to you, in the media or even on a street sign. By practicing this on a daily basis, little by little you will develop the muscle of intuition, which will ultimately lead you to making the right choices for you, always. You will find you become stronger in yourself and are less influenced by what society or marketing tries to sell you. This is the path to bio-individuality and the true path to happiness and success.
