Hi everyone!  This is something I’ve been wanting to do for a lonnnnnng time, but I never got around to finishing.  But here it is, finally!  This set includes everything you need to make a zoo in the game- animals, decorations and even a lot, in case you don’t want to make your own zoo from scratch ;)

Sim Zoo & Aquarium Lot- A renovation of vpmh87’s zoo lot (check out their original/CC-free version on the Gallery)!  50x50 lot, works as a museum, so Sims will come and look at all the animals.  Comes decorated with plenty of animals and sea creatures. The lot uses Outdoor Retreat (I at least recommend having this pack if nothing else), Get to Work, Spa Day and Dine Out (just one sign).

All meshes are included and everything is base game compatible unless otherwise noted.  The animals are all pretty low poly (most are around 400-500 vertices/polygons), which means you don’t have to worry about your game having lagging issues with a lot full of them. I play tested my lot and the game ran smoothly with the amount of animals and CC I had in it :)

If you’re looking for more decorative animals, check out @sssvitlans tag :)  I might add more decorative animals if/when more models are ripped from Zoo Tycoon 2.

Part 2 of my deco sims for your restaurants! Part 1 here. Some objects they’re holding are made by me, some are from debug mode.

Deco Sims Mania: BGC sim objects by thesimsblues

You know what’s the most anxiety-ridden part of sim storytelling? Setting up scenes in public places where a ton of sims need to be in the background. The hassle of getting a lot set up, figuring out poses, getting those sims lined up–too much. Gah. But no longer! @neutralsupply provided this tutorial on how to create deco sims, and the heavens parted, and angels sung from on high. My life was forever changed for the better, so thanks go to her! What I present to you is a collection of 16 deco sims objects I’ve made over the last year. These folks are very high poly and range from 2kb to 8kb files in order to preserve the quality of the textures and mesh shapes. Each deco has at least three recolors: one with dark skin, one with medium, and one with light. Here’s my favorite part: because these deco sims are objects, I added slots to them! As you can see in the last image above, the sitting sims in this collection are slotted to hold deco in their laps. I’ve put in one large slot, one medium, and three small to provide options. Celebration pack

Are you ready for a celebration? Perhaps a wedding? Or a birthday? Or did your city just win the right to host the world’s most expensive celebration of sports? Whatever reason, this pack is for you.

This pack comes with six parts; A crowd waving flags, a pink long coat and three flowers with an accompanying posepack. 

The crowd comes in 21 swatches, 7 swatches for the flags and 3 swatches for the sims. It’s found in the sculpture category.

The flowers are three different files and can be found under the plant category. They cost 40§ and need bb.moveobjects on to work.

Mourning pack

Some things are bad, and they can really make you sad. To express this sadness, gather with some other mourners with this mourning pack. Not the funniest project I ever worked on, but I hope you all will find it useful.

This download comes in three parts, a black-clad decor crowd and poses for mourning which I split up in two because I am tired of having to scroll so much while posing my sims.

Everything is basegame compatible.

Deco sims: Cafe staff (6 decosims + 11 cafe deco items)

In addition to the deco sims I wasn’t supposed to make, I created some cafe clutter as well. Well, can’t really say created because they are just Maxis meshes with more or less original textures. More about the clutter under the cut!

"meowtastic!" Deco Cat Pack

9 deco cats featuring poses by @brokensims-ts4 (deactivated) and @meghewlett

They are appropriately labelled in build/buy as to where they go, who created the poses, etc. They are "statues" and cost §0. Appropriate bumps and specs. Make sure to turn your ssao off in your graphics.rules file. (Here is a tutorial on how to do that!)
