It's genuinely amazing how Ellis actually had a helluva lot more care in making sure that his goat fucking jokes survived the numerous rewrites that the original movie project that eventually became S1 went through, than making sure he was writing something coherent to the source material. It's not even a joke nor an exaggeration, his own blog posts since 2007 show as much

It's okay. He knew that fans would simply bleat "the games have always been inconsistent" so he focused on the things that truly mattered: his own quirks and kinks :)

Man, writing videogame adaptations sounds like the dream. You can be uncaring or actively spiteful and you'll be celebrated for your genius and for fixing the stupid source materials. Fanfic writers who care about canon are such dumbasses!

Blue Comets In A Night Sky:An amnesic earth pony befriends Twilight Sparkle, as his memory returns during the FiM arc, will she accept his past or reject him for who he is? Soon to contain a Love Triangle!

Winds Of Magic:This is a story of a Blue haired individual and a Lavender pony as they both fall for each other and show their feeling despite their different natures and species, but that will not stop them from getting together. This is a series of one-shots with Sonic the Hedgehog and Twilight Sparkle.

The Blue Blur And The Lavender Magician:Sonic, a boy who's life is always hectic on his adventures while he's on his runs he comes across a purple haired girl named Twilight Sparkle who gets sent to Sonic's world from a failed spell she did. Together these two polar opposites will go together and both might end up getting more closer than apart.

The Blue Wind And The Purple Rose:It's been a year since Sonic and gang have been to Equestria, everything is peaceful until a familiar enemy from Equestria starts attacking both worlds and if that wasn't enough another foe joins the fray, will Sonic and Twilight's or anyone else's relationship with each other survive in this struggle to keep both worlds safe? Sequel to The Blue Blur and the Lavender Magician.

Hedgehogs, WIndwalkers And Wizards:After a fierce battle with Eggman, Sonic and his team are sent flying across the multiverse to a world where different types of humans, all with different powers and ear-styles... And the team has transformed into them as well! This can only spell disaster.

The Legacy Of Order:After beginning peace between Mobius and Equestria (with the exception of Mordred and what's left of the Eggman Empire), Sonic and his knights, as well as their friends from Equestria, must be sure to make it last while they fulfill the prophecy… beginning with attending to royal love, and then finding ancient relics.

Friendship Is Fate:In Mobius, the heroes struggled to fight a newly and powerful foe. They ended up to a conclusion where they have no hope of winning. The trio escaped the chaos and ended up on a different world. Will they gain allies and more deeply than allies or make more foes? and will they save Mobius from the hands of evil? All in that in is the story...

You know the sorta friendship Roger Craig Smith and Tara Strong have made me think that Sonic and Twilight would share a common interest...in voice acting.

Like, they don't even find out until they attempt it together and go "Huh, that's kinda fun" and they keep doing in their spare time. Maybe they even make a shared YouTube Channel for it (or well once a YouTube Channel for Sonic's world cause I doubt Equestria has anything like that).

I just like the idea of those two having a YouTube channel together like a couple, that's wholesome.

Sorry for this fanart x'D (I've post this on Twitter first, though) This was entirely based on the infamous Twilight x Mordecai crack ship, and also on a few comments from the artist Atti_qu on Twitter  (since they came up with the idea about Twilight having a crush on every blue character)... soo in the end, it made me wanna draw her with Sonic, just for fun :v Anyways, enjoy it! You know? If Sonic were to ever marry Twilight I can imagine he would Unironically not want to be part of royalty and everyone else would be cool with that so he's not referred as prince or even consort just "That Hedgehog Princess Twilight Sparkle is dating/married to"

He still helps her obviously but he's just in the sidelines when important diplomatic stuff happens giving support for his wife and she's happy with it.
