i'm a proshipper because i'm anti-harassment! the whole definition of proship is being against harassment and for shipping.

if you meant darkshipper, then there's a lot of reasons behind that. however, it's mostly as a coping mechanism! i'm not gonna full-on traumadump but it helps me mentally to ship what i want/be free when it comes to fictional characters and project my own trauma onto characters. and for me personally, it's a way to feel like i have power over my own life and opinions again.

No matter how many people claim to love your F/O, you're the one and only true love for them. Even if your F/O is niche and has a few doubles, or a super popular F/O with a hundred doubles, they only want you and will ONLY ever want you.

Don't let doubles discourage you! They're just distractions, petty imitations. Enjoy your life with your F/O and block any you see, curating your experiences.
