@khoc-week day 5 Unique.

There's a few things I can comment on but I'll just say that Kitty's way of fighting is pretty Unique.

I wanted to implement the feel of chain of memories where you use cards. Some are heartless cards some are spells, heals, ally cards. Kitty is a collector, if she's able to subdue a foe she can create a card copy. If she's able.to cast a spell same deal, this way even if her MP is low or out she still is able to have a trick up her sleeve.

Her keyblade is named Fortuna. It has the Wheel of Fortune embedded in the keyblade hilt. In battle it grants us user great luck, and bad luck for her enemies, it may nit always spin but when it does it certainly takes in Kitty's favor.

Day 4 of @khoc-week Dream:

This one is short, Faye before the small time skip always dreamed of when her adventure would take her away from the mundane. But once adventure comes calling and the responsibility attached to it, Fayes dreams to be whisked away on adventure are replaced with dreams to return home, where her life was simple in the bakery with her sister Irina.

For this prompt i want to focus on Faye and Chirithy

Chirithy chooses to reveal itself to Faye later in her life (20’s). Chirithy approaches Faye because of the sudden shift in light + dark in there world, discovering it is a hub of dandelions that where scattered to the wind to flee the keyblade war.

Faye is pretty fast to accept what is happening cause i mean ho wouldn’t want a talking cat and to e called to a higher purpose like this?

While not a descendent of the player character in KHUX her ancestor was set off to the wind to escape the war.

Eventually this variation of Faye encounters a version of luxu which will later create a Faye down the line

Chirithy in this world is mostly seen and attached to Faye and Irina. Instead of every keyblade wielder obtaining a Chirithy there is only 1 shared among several wielders on the Bastion. Eventually the others obtain spirits or dream eaters that help them along the way.

This is helpful for when Kaine eventually sends Faye away, Chirithy ends up going with her to new worlds, but before that Faye does notice Chirithy importance to the others and is conflicted . If they lose this one and only Chirithy what will happen to the others? Will there spirits disappear?

She is worried that, if she does fall to darkness, if she isn’t worthy of a keyblade like Kaine continues to suggest to her, will is influence Chirithy therefore contaminating the rest of there party, its just a lot of pressure.

Once’s she gets ported away unwillingly she is so thankful that she at least has chirithy to keep her company as they try and find there way back home.

Day 2 of @khoc-week Past:

Work has me a bit delayed but i’m still getting to it!!

I did a little decedent chart of my dandelions group.

Addy (Adylne) is straight up coming from the player character she is the only one of my dandelions that can create portals to other worlds but isn’t entirely sure how to control it yet.

Kitty is back and she is on Master Ava’s family line She keeps Master Ava’s moral code and always lets her heart be her guiding key.

Auriel and Kaine come from Master Aced’s family line. In my original narrative kitty and auriel are cousins but i still got some fleshing out to do there.

Auriel is keeper of the book in the Bastion he is the only one of the new dandelions with prior knowledge of the keyblade war and history of there powers though it does take hi time to translate the book.

Kaine is the only one who knew of his birthright since childhood and feels a sense of entitlement to his keyblade becoming a bit resentful to the others for seemingly subbing upon the responsibility which sense him into a spiral ripe to be taken over by darkness.

Irina and Faye are sisters and both descendants from luxu taking after two different lives of his. Faye is the first one to obtain a chirithy and her and Irina take great care of em they have a alert just outside of the bastion and are trying to piece together what is going on alone until meeting kitty and lining the pieces up together

We've got Faye Oakly here this is her armor and small time skip design.

She went to school at the Bastion with other Dandelion descendents but was sent away on a life boat by Kaine ( possessed by darkness and will be brought up again as the week continues)

As she is ported off to unknown lands her and chirithy now have to fight off unknown darkness around them and within themselves to get back home

Did you know that Yen Sid, Eraqus and Xehanort were a trio once? Just the thought of Yen Sid dealing with Eraqus and Xehanorts I-believe-he-only-likes-me-as-a-friend-*sighs*- mood. No wonder why he is alone in the tower and isn't part of the the trio anymore. HE WAS SO TIRED OF THEIR PINING (And then he sees Sora and Riku and is like 'Not again')

Happily ever after?

I Think not.

Honestly still not sure where the story i have is going. But i think that Faye would find Kane and want to challenge his view points become a friend of sorts. But the darkness can’t have that and would have no choice but to get Faye out of the city of aurora.

It’s not a happily ever after for Faye at all having been taken away to new worlds

But a happily ever after for darkness taking Kane over completely and winning over the city that thy lived in and protected all this time.

one choice, new life.

Kane had choice to stay true to the light or to let darkness take hold of him.

He grew up in the city of Aurora and unlike the other dandelion descendants who stumbled upon there bloodline Kane had always known he was a descendants of a foreteller. He was prodigy being able to summon his keyblade at a young age and to use his light to keep his home free of darkness.

But life and strife catch up to us all. During a hard time in Kanes life he was plagued by nightmares. So much so that he would avoid sleeping for as long as possible. In this state lines started to blurr and he would be more open to cohesion. Balance had been broken and the only way to restore it would be to embrace darkness and help it spread.

And with that Kanes life took on a new side as he became a vessel for darkness.

Ill start off with Kitty and Luke.

Kitty is a descendant of Master Ava she has a strong sense of right and wrong and she would do most anything to help the light.

During her early Teens she came across a boy her age that was in some serious trouble, and even though she put herself out there and save him the damage had already been done. Luke had become consumed, becoming a Darkling. With the help of her cousin Armel (keeper of the book) they where able to get Luke back to his normal self.

Now Luke teeters in between light and darkness, Kitty thus far has been the only one to snap him back into his normal self when he’s become entirely consumed by her Darkling side.

On The other side of this we have Kane a descendant of Aced.

His perspective on things is that there has to be a balance between light and darkness, and with so many bearers of light showing up in the city he wasn’t entirely sure where he could stand, during this time of questioning he became a vulnerable vessel for the darkness. I honestly don’t have much of this fleshed out just yet 😅

Day 4 universes.

So one of the things i absolutely loved and still love (despite the lack of seeing the gang in kh3) about kingdom hearts is that its a collab of Disney and final fantasy.

Honestly these 2 things made up my childhood, i still have my original FF7 ps1 discs. My friends and i would download emulators to play final fantasy games on our PSP’s id go over to my friends house to play and watch her play through X and X-2 and of course i have so many black diamond VHS Disney movies in my storage unit still, id watch them over and over again growing up with my brother, so when we came across kingdom hearts in our local block buster we didn’t hesitate and so a new obsession began.

Ive made up so many different kingdom hearts comics and self inserts throughout the years but in the AU i’ve been working on lately i have them all centralized in the city of Aurora that is like these Dandelions daybreak town.

Although in my strip where i was drawing out Fayes station of waking I couldn’t resist picking some of my favorite Final fantasy characters to introduce her weapon options to her.

So if i were to branch out of the city of Aurora i can definitely see Faye and the gang exploring Final Fantasy locations like Midgar , Gaia, and Eorzea

Going down the friends category

Of course we have Chirithy who showed itself to Faye after a long day at the Bastion.

Her long day only got longer after she had to accept 1) a talking cat??? And 2) world saving responsibility.

Thankfully these two got long just fine and so came a new challenge. Introducing this new friend to her best friend Irina who she lived with just off campus.

Thankfully Irina just adores cats and who wouldn’t love having a talking one? It didn’t take Chirithy long to piece together that these two shared a similar history also teaching Irina about the keyblade, and even tho she gains access to summoning one, Irina finds herself more as the girl in the chair for Faye directing her to Heartless hot spots, while the responsibility is life altering, she does still own her own business and having to split her time between the two can be a little much.

With time these 2 girls would meet another friend along the way who had her own gang of keyblade warriors at her back.

Kitty Madigan finds Faye one day in the courtyard of the bastion she was in a hurry trying to get to a heartless hot spot only to discover, its vacant and a irl with a cat walking away fro the scene nonchalantly, she struck up a conversation with her wanting to give that sweet kitty a pet and the two introduce themselves to each other. At the time Faye has no idea that Kitty is part of her destiny but Kitty seeing chirithy and having read the book of prophecy herself knows very well who chirithy is and starts to keep an eye out for Faye on campus.

These are just 2 of Fayes friends she sees on her journey, i do have a few more but im intro’d out Hope you all enjoy these little ladies.
