| You can be any character from Lucy Grey to Primrose Everdeen. Plus, we allow everyone to be two characters as long as you aren't playing two major characters: like let's say you wanna be Katniss and also Finnick. You can apply to be characters that we call 'What-If Characters'. Basically if no one joins you get to also be them. Ships meanwhile can be whatever. As long as they ain't weird stuff like proships. You can do multiple ships if you'd like. For example if you want to do a, similar to cannon, Peeta x Katniss and Gale x Katniss. ✩
