Nothing new on Lodolites except I spelled her name wrong.. oops. Also eventually she does have short hair but for now she keeps it long because I dunno proper attire for a quartz or something.

The red one is Crowley, of course. She is a Zircon but changes her name (either to Crowley or something else, possibly Amber(?) since I think it's a neat callback to canon Crowley's interest in plants).

I may change the way she's being held together, but essentially Crowley was shattered before the Diamond Attack, but some humans used welding to piece her gem back together with gold (based on the Japanese kintsugi method).

I thought possibly that Corruption in SU might be equable to Falling in GO, but also I don't know any way that Crowley could be corrupted and still... yk. It's too early in the timeline for her to be corrupted and then subsequently healed. Maybe I'll just bullshit something.

Yep it's a Steven universe x Good omens AU. I wanna give it a unique name but haven't thought of anything yet, if youve got suggestions id be delighted to read them. Scroll if you wanna read a massive info dump about this.

I made Aziraphale a Lodelite because 1) I felt like it lines up well with Aziraphale role as a guardian and 2) Lodelite is also known as Garden quartz, which I thought was too perfect. Also in this AU she only is called Lodelite, she never changes it or anything.

Right now her story goes as follows: Lodelite was one of many Quartz soldiers sent to Earth to stop the rebellion, but for one reason or another Lodelite was poofed during the Diamond attack, and so reformed on an Earth almost completely barren of other uncorrupted Gems (I beleive in SU this is what happened to Lapis).

At some point she gives away a home world issued flaming sword to some humans (?), but she can also summon a normal sword as well.

Believing that someone will come rescue her, Lodelite stands post at the now empty and destroyed ship she arrived on, sending daily messages out that she hopes will get back to home world. (They never come, of course, but it takes awhile for Lodelite to loose hope).

Eventually she decides to collect Gen artifacts from the war while she waits, mostly to give herself some sense of purpose.

Fun fact: I put Lodelite gem on her back as a little way to signify how she avoids confronting her growing disloyalty to home world. Crowley has her gem on her chest for the opposite reason (also that's just where Zircon gems have always been in SU)

Crowley (previously Zircon) is there too but I'm probably gonna info dump about her in another post.

YAYYYY I'm so glad you like it!! It was imagining all the little details of the scene, the burns and the injury and the feathers, that made me want to draw it. This is the first fic art I've made and I'm so so glad u like it :)

I also really liked your "Strays on the Streets fic," I used to be a warrior cats kid and it was a very fun crossover to read. Currently reading "I'll follow you down 'til the sound of my voice will haunt you," you really have a way with angst /pos.

If you'd asked either of them what had happened, you'd get something along the lines of "a great battle between enemies in which neither could best the other."

And indeed a few, half hearted punches and insults had been thrown, a bit of scuffling that landed some books and feathers scattered. But before long, far less than they'd have you believe, they ended up like this. Every so often one of them might spit a venomless jab or thump their first down lightly.

They didn't move for awhile.

Hell has been buried, and Heaven has fallen. Aziraphale, and anyone up there at the time, fell with it.

Aziraphale was strong, but angelic resistance could only protect you so much from a fall of that hight. Especially when he was shielding Crowley in the process.

Without Heaven or Hell, Aziraphale and the remaining ethereal entities are left without miracle power. So, Aziraphale is slowly succumbing to his injuries while Crowley sleeps. He wonders where he will go when he finally dies.
