A Drink For The Night
You’ll need:
Rosemary
Chamomile
Cinnamon
Moon water
Honey
Boil your moon water. Add the herbs, let it sit for some time and drink it.
Tips:
Use full moon water.
Add honey when your tea is warm not hot. If you add honey to your tea when its hot, the honey loses its healing properties.
Drink at night before sleep for relaxation (may also help from insomnia).
