so when I finish things on the new blog, I will be deleting this blog. i intend to repost a lot of content from here over there in a nice organized fashion including drafted asks, so towards later this month it should be a little busy, but! that is what i want to do.

i have moved away from the mary ann/marianne connected to untowonder's memory, and with the new blog, i want it to feel like a real breath of fresh air.

i intend to very slowly start following people from Mary Ann's new blog, but understand that it's a wip, bc i'm redoing her carrd and her banners. v slowly.

does it suck that Coquelic is getting removed from any further banners in PtN as far as the CN server is concerned? yes, but AISNO took a risk with her, one that they knew could come to bite them in the ass. they have pushed a lot at censorship rules while having this game out for just over a year, with the way they write their characters, heavily implying certain relationships, sexualities, and so on and so forth. but Coquelic was a fight from her reveal till now; not just because of her attire, but because of her character.

according to half my twitter feed, if you got Coquelic on CN during anni and past that, you keep your Coquelic(s). she's yours to raise. her interrogation is yours to read, etc etc. but she will be pulled from the gacha. call her a real limited-run character.

will this affect global? probably not, imo, bc global isn't locked behind censorship like what CN players have to deal with. but we probably will never see her get a rateup or rerun banner. i don't think they'll pull her out of our banners, but that choice is solely AISNO's and all we can do is wait for some news from their teams. but what about other characters getting censored now? yes, that is happening. designs will be changing for already released characters in CN, say goodbye to heavy exposure on cleavage, like Chameleon's very low resting shirt + bra combo. Eleven is probably going to get some heavy censorship in CN because have you looked at her?

does this suck? yes, but AISNO is doing its fucking best. Coquelic's story is, now, over. that's that. it happens with event Sinners all the time. the event is their whole story within the overarching plot of PtN, and we should all be used to that at this point. does this mean that the anni event will probably never rerun? suppose so. but, hey, AISNO is very aware of players uploading their playthrough of the entire event on yt, so it's always accessible that way. what sucks is losing access to the pulling of a unique unit to add to your vast growing collection of Sinners, and that is true enough.

tldr Coquelic is being pulled from all upcoming banners in CN due to censorship.

so im finishing the anni event for ptn and

you know, Mary Ann controls Sinners via syncing with their Mania via her Mania Control via infecting them through physical contact or long enough exposure to the Mania crystals she manifests and uses in her paintings. and that was something I decided on early on bc I based her ability of the Gray Haired Girl from so long ago

so let me tell you my surprise when I saw what Shalom can do

all I'm saying is :

Mary Ann Liddell, known as Mother of Abominations, the Harlot of Eastside, cannot be allowed to fall into the hands of Underground or Paradeisos. Mary Ann must be eliminated at all costs should she fall into their hands.

like please, please imagine Chief giving out this order after shackling Mary Ann for the last time, permanently tying the artist to her. the way Mary Ann just looks up at Chief, glancing at the shackles around her wrist, and just finally folding. she'll play this game with Chief for as long as she has left. she is absolutely certain Chief will entertain her the whole time that she moves between the MBCC and her home, even with the additional security. she is absolutely certain that Chief will be the one who takes her life should the time come.
