He does! He smells like rot and decay mixed with swamp and and whatever lunar stuff/ gestalts smell like. He also tastes like it too

The decaying corpse smell is worse during the summer (partly why he HATES the summer) but throughout the other months it's not too noticeable/ people probably get used to it in a place where death is constant.
