top 10 things I’ve learned from living on the island in Thailand for almost a year: 1. Being Yourself is the most precious thing ever. Guard it with all your heart ♥️ 2. There is life without Amazon.com 📦📦 3. Individual face sheet mask is da thing in SE Asia 💁🏼‍♀️ 4. Happiness doesn’t come from fancy things, big apartment or house, walk-in closet full of expensive items. Happiness is inside you. It’s possible to live in a small hotel room for almost a year and to be happy 🌴 5. Love is you and you are love ❤️ 6. Friendship is a foundation of all things human 👩🏼‍🎨👨🏼‍🔧👩🏼‍🔬👨🏽‍🍳👩🏻‍🌾🧛🥷 7. It’s possible to overdo Thai massage 💆🏼‍♀️ 🤪 8. Thai people are simple, lovely nation with the widest, warmest smile 😁😀 9. When the waiter says “Little bit spicy, kaa” expect your meal being 9.9 out of 10 on a scale of spicy 🌶🔥 10. Eating raw food and being vegan is the most natural, logic, obvious way to live. It’s good for your health, for environment, for animals and for the Planet. Since I started modeling almost 20 years ago I was always on the move. I was never at one place for more than 1 week 🧳 I basically lived on the plane, on the train, car services, different hotels, cities, countries and continents ✈️ I really enjoyed this lifestyle and while making money and building my cariera I was also discovering a world 🗺 I didn’t even noticed the line when I stopped enjoying and started to use traveling as an escape from being by myself. I didn’t know how to be myself, how to enjoy my own company 🌴 I never admitted it because I was simply afraid to look inward. This year in Koh Samui I stayed on the island for almost a year😃 I didn’t feel like running away or escaping because one day, one amazing most magical day, I finally felt at ease in my heart with whatever situation, location, environment, circumstances I was in ❤️ The day when I saw for myself how important and the most precious thing is to be Myself I dropped all the desires and stopped in that moment that felt like stillness and blissful movement of life all at once 💙 I’m still learning and sometimes I “forget” Myself and I got caught in the tornado of the emotions but I simply take a deep breath, make my self a tea and while mindfully sipping on a tea I find that stillness inside me again and again 😌 #mindfulness #love (at Ko Samui) https://www.instagram.com/p/CI7nb_lFI9-/?igshid=eo6wu6ivrwpl

Almost a year ago I came to Thailand with a hope of staying 1 maybe 2 month. I could never imagine the surprise that life holds for me 💝 It’s been the most challenging, beautiful, exciting year of my entire life 🔥 Every single day is filled with love, joy, sometimes with happy tears sometimes with sad tears, hard work, breaking self limitations, looking inward, releasing old habits and thought patterns, breakthroughs, discovering real friendship and making meaningful connections.
