The late 2000s were an awful time for me. I could not, for the life of me, have a conversation with someone. Here is one reason.

I liked reading a lot, I read a lot, and I wanted to talk about books with people. However, I could never find people to talk about books with. It was awful.

One person was especially weird. Every time I talked to them about books, like what one I was reading, they would without fail, tell me about how they tried to Read Kefka's Metamorphosis but gave up because "German's write in one block of text". This did not happen one or twice, oh no, it happened like every other day.

This person wonders why I started talking with them less and less. Especially after they got super mad that I was talking with someone else about books. (I'd been talking about Terry Prachett, but they'd only read Good Omens. :' ) )

I'm so glad for Gregor Limbus company, cause for the longest time Kefka's Metamorphosis made me think of that person.
