Echidna's are Mesopotamian but Knuckles gained a Jamaican accent from the slave that raised him (he was a slave too, not a slave owner)

Longclaw's Owl Tribe and the Babylonians, while coming from a similar ancestor, have different nationalities, with Owl's being Native American's and the Old Babylonians being Egyptian. The latter includes Jet the Hawk

Storm the Albatross is Hawaiian and Wave the Swallow is Brazilian

Vector is Cajun

Vanilla and Cream are South-East Asian

Rouge and Antoine are French

Bunny, Eggman, Sage and the Acorns are American

Blaze is Indian

Tangle and Surge's nationality is Malagasy but Tangle has a British accent from one of her parents and Surge has an Australian one due to the side effects of her brainwashing by Starline

Kitsunami is Moroccan but also has an Australian accent for the same reason as Surge

Silver doesn't really have a nationality and his accent is a mix-mash of different ones he grew up hearing

Tails is Canadian and can speak French

Sonic Superstar AU Part 7: Rouge the Bat

Sorry about that, these Ashfall people won't leave me the fuck alone. Anyway, here's the femme fatale herself, the world's greatest thief, Rouge

History

Rouge would love to tell people she didn't have a bad backstory and that she was relatively normal. And she would be right, for about half of her life. Her mom and stepmother were a pair of wealthy gem worker and jeweler. They were a well respected couple and she absolutely adored them, especially the jewels they worked with. They were kind, generous, thoughtful and careful with the clientele they worked with. Unfortunately, not all their clientele would take this well.

One day, everything would come crashing down violently. First, the police came with a search warrant, claiming that there were illegal and stolen items in their store, which were found. Rouge's stepmother swore she had never seen those items before, the court was shown deepfaked footage of her stashing them. Despite a hard fought battle, her mother would be sentenced to prison for life, leaving Rouge with just her mom, but it wasn't the end of their troubles as, no matter how hard her mom tried, she could never seem to sell anything above a livable wage due to meddling with her business. This would cause Rouge to grow resentful, not at her parents, Gaia no, but at those who flaunted their wealth and used it to harm others and those not like them, so she would hit them exactly where it hurt most, their wallets.

Breezing through the same school of ninjitsu as Espio, as well as learning other valuable skills like hacking, information gathering, management, etc. Rouge would go on to become the world's greatest thief, not just stealing from people who used their wealth for harm, but also simply scaring them, letting them know they weren't safe by sneaking into their homes and either letting herself get captured on video or even leaving a piece of evidence they couldn't trace back to her.

Of course, she couldn't do this forever, she needed money and an alibi, so she decided to do what she wanted to do before her world crumbled in front of her and become a treasure hunter. She would be very successful as well, her skills making her fantastic at it. She would even start a rivalry with Knuckles the Echidna, either thinking he was too much of a goody-two-shoes and him thinking she was just some thief. She would feel worried when he suddenly disappeared one day though but she quietly shut it down because she had other things to deal with. Using her skills and career, she would set up a plan to get the people that ruined her life caught for their actions, stealing information, planting alibis and private investigators, etc. Eventually, she would manage to win the case, freeing her mother from prison, reuniting her family and getting them back to how things were, but she was not done with the corrupt top %. She would continue both her treasure hunting and stealing up until she learns of the Master Emerald's existence and location, thinking that, with it, there'd be no way anyone can hurt her parents again with the amount of money such a large gem could bring.

It would be there she and Knuckles would reunite and reignite their rivalry, with Knuckles telling her to leave and Rouge trying to convince him to let go of the Emerald, how it could make someone like him the most powerful man on the planet, that ancient history shouldn't be holding him back. They would be interrupted by Eggman and the event would start her journey to meeting one of her best and closest allies, Shadow the Hedgehog (and finally start crushing on Knuckles).

She would have many more adventures afterwards, not only showing how valuable an asset she is to the United Federation as an agent, but also how even more valuable she is as a friend to her friends, especially Shadow and Omega.

Abilities

Flight. I should not have to explain how she does it.

Super strength. One could say that Vanilla's height may mean she has legs for days but Rouge? Legs for yeeeaaarrrs! Thanks to all of Rouge's training, she has become one of the world's most formidable fighters, being strong enough to outmatch Amy and stalemate Knuckles, being able to shatter boulders with a single kick, cause tremors and carry both Shadow and Omega in midair.

Foot-to-ass combat proficiency. Rouge is an accomplished martial artist, mainly using kicks to get the job done. On top of the strength feats listed above, she has the sharp reflexes, agility and acrobatic skills to prove how proficient she is at her job. Using her skills, strength, speed and flight ability, she invented Rouge Style, a skill mainly using ones legs, this would later upgrade into Midnight Style after learning the Umbra technique

Espionage. Rouge is one of, if not the world's greatest spy. She is an expert tactician and has several skills including gathering intel, manipulation, interrogation, infiltration, lockpicking, hacking, driving, etc.

Minor echokinesis. Aside from her excellent hearing, Rouge has the ability to produce ultrasonic waves with her voice, hitting her foes with a concussive force, although she herself has a weakness to high frequency sound.

Equipment

Tanto. Rouge carries a tanto blade on her, it being able to even cut through most objects from stone to metal.

Explosives. Rouge carries a variety of explosives to get jobs done, from sticky bombs, flash bombs, smoke bombs, the list could go on as long as you don't count anything that breaks the Geneva Convention.

Scope lens. A small visual device that allows Rouge to do multiple things like see through objects, scan data, scout, has thermal vision

Forms

Ignition: Umbra

After being given a sccroll by Espio, sent by her former master during a dire time, Rouge learnt to channel her chaos energy into her legs, setting them ablaze with a black fire that doesn't hurt her. This makes her kicks even more dealdy than before, allowing her to create pillars of black fire by stomping the ground and setting her opponents on fire by kicking

Design

Rouge has her original skin color from her debut. She also has a different hairstyle, her hair being slightly long enough to almost touch her shoulders as well as having a very stylish set of bangs, she also wears some make up, specifically some blush, lipstick, mascara, dark shade eye shadow, etc. Her main costume consists of a jumpsuit similar to her Prime jumpsuit but with the original pink, black and white color scheme and she refuses to zip it all the way up for extra seduction points, the boots of the suit being a fusion of her normal and iron boots as well as having the pick nails. Her wings are also bigger to be more proportional to her body and she wears a utility belt made by gun that can store her bombs and other equipment

Sonic Superstar AU Part 6: Tails the Fox

History

Miles Power was expected to be born a healthy baby to Jake and Sarah Prower, but on the day of the ultrasound, the parents had learned that their son had been growing with a mutation, having two tails instead of one. After a very short and emotional discussion, both parents decided to keep the child and make sure he's loved just as much as any other child, mutation or not.

Tails would be born and, as the parents promised, loved to bits. Unfortunately, his parents love and care did not ease his pain when he was bullied for his tails. Freak, mutant, he'd heard it all. His tails had cost him his social life and branded him an unofficial outcast to his peers. He grew hating his Tails, even with his parents consoling and validation, he resented being born with them, until a hero came along and saved him.

Tails's bullies were about to take their bullying too far until an older blue hedgehog came along, chasing them off with his speed. Tails stared at awe at the hedgehog and asked his name. Sonic. His name was Sonic. Tails would rush home to tell his parents of what happened and about the hedghog hero that saved them. Aside from their anger at the bullies, they were so relieved and overjoyed to see their child smiling again after so long. Unfortunately, they're happiness would soon turn to fear as Tails, with his great intellect, had looked up Sonic's exploits against Eggman and planned on joining in his adventures.

After the events of Sonic 2, Tails would return to his house with Sonic in tow. The parents about to scold both until they saw their faces. Tails would take his parents to another room and explain what had gone down, immediately shutting down any anger and replacing it with pity and worry. The three managed to catch Sonic before he could run off and offered a place to stay, but Sonic was adamant on leaving and he did. It would take a while before he took them up on their offer and, eventually, Tails would gain a cool older brother in Sonic and a new appreciation for the nickname his bullies gave him, turning it from an insult to a term of great admiration and friendship.

Tails would follow Sonic on many other adventures, meeting and befriending people like Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Rouge and several others, but he would also make many enemies like the Deadly Six, Eggman and his metal companion, and many other dangerous foes, but it didn't matter what they threw at him, as long as he had Sonic and the ability to do anything, Tails would persevere and come out on top.

Tails's character remains the same (Minus Forces), but also more like his character in TMoStH. He's also straight and currently not in a relationship

Abilities

Tails: Thanks to his strange biology, Tails's can make his tails twirl together (try saying that five times fast), and learnt he can use this to fly, glide and propel himself off the ground or in water, eventually doing so to a point that he can even keep up with Sonic most of the time. They're also very strong, fast and prehensile, being able to slice through metal and act as a third and fourth limb.

Genius intellect. Out of nearly everyone on the planet, Tails is renowned as one of the smartest people alive, being able to create and recreate many different types of technology and software, understand other technology, including alien and advanced ancient tech, break into many complex computer systems, including that of Eggman, do several advanced calculations and analyses in his head in a matter of seconds, even in battle. He's also shown expertise in mechanical engineering, history, coding, physics and other forms of science, driving, piloting and many others.

Fighting and weapon skills. Tails isn't as versed in hand-to-hand combat as some other characters, but this does not mean he isn't skilled in a fight. Using his technology and maneuverability with his tails, he managed to come up with Tails Style, a form of combat using airal movement and technology to fight.

Equipment

Magic Band. One of his greatest intellectual and mechanical feats, as well as his main weapon, is the Magic Band. A wristband that can transform into multiple different tools for combat, including a grappling hook, large hand, energy cannon, an explosive launcher, and on the Starfall Islands, upgraded his Magic Band further, improving the cannon and adding a pile bunker to his arsenal.

Cyclone. The cyclone is a vehicle mech Tails built himself. It's similar to Eggman's Eggwalker but with features such as having three different alternate modes, them being it's plane, walker and car modes and has weapons like the Volkan Cannon, a minigun, laser target, grappling hook, two kinds of missile launchers and a large, multi-colores laser. It can also can hover in midair as well

Tornado 2 and -1. These biplanes were built by Tails to emulate the original Tornado built by Sonic, with the Tornado-1 looking the most similar to it. The Tornado 2 can fold its wings into an X-shape as well as transform its tail in it's Jet mode, giving it extreme speed and is armed with machine guns and homing missiles, a retractable arm in its Jet mode to hold passengers outside the cockpit. The Tornado-1 has features from the original Tornado, Tornado 2 and the Cyclone.

Jet Anklet. A simple pair of anklets that come with small but powerful rockets that allow Tails to move faster when flying

Forms

Ignition: Revelation

Not necessarily an ignition like the others, this ability is attained through the use of a device Tails made to increase his brains processing and thinking power, using this to not only use technology to a heightened degree, but also increase his thinking and reaction time. This does take a toll on him as too much use can hurt his body, even leading to brain bleeding or worse, brain death. Luckily he has friends that will never let that happen.

Super Tails

On top of the abilities Super gives, this form also gives him pyrokinesis, but not like any seem before. Instead, the fire he gives is cold, or it feels cold. Despite this, it is still capable of burning his opponents away, but instead of screaming of the heat, they will shiver as the cold flames take them.

Nine Sol Tails

This form goes beyond Super but is not achieved with the Super Emeralds, as they do not deem him worthy of their power. Instead, this form is unlocked during his own solo adventure, after researching his strange pyrokinetic abilities in his Super form and connecting them to his family and discovering his family's history. He also found the Chaos Emeralds and knew there was something more going on, as they only travel together to one place when something truly dangerous is about to occur. After fully unlocking his family's gifts and using the Chaos Emeralds, he takes on this form, his fur color taking on a deeper shade while his aura grows a brighter one. He also gains seven more tails made of pure, fiery chaos energy. With this, he can move even faster, create and launch fiery constructs and projectiles and even heal others. Despite this power, he prefers more practical and scientific approaches to solving problems, only ever using this form when Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles, Amy or some others are unable to use the Chaos Emeralds themselves for various reasons, which is thankfully, almost never the case

Design

The tips of Tails's whiskers, ears, fingers and toes are brown. His hands also have different bandaids on them from working and his hair spikes are instead a smaller tuft of hair. When working on his machines, he wears a mechanics overalls, gloves and boots, to keep his fur, shoes and gloves clean, although he often gets his computers dirty and gets sick from eating his snacks with them on, often being reminded not to either by his friends, parents or his computers, usually by lightly slapping his hands.

When not working on his machines and on adventures, he wears his trademark glove and shoes, as well as a pair of advanced goggles, shorts and a backpack that has several different utilities apart from storsge like having extra arms and such. When he's flying his or Sonic's Tornado he wears a flying jacket and hat gifted to him by Sonic, because he gets cold

Next, we're doing Rouge the Bat
