How Vivziepop treats sexuality is very stereotypical also

Pansexuality is treated more like ‘bi but perverted and loves sex all the time’, and ace is treated like ‘ur either a child or you love material items more than love/sex so funny!!’ (Mammon)

People really just see bi and pan as ‘pan is when u wanna fuck everyone and ur a pervert’ even tho. Anyone can be like that it doesn’t matter on ur sexuality. Pansexual isn’t a personality trait to mean ‘has no standards in sex’ it’s just a microlabel version of bi. This is a really unserious criticism I just don’t trust her to write lgbtq characters or treat bisexuality how it should be. I mean she sees gay men the say way fujoshis see gay men (a fetish)

it’s called „I HAVE NO MOUTH AND I MUST SCREAM“

It was published in 1967 but is still really good. It’s an 11 page short story that actually has really good (WELL WRITTEN) religious themes. Villains meant to be villains. Etc. I recommend it because it’s horror and a very good depiction of a hell-like situation (even if not actual hell) it has 6 characters. One being a gay man. And one being a black woman. (It’s prime hays code time when this was published and the stuff this book got away with is insane) it’s probably the most disgusting thing I read (it’s well written though) and I highly recommend it. It also has an audio drama and a videogame.

the author actually voices AM the main villain. He did a very good job when he did. I’m doing a very bad job at explaining it without spoilers but I feel like ex hazbin fans will enjoy it after having to suffer through bad writing and poorly executed themes.

(the book is over 100 dollars if you pay for it but it’s very very easy to find a free version online.)

I have been a fan of I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream for awhile now! its a very good plot, and I hope one day I can find out how to play the video game.

something I want to say is, I really liked Viviennes old work. i was like...8 or so blasting her die young animation, I listened to "inside of every demon is a rainbow" and "addicted" on repeat, even when I didn't even know what hazbin hotel was. I was a huge defender of her work but, now it feels super washed down. theres no 'just vivziepop' on her channel now, its all spindlehorse and prime and all these merch promotions.

I don't plan on watching the new Helluva Boss short since I refuse to give Vivzie any revenue, but one thing I will say based on the description of what happened in it.

It's VERY hypocritical of Blitz to be willing to kill the guy who takes care of orphans and didn't have a moment of hesitance since he's a dad himself.
