1. what happens in london by julia quinn. this is peak julia quinn. she loves a 85% of the way through the book kidnapping. classic but also boring.

2. on south mountain by david cruise & alison griffiths. first non-fiction i’ve read in a while. well-written but pissed me off because all of those men should’ve rotted in jail forever.

3. secrets of a summer night by lisa kleypas. well-written for a historical romance and engaging. not breaking the mold but it was a decent read.

4. the sluts by dennis cooper. cam and i buddy read this it was quite good a real time capsule. decent quasi-horror cause men really are like that.

5. it happened one autumn by lisa kleypas. i liked that the heroine was annoying and difficult but she did get a bit flattened by him. sets up terrible implications for the next book in the series.

Your omegaverse fic is not something that I thought I needed. I'd only vaguely heard of it but it fits garsantos so well. Do you think you'll continue writing for them in that universe 🫣
