With a heavy heart, the admin team has decided to close Wangsil KRP. We apologize if this seems sudden. We’ve been considering this for a few months since we’ve had to look ahead to our schedules that will inevitably become busier starting this summer, between traveling, moving, and other out-of-character responsibilities.

This is not a farewell, just a goodbye for now as the admins rest, regroup, and pursue other creative endeavors. Being an admin is quite time-consuming, as you can imagine. We didn’t want to abandon this group without a formal announcement to provide everyone with closure.

Wangsil is a KRP group. Traditionally, in this writing space, the group will use faceclaims active in the Korean entertainment or K-pop industry. However, we've expanded the group to include faceclaims in the closely related Asian entertainment industry since there is some overlap in real life. It also gives the admins a manageable scope of which faceclaims can be written. The premise and lore of the roleplay are based in South Korea, with details of other magical institutions and systems in different countries and cultures.

There are plenty of other groups in the online roleplaying space, KRP or otherwise, who accept international faceclaims that fit their lore, if interested.
