Here comes the Domaine du Clos part 3! It will give you 43 new items, including build and buy! This part focuses on the bedroom/bathroom of the Domaine, ideal for your sims to relax during their holidays!

So, in this set, you will find items like bedframes, bathtube, flowers etc but also new doors and arches and wallpapers to complete the build part, because you know, privacy is important..! i will post more screenshot tomorrow !

You can find the items by searching for Domaine du Clos or Pierisim in game.

Some items share the same textures so make sure to have the packages finishing by “texture” in your mod folder :)

hello my loves,

i am sharing part 3 of my maple & s. constructions build mode set. after 2 sets of windows comes now a selection of 19 new doors and arches for small and medium wall heights. you can find a few open door options as well. all of them have matching swatches with the windows (16 swatches) as well so i hope you can make good use out of them. i wish you a lot of fun building with these new items and really hope you like them.

DECIDEDLY NEUTRAL CURTAINS in sheers and opaques by amoebae

The curtains that came with the Desert Luxe kit are everyone’s new favourite build item, and for good reason. The neutrals they come in are great, and work in all types of rooms, but come on… they needed more swatches, right?

I’ve recoloured the curtains in Image Spectra and in my Dream Pop palette, and both have the option of the original sheer fabric or a new opaque material. You can of course have both in your game at the same time.

Tip 1: If you use the opaque version, the window shader glitch is gone, which is nice. In its place, however, you’ll find that the underside of the wooden rail is black. This is a side effect of the object shader I used. It can be hidden by using the stand-alone curtain rail that came with the kit.

Tip 2: I’ve used the same wood colour for all swatches. You can use the stand-alone curtain rail from the kit to hide it and change it to whichever other option you want. If you use the TOOL mod by twistedmexi I recommend scaling up the curtain rail by about 0.003 to prevent any z-fighting (the flickering that happens when two textures overlap in the same space).

11 Round Rugs on IKEA PS Mesh

It took me ages to sort out SimPE on these ones, and I actually had these done when I released the Isotopia rug recolours a month ago, but I hadn’t gotten around to doing screenshots! So finally, here they are! My game is seriously lacking in round rugs no more! A little of everything - bold florals, simple patterns and braided styles, and some kids stuff too.

Update of an old object

I made some improvements and fixes on my baroque painting - removed the gaps, reduced polycount a bit, removed mesh shadows and made a new wallshadow that fits the outline of the painting.

In 2008, I was such a noob. :D Maybe I´m gonna create a new (second?) version. Today, I would do it in a completely different way which would save around 80% of the polys.
