1. 我不可能下午去运动的，总是有干不完的活！所以每天一定要早晨起来去运动。不运动，感觉荷尔蒙、精力会无处安放，会导致无法平静学习。

2. 每天午饭之前要尽量把一天的事情完成个大概，然后给导师发个邮件。

3. 晚上十点就要躺在床上，带上眼罩听广播，一直听到睡着。

4.周二周三早上去rec center。每周末要去踢一场球，管他娘的covid。不然积累的压力无处释放。只有保持运动我才能保持精气神。

未来中国对学术要求越来越严格，完全看科研实力。上升的通道也越来越透明。任何未来的理想、想法，都应该在先拿到教授之后再说。教授是前提条件，拿不到教授，之后院长什么的想法都是空话。

中国评上教授也需要有50多篇文章，hindex过15，cite到1000左右。不管什么大学。

Today’s people got more productive but still can just get the payback to meet the essential live. The reason is people/workers just work like a tool for the Government and Capitalist. You need to keep working so that you can get feed and have a place to live. The money/production will finally go into the pocket Capitalist. The Capitalist need the support of Government (like get the land to build the house). So they need to share the money with the government.

I think it is the same story both in China and USA. The difference will be the trade between government and Capitalist will be constraint a little bit as the government is appointed by people.

有时要改掉一些东西，只能矫枉过正，而不能说慢慢来，比如计划生育，如果你想的是从最开始的不限制到可以生3个而不是直接到1个，很有可能这个政策将无法奏效。同样的道理可以用在改掉一些毛病。要改就立马完全改掉。

就像味觉刺激一样，生活一旦品尝过过分的刺激，便无法安心于平淡。便无法沉下心来。那些过分的刺激是别人根据人性的弱点，蓄意而为的。他们以此来抓住你的attention，但是，你应该知道，这些垃圾刺激就像酒精一样，不值得你的attention。focus on the thing worth.

任何靠精神的东西都是不可靠的。要不然也不是有什么依法治国。因为国家是由人组成的，所以国家和人本质上有很多是一样。如果靠精神去保持人不去做错误的、有害的事情，这是做不到的。精神只能保证到清醒状态下多数情况的正确。
