Chicken Fajita Tacos🌮🌮
Cook time 20Minutes ; Super fast & so yummy!
INGREDIENTS 1/3 Cup Red Onion; Chopped ½ Cup Yellow Bell Pepper; Sliced 1/3 Serrano Peppers; Sliced 1 Cup Shredded Chicken Breast ; Cooked 2 Cloves of Garlic; Minced 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Salt + Black Pepper Corn Tortillas
DIRECTIONS
Heat skillet on medium-high temperature ; add in Oil & let warm. Once oil is ready , add in onions & sauté for 30seconds . Place Serrano & Yellow peppers in skillet. Mix veggies together & let cook for about 7-8minutes. Next add in garlic, your shredded chicken ,& black pepper. Let it cook for another 5minutes. While that cooks, toast your corn tortillas over the fire. Add salt into fajita mixture.
Once tacos are assembled, add salsa on top if desired.
Enjoy !!

Creamy Garlic Thyme Potatoes Recipe from RasaMalaysa.com ; probably one of my favorites!! Cook time 20Minutes INGREDIENTS 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1lb Potatoes; Cut approx. 1’ x 1’ 6 Garlic Cloves; minced 2/3 Cup Chicken Broth 3 Tablespoons Whipping Cream 2 Teaspoons Cheyenne Pepper Salt DIRECTIONS Heat up large skillet on high heat. Once skillet is fully hot, put your olive oil in. Cook the potatoes, with the skin side up first, until they turn golden brown. Push your potatoes to one side of the skillet, and on the other side throw In butter and garlic. Sauté for 30seconds. Add In your Chicken broth, thyme, & whipping cream.Turn the heat to low & let the potatoes simmer; for about 10minutes or until cooked through. Add salt & Cheyenne Pepper, stir. ENJOY!! 😋😋
