This is probably a weird question but I feel like I'm going crazy, do you know where in the 4 star Herta's kit it explains why she loses some HP each time she attacks? I swear I've read everything but I see nothing about it. Attacks, skills, ultimates it always happens and I don't understand why

the only explanation i can think of is either its tied to the content you're doing (endgame or event stuff where it puts that kinda debuff on you)

or you're using her with a team that takes hp. jade for example will take hp from whoever she uses her skill on, and theres a few other characters who will drain hp team-wide. i dont believe 4* herta's kit has anything that'll drain hp away by itself, or any lightcones that do it.
