Fuck. This. Bitch. I was lvl 106 when I faced him and had stocked all items up to max (×99) I walked out of there with almost everything depleted. My best advice, go in with magitek suits on, legendary weapons equipped for all the other bros. Adamantoise bangles for 9999 health. Noctis will need the royal arms as you will be using him the most. I can't tell you the full fight, just stock tons of recovery and the like.
