"The Sacred Grove? Of course I can, you have to promise to respect the trees though, they were once wooden soldiers. I imagine your father being exceptional at Hide and Seek, I'm impressed."

"I haven’t yet, I was looking in the woods. Can you show me? I’m the best at hide and seek, I can almost beat daddy sometimes and he’s really good."

"It won't take the floor that long to-" Before he could finish his sentence, Snow had made the make-shift sign and he took it. "OK Miss White." He nodded at her and dragged a chair into the middle of the floor, sticking the paper sign on it. "Hopefully people will get the hint."

"Doesn’t that seem like a waste of your time, Fly?" Snow frowned, taking a large marker and writing ‘CAUTION: WET FLOOR!' on a piece of paper. “Stick this to a chair and put it in the middle of the floor. Hopefully people are intelligent enough to watch out.”

"What about a tour? It's a king's job to give a tour to his guests. Unless you've already explored Haven but I know the best places for hide and seek."

"…Not exactly. I told them I was going exploring. But, if they need me Daddy can find me really fast. He’s good like that."

"You could always stay at Haven, Blue. There's always a room there if you ever need it. Did you guys fight?"

"She’s not really talking to me right now. I have to stay at Bigby’s place."

"You're an idiot sometimes, Blue. Of course I'm going to worry. Come on, spill."

"It’s just…Rose stuff. It’s alright, Fly. We can read, don’t worry about me."

"Too. Many. Cubs."

"I could always stand around and tell people to watch out, Ms Snow?"

Ugh.

"That damned monkey. We don’t have the funds for a new one."

"You seem too distracted on comics, Blue. You sure there's nothing wrong?"

"I would like it if we just…caught up on our comics and ate some candy. If that’s okay, Fly."

"You can't hide anything from me, I know something's wrong. What's up?"

He tilts his head to look at Blue with a small smile on his face. "See? Told you it's comfortable down here."

"Maybe I will, then. Keep you company down there."

And he flops down into the grass next to Fly, grinning.
