so you know how the whole theme of Anemo and Venti being freedom and all that? Scaramouche and the other 5* having Anemo makes so much sense cause:

- Jean: rlly contrasts to her personality and always buried in work, having little to no freedom for herself.

- Xiao: poor guy just needs to be free from thousand years of karma.

- Kazuha: running away from inazuma, able to wander freely anywhere he wants to.

- Scaramouche: having lost everything, he was given a second chance. Now (somewhat) free from the past, he wanders through the path of redemption.

tl;dr: Venti gives Anemo to emo people with (lots of) issues so they can chill a little.
