How do you decide how much danger a pregnant person is in, and how do they prove it? How do you decide how disabled someone is, and how do they prove it?

That's how harmful policies like this pass. First, they create a harmful policy and promise that there are exceptions when it really matters. Then, they reduce how many exceptions there are until there are none.

Hab geträumt ich hätte nen Brief gekriegt, bei dem sich die Behörde nicht entscheiden konnte, ob ich mit "Sehr geehrter Herr [Meier]" oder "Sehr geehrte Frau [Meier]" anzusprechen wäre.

Also stand da einfach "Sehr [Meier]"

Manchmal öffne ich Instagram, sehe einen interessanten Post z.B. über irgendeine dumme Aussage vom Fritze Merz und gehe in die Kommentare, weil ich aus Tumblr-Gewohnheit fälschlicherweise annehme, da wären zahlreiche hilariöse Merz-Roasts zu finden. Stattdessen sind da irgendwelche 18-jährigen Krypto-Bros, die von Papas Geld in Rheinmetall-Aktien investiert haben, unterwegs und wollen alleinerziehenden Müttern mit Teilzeitjob erklären, dass die ja selbst Schuld seien, wenn sie nicht monatlich 500€ in ein Investment-Fonds stecken, um ihre Rente zu sichern. Und dann schließe ich Instagram und weiß Tumblr gleich noch viel mehr zu schätzen.

Ist halt schon gruselig wenn man mal mitbekommt wie viele Leute aus diversen Gründen am System scheitern (seien es gesundheitliche oder sozialrechtliche Themen) weil sie es einfach nicht durchblicken. Und das ist nicht wertend gemeint, ich meine das eher im Sinne von "Überbürokratisierung lutscht".
