This AU is great, but it definitely lacks characters

Actually, that's why we created them!! :

Pizzahead - Cezvehead - wants to overthrow Macchiato to become the best barista .

Pizzaface - Cezveface - is Cezvehead's ward, just like regular Pizzaface. His mouth is a croissant, his nose is a cinnamon bun, his eyes are supposed to be coffee beans (but in this art for some reason they're pink.. okay?), and his eyebrows are made of whipped cream.

The Noise - The Naser - a critic sent by Cezvehead to lower the rating of the Macchiato's café to a minimum.

Vigilante - Creamlante - whipped cream in a cap, prefers to eat more with his family than in a café, so he also wants to destroy the Macchiato's café.

Pepperman - Cherryman - cherry with glasses, also an artist like the original.

Well, Fake Peppino - Fake Peppino - is a creature consisting of whipped cream (that’s actually why he doesn’t have a nose, it’s gone :c), more aggressive than the original fake
