If we can't rid the queer community of anti-masculinity, you will always be imposing a level of womanhood on trans men, which is inherently transphobic. A trans man should be able to live his life, embody his own masculinity without being admonished for it by people who claim to be progressive. Degendering us is not a compliment, malgendering us is not gender affirming. Women are not more virtuous than men and that sentiment is misogynistic.

We're men and we deserve basic human respect as any other person should be given. That basic human respect is respecting our identity, realizing your biases and hangups with our identities have nothing to do with us and should not be imposed on us. Imposing biases on others' identities is exactly what conservative bigots do, there is no 'woke' way to do that.

The definition of disabled is "having a physical or mental condition that limits movements, senses, or activities" so, yeah it is kind of a negative to be disabled. Not that it should make you feel any worse about yourself, but in an ideal world no one would be disabled

It can be negative in the sense that it's hard to live with. Doesn't mean that it reflects negatively on us and our entire selves and existences. And in my ideal world disabled people are included and accommodated, not eradicated. No attempt to eradicate disability and disabled people has ever been anything but a fascist eugenicist nightmare. Disability is a neutral facet of human life. The problem is how we treat disabled people, not that some of us can do less.
