Finally, after procrastinating so much, I finished another one of my Levihan fanfics. It’s actually the sequel to the main one I wrote years and years ago. Hope you like it!

Some more Levihan fluff to help hold everyone over until we see those two again in the Manga. This fic takes place prior to the fall of Wall Maria, but it focuses on Levi’s and Hanji’s friendship which I think is the cutest thing. Enjoy!

Decided to join the bandwagon of post Chapter 115 fanfic writers. I was able to momentarily quell my angst with writing this and I hope it does the same for you.

I saw a summary of that Levi/Hanji smartpass where she’s soaked from the rain it was on some anime forum. Here’s the screenshot of it.

What is the biggest Levihan (canon) moment you remember? One that made you just scream in out loud "DAMNIT THEY'RE SO OBVIOUS"

I just find it interesting that they included that scene when isayama specifically said in his character notes for the anime adaptation that hange has greasy, filthy gross fucking hair and levi is a clean freak yet they shoved in a scene where he GRABS A FISTFUL OF HANGE’S HAIR and makes her look at him just to tease her, their faces BEING VERY DARN CLOSE. and considering levi’s character that is a very affectionate, familiar gesture like he only ever really touches people to either beat the shit out of them or only when it’s necessary (like holding Jean back from trying to crack Annie out of her crystal). The only other person we have seen him act like that with is Isabel with the hair ruffling in ACWNR. 

given araki’s comments on isayama insisting on not having romance explicitly in the show, and saying it has been an innovative experience as a result (shoving in hints I’m assuming) and basically isayama has said he approves non-manga scenes in the anime so he approved that shit.

I just have to wonder why that scene was in there, given the clash of hange’s hair and levi’s neat freak nature. There is a big difference between these two instances obviously but they made a point of showing Levi grabbing that dying soldiers bloody hand despite his cleanliness obsession to illustrate that he makes exceptions when it’s important to him. So apparently grabbing Hange by the hair to tease her or to get her attention was important to him, so yeah. I don’t know, the more I think about that scene, the more I’m like “there is a purpose here”

That and the rain pass AU with moblit and levi talking about hange just gave me the impression levi holds some envy or regret not being able to be as physically close to her at least as much as moblit is, then going on to tell moblit to continue to take care of her - and then insisting on taking the supplies to her himself. moblit then asks him “what if she doesn’t notice you?” and levi answers that he’ll kick her ass to make sure she notices him, cue moblit turning away to hide his smile. I just find that interesting in a character like levi. and there has been an ongoing theme in so much of the series of levi seemingly always trying to get hange’s attention or being annoyed when she doesn’t notice him, in one way or another. 

I know I sound like a total fucking loser right now but in this kind of barren romantic wasteland of a series, you only get hints so inevitably we sound paranoid or delusional when discussing ships so yes I concede I probably sound like I’m desperate over here. There are lots of reasons why I think Levihan being canon is a fucking distant realm of possibility but those two instances I think about more so than others.
