April 3rd Last Sift

Attention please, Today was our last shift!!;))) We are all done our each shift. I was really emotional day and also last day that I can work with my sweet lovely classmate. Before stat career placement, I didn't know anybody in this carer placement classmate And now I could make such a wonderful friends in here. I have never to work outside of Japanese workplace environment so I was really nervous and anxious before to stat but I could learn a lots of things thorough this job, especially customer services skill that I wanted learn before to stat it. We made passenger happy and help a lots!! Not only customer services but also, manner or sense of responsibility. I really appreciate it to give us this opportunity. This was Big challenge and Big change definitely big experience on my enter a life. Thank you for Air Transat, Ms. Judith, Ms and Jenifer.

March 13th

Hellooo, Today was 11shift and 89 hours !!

This first picture is that passenger were measuring carry on baggage size haha Currently, there are size regulations of carry on in many Air line, And we don't want give them wrong information so just put tag on check in and personal item except carry on baggage today. Some times we put tag of personal items at this kiosk area. It's depends but carry on baggage's progress is different by each Air line. It was really nice weather today so passenger also we were energetic!!Next shift is Saturday 10-15pm with Victoria! I'll just keep in mind of carry on baggage things and passenger who has international passport need to show at counter sometimes kiosk is not be able to scan on it.

February 21st

Today was 9 times shift/ February 21st! On Wednesday is usually busy and our expected was hit haha around 11-2pm was rash hour. After around 3pm we move counter near by entrance door, normally there is not busy and we use baggage drop-off machine when we are standing this area. That is more easy and quick, Passenger are every time surprised and glad to use this system without too many things. I feel we are learning a lots of things in this career placement not only things about work but also customer services skills!! customer services skill is one those things that I wanted to learn in this internship so I am really satisfy and happy so far:))

February 17th 8 times shift so far!!!

Hi, Today was 8 times shift, and Saturday! Even though it's Saturday, airport was so quiet not like usual haha I expected quite busy day but it was totally unexpected.Just 5 hours shift but today i was like feeling long...lol because of our this job is that especially helping passenger send them so just sad day that i could't see many passenger. I hope next shift of Wednesday will be busier than like today;) Next Wednesday will be same with Mika, Risa, Nicole, Chelsea!! I'm excited to see them also work together!!

February 7th

Today was 47hours so far!! not a lots flight, sunny day. Me and Mika was there just only 2 of placement student but we were good job!! I felt I used 8 hours working day by day hahah before really hard to done it that standing whole day and keep to talk passenger, focusing.. I'm feeling I got Perseverance by this experience. next shift is gonna be next week, I hope there is many chance to help passenger also coworkers:) This Saturday I first time don't have shift on Saturday, good luck victoria!!!usually student only 2 on Saturday so I hope it's not crowd this week haha

January 3 This is 5 times shift so far!!

Today was five times shift!!! I had took some picture with cathay pacific student haha Me and Chelsea were working together from 12 to 6 pm!! She actually had a different shift before but I am glad to know her through this career placement. Every Wednesday is pretty busy around 10.30-2Pm. We are sharing information or chatting but around time we are usually focusing to help passenger that giving boarding pass, baggage tags, mention of flight information. In front of passenger, be 100% professional and giving good customer services, this is our role and job. We are keep going to work !!!!

Jun 27th 2024 Saturday shift is all weeks same with Victoria 10;00~15;00. We are doing well!! Today was not especially crowded, not much flight. Weather was not good day, foggy and cloudy..and 14 hours shift so far. I'm little bit nervous to active 150 hours before finish this semester...Just try to continue and keep going!!!! Me and Victoria have a good teamwork. When it's rush hour, we are helping each other that put tag on baggage by separate and speedy. She is really reliable　person and helping me a lots! We still continue to work shift together every Saturday.

Jun 24th 2024, Today was third times shift so far, We are used our job and role gradually!! and I'm really enjoying to work with my classmate, we try to corporate together and sharing information of our flight, schedule, delate flight. Today's rushing hours were around afternoon 11:00~13:00,We supported passenger's baggage tag also, printing boarding pass that we used, passenger told me "you are such a wonderful and really helpful, if not your help I was missing flight" those praise leads to my encouragement!! I every time think I am glad that I did help and do role for passenger no matter how small thing it is. I'm working 21h so far!

Jan 17th 2024 Hi, It's Kana again! This is my first long shift of career placement of Air Transat. I learned many thing today. ~how to explain kiosk to passenger ~inducing passenger to checking entrance ~putting on baggage tag with add explanation for them Broadly speaking, here's how it works. The one of classmate helped me a lots, If without her helping I couldn't do my work! Nicole, Thank you again:) After few hours since I started, I little used it and was figuring it out How to explain and guide them in a way that is easy to understand. 8 hours shift was big challenge of my first day but I got big satisfy to be able to do many customer services and helping passenger today!!

Day 1 Jan 8th 2024 Today was fist day of career placement orientation.I was really nervous to meet them who working Air Transat!! And I was worried about I can be fit in with everyone, That's how nervous I was;)

We could have opportunities that looking inside the airplane and also cockpit!! This is gonna be the biggest experience in my life, and Judith was so kind person and she gave me relax time and letting us to enjoy first day orientation without pressure, stress. I could spend grate time with them on first day in addition, They gave a lots of excitement.
